I've ordered multiple times from zulily. A few times pleased but typically disappointed. Everything comes from China, nothing every remotely looks like what I ordered. Shipping is expensive and takes weeks or months to receive and the return policy is horrible

Nothing is made in the USA

You will get your refund put return shipping to China is so expensive your better off the just throw the product away

I absolutely love Zulily and this past year have found so many wonderful items for myself, my family, my home and for others! It literally is a different store every day, and even better is the very competitive pricing and occasional multi-payment options that are offered. And the merchandise offered is above-average quality wise, with many name brand items at prices that lucky for me are not too good to be true! Thanks Zulily, for giving me convenience, variety & quality at a very affordable price!

I have been buying from Zulily for years and love their items. If for some reason I don't like an item - it is easy to return. I love all the different type of items i can look at each day and save them - t hen review my cart and pick out what i really want.

Shipping does take a while, but this is clearly stated before you place your order. I have loved everything I have ordered, and I have ordered many items over the past several months. All of my favorites are from zulily. They also tell me when my order is being shipped to zulily and when it has left for my home delivery and provide a tracking number. I have had no problems, so I have not had to contact customer service, so I cannot speak to that.

EDIT - I have had a couple of items fall short but customer service was fast to refund. I still love this site and have been using it for about 5 years now.

My granddaughter today told me "Grammy, you just love Zulily, don't you?" I told her, "Yes, I do." She was showing me shoes a family friend had gotten her for $60+, and I told her she could get 2 or 3 such pairs on Zulily for that price. I don't get everything from Zulily, but I do a lot of my shopping there. Your money really stretches to get really nice stuff - clothes and shoes for all, toiletries, housewares, linens, etc., all at very good prices. So, yes, I do love Zulily. And their customer service is pretty awesome, too!

I called today because an amazing offer came up for the beautiful tunics. The sizing was an issue as they have a 5'8 or 9" model with a tunic in a size small (?) that is 33" long from top of shoulder to hem. On me (5'3 1/2") that would mean the tunic comes down to mid-calf! Not the mid-thigh that is shown in pictures. The person on the phone wanted me to give her my "information" such as email, etc. so "she could put the item in my cart"? I told her I didn't want to buy it yet, but wanted to know if they have a shorter version. She just could not seem to "get" that I didn't want to put it in my cart but really wanted a shorter tunic. So, I ended the call. It's a shame as their products, especially the tunics, are adorable.

I ordered a Karma Baby Sling from them in May, it's still processing but they sure took my money QUICK. I feel like I've been more than cooperative, and very polite and I get nowhere with their customer service. They either don't respond to emails, or when they do it's so obvious they're just rushing through them to get their quota. Lazy customer service with limited info, and slow processing/shipping times has turned me off as a customer. I'm not ordering from them again, the deal was great but so not worth the trouble.

Frustrated! I placed an order on Dec. 4,2014. A toy that was placed for 2 young grandchildren and GUARANTEED for Xmas delivery. What a lie. They gave me two delivery dates and now it won't arrive for Christmas. They thought they made it better by giving me a 15.00 credit. I will not be ordering from them again and now have to fight all the other people at the mall for another present.

Tip for consumers:
There guarantee for delivery on time is a lie.

I've bought several pairs of kid shoes and clothing items for my kid and myself. Most of the stuff, especially well known brands, is great. Sometimes you get a really meh item that looks a lot worse in real life than on the website photos. My main issue is shipping. For many things once you add shipping cost, it stops being a deal and you can get a better price on Amazon Prime.

If you are unhappy about the time it takes to receive an order, you need to understand how the site works. They don't have the merchandise on hand that they offer. They offer it for a certain amount of time and then order it from the company/distributor/importer. That's also why there are no returns.

That said, I don't recommend ordering from this site. Have you ever had socks not fit? I mean a standard pair of women's socks that won't go over an average size foot? They were clearly a factory mistake or "second" and I have no recourse. I have had a couple of other similar experiences when I thought I'd give them another chance... both were disappointing. And why take that chance when there are so many other discounted online shopping sources that 100% stand by their merchandise? Anyway, and online shopping experience that requires you to log in with email and a password is just ridiculous.

What a joke! I ordered a pearl necklace and an 'Italian leather' tote bag. The necklace arrived yesterday about 2 weeks after ordering. Looks nothing like the one on the site. The colour has been painted on. I have several cultured pearl necklaces and this one is the ugliest thing ever. It is going directly to the second hand shop. I cringe to think what the bag will look like! Which cost over $100 and is taking about 6 weeks to arrive. No return policy? Never again do I buy from this company.

I have since ordered from zulily and I had a pretty good experience. I didn't understand the process at first but now that I know I will give extra time to receive my purchases because they have a lot of nice things. They also offer a payment plan that allows you to split up your payments if they are over a certain amount.

Never again! The order took FOREVER to arrive. When it finally did it was absolute junk. I purchased girls' dresses that were allegedly priced at $60-80 each for a sale price of $20 each, thinking I was getting a bargain. What a joke. The dresses looked like something off the dollar store rack. The fabric was thin and had a rough texture. The lace was incredibly shabby and cheap. I'll never buy from Zulily again.

I ordered a pair of pants on 5-3. The disclaimer reads that they ship in 1-2 days. I still have not received them, but according to the tracking number I will receive them on 5/27... Not impressed with this site, this was my first time ordering from Zulily.
I emailed customer service and I got an automated email that I can't reply to.

I wish I had seen this site before ordering from them for the second time. I assumed the first time, when the order took about a month (maybe even longer, as I'd almost forgotten about it by the time it finally arrived), that it was a fluke. I bought the customer service line about it taking a little longer because they are receiving from a source and have to wait for that before they ship out to us, but that is the way we get the discount. By the way, the discount is not so great, when adding on shipping.
Since that was over 6 months ago, I forgot my negative feeling and giving them the benefit of the doubt, placed another order a month ago. I guess I'll be lucky if the bathing suits and rash guards arrive before summer ends. People with babies less than a year old should NOT order anything unless ordering 2 sizes ahead because by the time they get the order the baby will have long outgrown the items!

I had to cancel my order (placed 10 days previously), when I realised the delivery date would be too long for my needs. I sent an e-mail to Zulily requesting a cancellation and refund. Within 24 hours the funds were back in my account.
Contrary to previous reviews - the service I received was excellent and courteous.
I will use Zulily again.

I purchased a dress nearly 4 weeks ago with a shipping date of 5-10 days. It has still not arrived. The only way you can contact them is through a computer "chat" line. They kept telling me it was going to be shipped shortly, and now just the other day it shows up that it was out of stock and they have no idea when it will be shipped yet they had no problem charging my credit card. I am now going through the hassle of cancelling the order and trying to get a refund.

I guess everyone has different shopping expectations... but I have never had one single bad experience since my first order in 2012. You have to go into the experience with the understanding that the prices are discounted BECAUSE they place mass orders from other companies and you'll have to be patient when awaiting your goodies. I've never once experienced disappointment with the items I have received or the cost and am always happy to tell my friends all about Zulily. I have been and probably always will be a completely loyal Zulily shopper :) I can't imagine a more spectacular experience with online shopping!

I buy $80. $100 a day shopping on Zulily, 85% of the time I keep the products I ordered, but sometimes I have to return items bc they either don't fit or the product description was very vague, so I return some items and as much of a quantity that I buy I usually wait till I have a good bit gathered before I make a return. Usually your return has been pretty good but now I'm getting charged $44.75 for a return fee. That's ridiculous, and i will from now on be very selective at what I purchase

As the majority of people feel as far as paying for shipping then to return item your charger again. It's almost like having a licence to screw people. That policy needs to be worked on. I also feel it should be up to the customer whether or not they want store credit for returned item or refund. But I will say this if I'm looking for something different I can usually find it on zulily.

The image you see is the item that I ordered. It may look nice in pictures but it's very cheap looking and does not fit... the stitching is obvious... It looks like it was made in someone's basement and it probably was which is why it takes so long to be shipped... They need time to complete the millions of orders that came in. I say this to say anyone who is reading this take heed... I'm thankful this was the only thing I ordered and it was only $30.00. I will NEVER order from them again.

Don't do it save your money.

So far I'm impressed with the quality and selection of plus sized items I have received from Zulily. However, the varying delivery times are a pain and I've recently noticed that the vendors assume all plus sized women are tall. When I view blouses on the models they come to mid-thigh, however, when I receive the item I'm noticing its longer. So far it's been working because its winter and I can wear these blouses w/leggings and boots; but in the future the vendors should take this information into consideration.

I've ordered many things from Zulily with no problems or complaints. I purchased shirts for my kids, a dress for me, a backpack for my kid, bras, undies. I've probably made about 6 different purchases and I've gotten my items with no problem. The only thing that sucks is that you have to wait a while, but as long as you purchase knowing that, then you'll be happy.

This company seems to be a total fraud. I think it takes so long to get things and you can't return them because they I think have things made out of the country and misrepresent them. I ordered several pairs of shoes. Not a single one fit or felt authentic. These items are fake. And in hindsight... what reputable company has a no return policy. Stay away from this company. They are horrible. Plus they lie when they say they have processed refunds. They are robbers! Shame on them!

Do not use it to begin with. Stay away.

I have bought several items off of zulily and have always been satisfied with my purchases. I know some people say they have gotten cheap Chinese merchandise which could be true I suppose but I have never had any problems and have always received great quality merchandise that was exactly as described. I even requested they cancel my order four days after I bought it because I got the wrong thing I realized (completely my fault) and they sent me an email saying they had received my request and would get back to me in 24-48 hours which is usually the typical response you get from companies. But not even 15 minutes later I got another email saying the would cancel my order immediately and they were super nice and helpful. Will definitely buy from them again, awesome company!
