I'm so glad to find this site. After a couple of years of ordering high quality shoes for my granddaughter, all of a sudden I started getting garbage and you cannot return items. For an example, one pair of sandals had the back strap stitched on about an inch from the back of the bottom of the shoe! And in this order I ordered about 3 pairs in size 9 and none of them were the same size. I stopped ordering from this company. So sad that they didn't stay on top of their quality.

Don't order anything from Zulily, products of bad quality, poor customer service. I ordered some dresses since February and I never received the full refund or my money. Please don't waste money and time.

I will only purchase brands that I know I like on Zulily. I learned my lesson a couple years back buying a generic brand dress. It came with holes! Another order, all the clothes were way too small. Found some dresses by Love In, and knowing I like that brand, purchased them. They were here in about 12 days, and are perfect! Stick to brands you know you like, and that you know your size in.

It is taking them a month to get my order to ship. This is crazy. Why would I pay for shipping if it's going to take them forever to sent a piece of clothing. Don't even bother contacting them, they see nothing wrong with that.

I was able to purchase in advance my babies new year and christmas clothes. They finally shipped, even before the time mentioned. I'm waiting anxiously for them to arrive and take photos to them. Thank you Zulily for giving me a great, cheap and excellent quality out fits for my babies

I have never seen a website have such long shipping times and they don't tell you or warn you. You are just left hanging for weeks until one day an email comes and you are finally alerted that your item is coming in a week or so. It is really annoying.
Tip for consumers:
Just know that your items will take a really long time to get to you at least a month.

Do not order from Zulily! The clothes they advertise are not what you will get in the mail! I waited almost two months and got items that looked nothing like the clothes pictured. They were not even close to being true to size at all.

I used to like Zulily a lot, but the quality and service isn't good anymore. I understand many items ship from overseas but the delivery times keep getting longer. My last package went through five different post offices and I received it three weeks after it entered the US and cleared customs or whatever. Also, the quality is really inconsistent. While that can be expected between different brands, I ordered three different tops in the same size from the same clothing line, and they fit like the Three Bears- one was way too small, one was too big, and one fit okay. I've quit ordering from them because it is just too expensive just to try things on and return them.

Loyal customer, but, disappointed after purchasing 4 chairs with defects and no replacement was offered! Zulily's policy is that bulky items are not returnable, but, with damaged or defective merchandise they would make it right. Zulily requested pictures of the chairs and then told me that a 30 day-policy, that was not written, was exceeded. The policy was for returnable items. I will no longer purchase any items from Zulily in the future and I will not recommend them to anyone.

Buyer beware! Never again will I order from this company! I ordered a dress. It is cheap and about 3 sizes smaller that it was supposed to be according to the size chart and all the clothes in my closet! And, I'm stuck with it because there are no returns! I'll be giving this dress to Goodwill! And, it only took about 6 weeks to get the item.

They make returning items very difficult. Their steps to get to the shipping label are very confusing and I suspect many folks simply give up like I did. In addition, I removed their APP and stopped ordering from them after shopping there for many years.

I have ordered many items from Zulily and have been satisfied with most things. A few of the ladies items have not been true to size, and since there is a no return policy, I'm stuck with them. Another major concern is that most items take a month to arrive. Some take even longer. I love their unique items, but I don't plan on ordering as much anymore.

I have found lots of cute things at affordable prices, I just find that the shipping is expensive if you just order one thing. They should have a loyalty program or a way to get free shipping on orders over 75.00 or something like that

Ordered items and price was 6.99 then I searched on another site item was 3.99. I brought it to attention of customer service and was told they only compare their prices to Amazon and 2 others.
So Best Price Promise means nothing. Canceled my order.

I've had good experiences with Sully, but a few months back I bought a bra by Bali, and when it came it had No labels and was black and faded all over my clothes. I just won't buy anymore bras from them again. If it had been a product of Bali, it would have been labeled and size shown. Sad... they have cute clothes but something seems changed..

It's great having so many sellers and items available daily. I haven't had the bast luck with clothes or shoes but home decor and storage items have been great. The shipping does take some time but you are made aware of that before your final purchase. It's also great when you order on a Friday and after your initial purchase have free shipping the rest of the weekend!

Terrible! Its been over a month and I still haven't received my order. I emailed customer service, and got a generic answer back saying "my order will ship in 12-16 days and I will get an email with tracking. Blah blah blah. When they sent that it was past the 16 days to begin with.
I order online a lot and this is by far the longest it has take to ship. Never again!

I ordered 6 pairs of shoes, they shipped them out a month later, only for the post office "to lose them". When you call the customer service they're very unprofessional and never know what you're talking about. I called back today and they said they could only re-ship 3 of the six pairs! Very frustrating! I asked for my money back and will never order from them in my life.

I ordered one item from them - they cancelled the order. Really? No! Not recommending. First, when I ordered, they said that shipping would take three weeks. Being spoiled by Amazon, I thought that was kind of long... then after a week, the cancellation came. Do not use them.
