I ordered multiple items on December 14th. None of them arrived before January 1st, let alone Christmas. They should provide warnings to expect a three week delivery time and not pretend they can support holiday purchases after December 1st. Very disappointed with their service.

I ordered maybe 15 items, I am still receiving more. If I find anymore packageso delivered to my door I'm gonna scream. Sizes unpredictable. Amongst other things. What causes this? Are they sending additional product. Like saved or wait list? Make it stop! Never again will I order. I'm so way done.

Not all that impressed, ordered multiple things all of which had issues with them. No returns, so you're stuck with your low quality items. For instance I bought a beverage dispensor that wobbles and has some deformed glass at the bottom. Beware. They sell crap.

Absolutely the worst online shopping experience I've ever had. Much of the merchandise on offer you could buy more cheaply on Amazon or through eBay. I ordered about a dozen small storage items from one promotion thinking they'd all arrive in the same box at the same time but no -- they're shipped one by one. Massive cardboard boxes are used even for small items weighing a few ounces. Even though many hadn't shipped by the time I discovered this and decided I wanted nothing further to do with it, they refused to cancel my purchases and refund my credit card. Customer service rep advised me to refuse delivery so items would be returned to sender when they arrived but I can do that either -- because there's no return address anywhere on the packages.

Avoid Zulily at all costs.

I ordered on October 16th. It still hasn't shipped. Ordered from three different places and have received all other three orders. Zulily's isn't even in route. I did read the reviews, but hoped it was a bit exaggerated. I guess, shame on me for not believing the negative instead of the positive. My son went on a red ribbon day without his special stuff. He lived though. Unless I want to wait a real long time I might stay away from this sight. Competition is out there. A few may like this idea, but majority holds the ultimate impact. Just saying. I'm not upset, just disappointed in myself for not making the right choice... I will make another review after my order arrives. Hope this helps some other parent...

I have been ordering from Zulilly for over a year. All 15 summer dresses I ordered were high quality and true to size as well as sandals, boots and heels, tunics and leggings They do take returns. Just call them. Their customer service is always excellent. Linda

Don't! As in don't trust these guys! My piece of clothing was cheaply made and way too big; didn't correspond to their sizing chart at all. I can't exchange or return it so am stuck! It's a lousy business model, but there must be other gullible patrons like myself that get sucked in to their prices, judging from all these 1 star reviews. I wish I'd read them first. ME McTamaney

Ordered 2 tops same size - one fits one is way too small. First, it took 2 weeks to receive the items. Once received, they are both labeled the same size, but, one is significantly smaller. When I asked to return for a larger size I was told they don't do that. I can return (minus shipping fee), and I can reorder the item I want. NOT worth it! I'll give the second item away instead. Note: The material used is cheap and I don't expect the top to last through the season..

Zulily is a grade A site with many diff deals everyday! They don't actually own any inventory so that's why it may take typically 21days for delivery, it my take awhile longer than bigger retailers but you can't touch their prices anywhere. They place one big order after the event ends and then the orders are filled, sent to Zulily, and shipped out. As to quality, everything is different you just have to know how to shop. I've been an avid customer for years and only had one mess up, at that time the customer service I got was outstanding and they definitely made it right for my children:)
Love them and will be referring them for future reference!

New item, out of the bag, seam falling apart in front of dress. Cost $22.00, they want $9 for shipping and handling to send back their defective product. Never order foreign, cheap crap again! This system wouldn't let me send pic.

Ordered several items through Zulily, sent in three separate batches by the company. The first batch two weeks after ordering, the site claimed it was delivered, I've never received the package, I've checked with neighbors, I've checked with the post office, etc, this one I could chalk up to USPS messing up, but frustrating nonetheless. The second batch shipped three weeks after it was ordered, no estimated date for delivery (it's already been 7 days since the site said it was shipped). The third batch hasn't even been scheduled to ship yet... I can't even comment on the quality of the merchandise as it appears that while they took my money a month ago, I may never see any of the products.
UPDATE: Now nine days after the second batch said it shipped (July 4), the Track Shipment Button leads me to a popup window that says it's been bouncing around a facility in New Jersey since July 11. I've attached a screen shot of the popup just because I found it amusing. Hopefully it is legible.

Zulily is a nice shopping experience. They have lots of great cheaper prices then other places. Only drawback is many things are nonreturnable and if you do return an item you get store credit so no refunds!

I have been ordering from Zulily for 3 months, and have been mostly very pleased with the items received. I have purchased 104 various items. I learned what to expect from various brands, some I love, just a few, not so much. I check their sizing chart for each item because it can vary. I purchased 10 down-alternative comforters, they are as soft as described. I had no problem contacting customer service, the rep was very nice and answered my question. Items guaranteed to ship before Christmas did ship as promised. One pair of boots were out of stock, so Zulily gave me a refund plus $10 as a credit! Another cool thing, when I make a purchase on a Friday and pay shipping, anything else I purchase throughout the weekend until Sunday night mighnight, there is no additional shipping cost, and no sales tax either! I recommend shopping Zulily, however be sure you read the item descriptions carefully and consider if waiting longer for your item is acceptable, along with no returns.

Read each item description carefully, most items take awhile before they can be shipped. Check each sizing chart, sizes will vary. There are no returns. Excellent shipping costs, only pay once and additional items purchased the rest of the day ship free. Even better if purchased on a Friday, all items purchased over the weekend then ship for no additional shipping cost.

Zulily is the source of my wardrobe this year. The values are by and large Outstanding as long as you're ok with fact that sewing/finishing can sometimes be subpar, and must always be hand or at least gentle-washed, air dried. But there are often great deals so overall I'd say it's a win-win!

I'd love to shop more often, however the standard $8.95 shipping no matter how large your purchase is, store credit only for returns, and lacking in discounts prices from MSRP, are disappointing and frustrating. I believe there's room for improvement with their business model to earn consumer trust and to become 1st choice among the other shopping websites.

The selection is almost too vast! But their search mechanism makes for easily finding products, sizes, etc. I have not had customer service like Zulily's in a looooooong time. I always hang up the phone happy!

Been with Zulily since close to the beginning. Some things have changed but not for the better. Having to pay return shipping on items that were promised to be one thing then aren't isn't a good policy. Clothes coming from some vendors aren't true to the size chart supplied leading customers to either spend more money to return something that has to be returned due to things beyond their control or simply eat the cost of the item. This happens way too often! Not to mention that returns are only good for credit. It feels like sometimes the customer is trapped by a purchase. Shipping times to get items are also very long and many times don't arrive when promised. Shipping UPS only to have them deliver items to local post offices for delivery causes further delays in arrival. Some items are good deals and worth it but others seem to be just junk. Buyer beware.

Same complaint as others... 16 days (not including weekends and holidays) and still no merchandise. Customer service has been responsive to my emails but have only offered to provide me a $5 store credit towards another purchase. No thank you!

One of the worst online shopping sites imaginable. Ordered twin size sheets which were paper thin and poor quality plus didn't even fit a standard sized twin mattress. Should have learned from 2 years ago when I tried to order a garment which wasn't to be shipped until 3 weeks down the line and had the good sense to cancel. Worse than KMART junk store.

I do all my shopping online for me and family. A friend said to try Zulily so I did over last 6 months.
Each and every order has had problems and then they tell me I can return and will charge shipping and restocking fees and then balance as store credit! Really?
To namr a few issues: they sent wrong items, different size than ordered, misrepresented sizing where 1 will be OK and then next will be too big or too small from same manufacturer and then it is my problem to bear?
We are in the USA and it is not a "Buyer Beware" country! Don't see them being around much longer with all the complaints I see on this site and others.

After repeated purchases, complaints and credits given by Zulily the same problem remains, the quality is not only bad but completely absent. Inconsistent sizing, poor fabric quality, stitching, workmanship, and overall defective products. I have had hems ripped out of skirts, diagonal stitching on the front of a blouse, holes in fabric, larges that fit like smalls, and two items the same size but one about 4-8 inches bigger than the other. Ridiculous and fraudulent representation of a consumer website. An all sales final website? They should say items are defective, flawed, irregular purchases you will find difficult to enjoy.

Oh zulily... where do I begin?! Let's see. My biggest beef with them is how long it takes to get your merchandise. I placed an order Nov 5, was told 12-14 days after placement of the order the item would $#*!. Well, it has now been 16 days, no shipping. Upon contacting them, they estimate my item will ship out on the 26th... that's 21 days to mail a package. Then factor in an additional week to receive the item. That's bull$#*!. I've gotten boots mailed from the UK to me in 2 days and I live in Alaska. The discount isn't worth the hassle or the wait. Won't ever use this site again. I had another order in que and chose to cancel it because of this crap.

No return policy sucks. They told me no refund or return, but if the item didn't fit, just donate it to someone who it does fit. Items that I received, which were multiple tunics, were cheaply made, some basically crap. I wish I could attach a photo of one piece that is going straight to donations. The neck line is so hideously sewn, that you have to laugh. One side squared off, the other rounded and larger than the other. I made better items in 7th grade Home Ec.! The prices that they say are the real price is a scam, then they make you feel like it's a deal for 29.00. Their junk isn't even worth 20 bucks for materials. Sorry, not ever purchasing from the again.

I ordered some bikes for my triplet toddlers from here 4 weeks ago. Although two bikes arrived in two weeks, the other is MIA. Try explaining that to three 2-year olds who know have to share two bikes. It is ridiculous! Even after the customer service team looked into the matter, they couldn't get it straight. I was provided a tracking number and was told my item had shipped but one week later, there is still no tracking information. This was an expensive purchase, which makes their carelessness extremely frustrating and unacceptable.

I bought my granddaughter several items off this site. One pair of shoes ran way too small, and a princess dress-up dress that was sized 2T could easily fit a 5-6 year old. Very disappointed. I've contacted their service department and haven't heard back. I won't order from this site again.
