I placed several orders with Zulily over the past year. I understand the lag in shipping and I am ok with it. However, twice they sent items which did not meet my size selection. Since the site is insistent on NOT taking returns, I emailed them about the wrong product and that I will not order anymore as they do not take returns. I was not satisfied with the reply I got. They were willing to take back the item I purchased (which was appreciated) but I am supposed to take care of shipping (when they are at fault, why do I need to do that? And I already paid to get this item shipped to me) and they will only issue a store credit. I am holding off on ordering from their site, although I really love many of their items as well as the price. Shopping on their site can get pretty addictive if you are patient enough to wait for your order to be shipped
Tip for consumers:
Unless there is a serious defect in your order, they will not take returns. Be prepared in those cases to make a return on your own charges. Keep all the tags, bags,receipts to include with your return. Be prepared to accept store credit.

So far 4 out of 4 orders have been great! I agree with another poster that you must do your research on the items you order. Yes, it does take longer to ship and the site explains why. The items I purchased were for very good prices and they are very good quality.

I just bought 5 dresses from them which are way! Too big for me and I didn't like the material because they are made cheap. The website pictures are very deceiving and doesn't show true material. When I tried returning them, they will deduct 30$ from my 89$ purchase! Scam! I'm telling friends and family not to purchase from here because of this and very cheap quality. They should be fine for such deceitful advertising. Never ever will I buy here and will go around to tell friends and family. This is not good business

I love Zulily.com. Yes, it takes a little while to get your order. But I can wait considering I am paying a fraction of the price I normally would... for super cute clothes. You do need to check the sizing chart every time or you might get something too large or too small. There are no refunds, but I have only had that happen one time, and it was my own fault. I failed to check the sizing chart. LOVE ZULILY.

Just received my second order. First was poor sizing and tissue thin fabric with poor seams and not even as good as s Walmart. Second order was even worse plus four weeks shipping. This site sucks, wish I had read the reviews. No more orders from me and I am blocking their emails.

I purchase a lot from Zulily! But, in the last few weeks I have received items which are broken, damaged or just don't meet my expectations. It would be perfect if Zulily would send shipping return labels with my purchases so that it would make it easier to return for credit or exchange.

Products are not as described and of low quality, and nothing ever ships or is received on time. Customer service is a joke and will refuse to address any concerns, instead giving generic, canned responses and excuses for their terrible practices. THE definition of a shady company. Stay far away, there are hundreds of other merchants with better products and shipping, and WAY better customer service.

Wow! What a slow delivery - a month. The item did not fit well and it is such a nuisance to deal with them, I do not want to go through having a return on my list of things to check on for a month or two or who knows how long. Not easy to deal with and to many other nice sites that make orders and returns super easy. Zulily does not. The prices are good, but just to busy to take the time with this group.

Be careful. They advertise bags as a major designer with an original value in the $200 and up range. They say it is leather. I received my very cheap bag today and no, it was not Michael Kors. And it was vegan (what!). That's funny that they left that part out of the original description. No longer a fan or customer

It is easy to order so many pretty things! I have had a couple of items that were not perfect, but I have spend thousands of dollars with Zulily and have been extremely happy. Their return process is easy and economical when returning more than one thing. I recommend Zulily to friends, co-workers and strangers when complimented on what I'm wearing!

You cannot even access this site unless you give them a lot of info upfront. Their ads are nothing but click-bait and I'm tired of companies trying to convince me they're "exclusive" and you have to join or "become a member" to shop their site. These butt-clowns won't see a penny of my money because I feel they're acting very sketchy with their tactics.
If you REALLY wanted my business and not just my data, you'd let me shop your site without all the B. S. This company SUCKS right off the bat!

Great prices and excellent quality, but if you are in a hurry to get an item, you will want to go somewhere else. The site "pre-sells" so it takes a while to get your stuff. The longest it took me was just over a month, but I was very pleased with everything I got. I'd recommend NOT buying seasonal items because you might not get them in time.

Both me and my mom ordered items from this website. My order has yet to be shipped now 12 days later. My mom's order was placed on 4/13 and received 4/30. The 2 dresses my mom ordered are both not well made. One of them, on the bottom ruffle has a seam that goes down the front and one side of the seam hangs about 3/4" lower than the other side. Needless to say we will not be ordering again from them and I would highly NOT recommend anyone, craftsmanship is lousy and the shipping/processing time is just stupid.

I love shopping with Zulily and hope they continue to offer eclectic quality clothing at a great price. Seems they have branched out a bit and sale most anything, which means you often have to be careful. My advice is to stick with brands you know and love, or pay close attention to clothing fabric content. If you do this, you will be happy 85% of the time.

I have been deciding for the last couple of months whether to purchase at Zulily. With the no return policy it truly is a gamble. Well my gamble did not pay off. I purchased two tops, one was extremely too small the other was horrid. So... I learned my lesson 40 dollars down the drain but lesson learned. I will not shop with Zulily for clothes ever again.

I find shopping online is both convenient and easy. My experience with Zulily has been very pleasant. I have had several returns and the returns were handled in a very positive manner. I also have purchased many Dept. 56 figurines. They are delightful.

My main concern is that I returned two dresses in the same package and was only refunded for one of them. I noticed this one month later when checking my bank statements and rang customer services. They said they had received both dresses but that one had not been refunded due to processing delays. I think that is unacceptable and have suspicions this was a deliberate ploy to delay cash outflow. The email they sent me confirming the refund did not mention that only part of the order had been refunded. Customer services said they have now processed part 2 of the refund. They were very helpful on the phone. Quality of clothes was good. Delivery time reasonable.

I ordered several items from Zulily, all different vendors. Every single item was not what I expected. One item actually was garbage totally unusable. Expect less than dollar store quality. I sent a comment to Zulily and they didn't even bother to respond.

DO NOT ORDER! Waste of Money! You get better quality clothing at Walmart. Fabrics are very thin and see through. Their sizing is off as all of the clothing I ordered is 2-4 sizes smaller than labeled!

I would advise everyone to avoid this website. The clothes I ordered were of extremely poor quality and nothing like the description. On top of that having to pay to send back is the final insult. Please think very carefully before ordering anything.

Too many times are the size charts for clothing inaccurate; then it costs too much to return the item! Have lost some major bucks by refusing to pay for return postage, 'restocking fee' (?), and partial refund of item. Other online retailers WAY better.

I placed an order for tomorrow at tops which should have arrived prior to my vacation. The shipment didn't arrive until 2 days after I left. Upon return from my vacation I tried on the tops. Even though I ordered the same size as I normally did the tops were to small. It is unfair that I should have to pay for returns especially since I had paid an exorbitant price for delivery for late items. I won't be using Zulily any more. I can get free shipping with Amazon.

Several times I have ordered holiday outfits for my 4 year old, six weeks before needing. And I either get them the week of the holiday or after. I am still waiting on a Easter dress and now Easter is over! Never again!
