Zulily is a great site to shop at for really good bargains. With some items you have to be willing to wait awhile to get what you ordered, but that's not usually a big deal. You should make sure you look at other reviews of items you're interested in. Zulily carries a lot of different brands, some are better quality than others. Overall, I really enjoy shopping here!

This message is to share with you the fact that Zulily products come from oversea and they have to go though Custom: when are you going to get them? Who knows! For sure, you'll have to wait at least for a MONTH!

First time buyer and last time!
Quality very poor, sizes not correct and NO refunds.
I ordered boots and slippers. Waited three weeks only to find this and customer service said no refunds but we'll give you a store credit. Like I really want more of their garbage.

If you order from Zulily.com then you're taking a gamble on when your order will arrive.
All of my items had their rocket symbol stating the item is in stock and ships within 1-2 days. This was important to me because I needed my order by a certain date. I paid additional shipping to ensure there would be no problems.
I received 4 out of 12 items. I had to contact Zulily to see where the rest of my items. They told me just because items SAY they will ship in 1-2 days doesn't mean they will because they could sell out. Then why have it? No answer. Now I have to wait another 5-7 business days for the refund they owe me. Of course I'm out the extra shipping cost.

This company is Horrible stay away. The sizes are always incorrect for their product and the wait time to get your product is horrible. It is better buying directly from the company website as oppose through them. Bought some shoes for my daughter and the sizes were way off. The manager told me their is no exchange and if I send it back it's a $5 dollars return fee and a $dollars restocking fee. This is the third time I am having issues with them. There customer service is horrible! STAY AWAY!

I been shopping with Zulily for years now and they never seem to disappoint. Always a great selection on discounted items. They seem to have everything I'm looking for. Only downside is shipping does take a little bit of time, but for the prices it's worth the wait!

I enjoy the new variety of items offered each day and most things I've ordered and received met my expectations. I have received broken items and items that were unsatisfactory but customer service is excellent and most returns were taken care of but usually not available to be reordered. Zulily has started accepting returns in general but the return fees usually make it too expensive to justify returning it. I do wish they would improve that. Overall it's one of my favorite places to shop.

Zulily is a wonderful place to get great discounts on items you love! You may have to be a little patient because ship times may take a little longer, but good things come to those who wait usually at a tremendous savings. The only thing I even remotely dislike is the return policy, but I suppose they don't like an overstock of inventory so a store credit is issued instead of a credit refund for the purchase price. I have not had to return very many items.

I've ordered from this site a few times, and each time I've waited over 3-4 weeks to get my items, with no update communication from the website. I also DESPISE the no returns. Every single item I have been interested in during the 2 years I have been a member has always been non-returnable. This is just not possible with little kids. I'll stick with Hautelook and Gilt from now on. At least they have return policies on their kids items.

Yes, the shipping took awhile. I ordered on 11/14 and got my item yesterday, however this was about what I had expected since they explain their shipping process and give you a 3-4 week estimate. Item is what I expected, and was well priced. Probably won't order from here too much unless I see something else that's unique and awesome.

My goodness! Save yourself money and lots and lots of time. Sizes are way off. For example: If you order pants size 8, you will get a size 2 that says its an 8. Don't order anything for a special occasion that you have coming up soon. It takes them a month just to ship it. Not kidding. Got store credit which sucks. I found something else that is not clothing, now just waiting forever and 2 days to get it.

I been a zulily customer since 2013. I buy all my daughters dresses and shoes from them.Ive had to deal with customer service once for a shirt i was unhappy with, they sent me a new one no questions asked and they let me keep the other one (no charge)I love zulily because a lot of the dresses and shoes i get from them i can't find here and my daughter gets compliments all the time, especially on her shoes. I have no complaints with zulily, yes it takes awhile to receive your goods(about 6 weeks)so don't order something that you will need before that time. Dont listen to all the bad reviews you read on line, theres always going to be complainers. Judge for yourself. I give zulily 5 stars.

First, people need to realize that Zulily events are usually held before the ordering is done. That way they save by ordering to what has sold. I have had some ok items, but order names I know only now. Once got shoes that started peeling and I complained. They refunded my money and I never had to send back the shoes. They were garbage. Have had an issue on a magazine order and not sure it is totally resolved. Was given the run around and told they would refund money and still place order, but I had to contact again in order to have that followed through with. Will see if I get it, but funny thing is they refunded me cheaper price of another magazine I ordered and now I get no response. Will be very careful with orders from now on.

This company has gotten so bad. Not only do they take forever to receive your items and it's not because of the pandemic. Then they cancel your order! I had been waiting patiently for sandals for a trip and they just decided to cancel! The worst company and you can never return anything!

I've been shopping on Zulily for a few years and learned the hard way to check the sizing charts and be judicious with the brands. Zulily is a wonderful place to find name brands at reduced pricing and european brands, not generally available in stores. But I have a couple of rules for shopping on Zulily: 1) Know your measurement and check the sizing chart. 2) Pay attention to the fabric description and the model's measurements and size wearing if given. 3) Err on the side of caution, if you're not sure. 4) If you can't wait 3+ weeks to receive it don't order. 5) Check the reviews if available, this is a new feature on Zulily but it will save you some aggravation. My wife bought a coat. When it arrived the sizing was smaller than most other stores. When we called for a return label it was never sent for us to print out. Then after three days trying to get something done, we were told to return the coat and call them with a return number. When we called back with the tracking number, we were told that their shipping department would not accept the package without a return label.
Don't buy from these people. They get your money and refuse to help you in any way

Love items on Zulily. Good quality products. Easy pay method is great. Customer service is very good with helping out issue but most of the time I never have a problem. Prices are good and shipping product is very well done. I will continue to shop on Zulily and let my friends and family know how wonderful this company is.

I have been buying stuff for a couple of years on Zulily. All of the items are great quality and I love that now, most items are returnable if something is wrong or it isn't what you expected. I have bought many gifts for family and friends on here. I will continue to shop as they have an awesome variety!

Ordered December 14. All items were in stock; perfect f or Christmas. One shipped on 12/24 the other on 12/30. They sit and go nowhere. I emailed customer service and got NO response. It is January 3 and still nothing has arrived. To top it off email was FLOODED with ads from Zulily for two months PRIOR to when I first signed up. This was my first, last, and only order from them. NEVER again!
I am afraid of what the items quality will be like.

I rated the website great because it is but if i have to rate the product it would be a 1 star. I had bought 2 really cute coats for my little girls but no sooner did they wear them buttons were falling off. The coats were poorly made. I come browse but I wont buy anything because I'm gonna hate if I get the same quality. Good luck buyers.

It's really hard if you travel. You never know when your delivery will happen. Then you have to make arrangements to have someone beat the porch pirates to your delivery. Also many people want to purchase clothes, shoes, and jewelry for an upcoming event. Sometimes that event ends up being 2 weeks out. There are very few things you can order that can be guaranteed to deliver in 2 weeks.

Order about $400 worth of clothes through Zulily and here are my complaints about this site:
1. The order does take a long time before your receive them; approximately 1 month.
2. From our experience, we ordered an item and can be cancelled at anytime. In this case, of the 15 items we ordered, they decided to cancel two items. One we got notified and the other we did not know about. We are still waiting for our refund.
3. We received two of the same item even though we only ordered one and we did not received one item that was ordered. This a was a bit irritating! Not worth shipped back since it will cost us money to ship back to them.
In summary, it can be a crap shoot ordering stuff from Zulily. So if your the gambling type, go ahead and order from them and hopefully, you get what you order; you just have to wait a while to get it. I don't think that I will gamble again with these guys!

I really love this website. Don't order anything that's really time sensitive because sometimes it does take a while. I am almost always please with what I get, and when I'm not, I have never had any issues with customer service. Not only do they refund the money, but you get extra store credit and they ask that you donate the item you don't want.

I bought 2 pairs of jeans reduced from US$ 80 There is no way these jeans would have ever been $80 badly made and cheap material. I must say they said the order would be delivered on the 5th and it was. I will not be ordering from this site again.

I'm not sure why Everyone is blaming Zulily for the poor quality/fit of some items. Like us, I'm assuming all they get is a photo and a write up about the products. Given the number of suppliers they deal with, there is no way they could thoroughly review every single item.
Anytime I've had an issue with either the quality or an error with the order (e.g. The item I received I was not as depicted in the photo), I've simply taken photos of the item in question, attached them to an email to Zulily explaining the issue, and they have immediately refunded me the full purchase price, added a credit to my account, and have told me to either keep the product or donate/discard it.
My only issue with Zulily is that you are unable to return items that you just don't like once you've seen them in person and/or tried them on. Nothing really "wrong" with them, just not quite what you were expecting.
