This place is decent, a lot of the time the stuff never comes as it looks or as expected but they have great customer service and are super accomidaying edith giving store credit, although i'd prefer the refund because i usually ending up having to buy more stuff I don't end up liking.

Zulily has some great deals when you can find them on name brand items. Beware of the return policy, however. I bought some Keen shoes and checked the size chart, but when the shoes came in, they were too big and fell off my feet. Trying to return them was a bugger - almost impossible. All I got was a credit, no cash back. Also, they charge your card right away, but you don't receive the item for sometimes a month. That's way too long. I couldn't go with 2.5 stars, so I took it down to 2 stars because of the hassles I've had.

"Zulilly continues to be bad. First experience clothes ordered were POOR quality. But I believe in second chances. Second experience order clothes Oct 11 and they are still not here! Yup almost a month later and no joy. When I asked the series of customer service reps to explain how that happens -- they gave me Non answers that look pretty but offer no real substance. My questions were simple - what do you do to vet your sellers. What minimum - max fulfillment time do you give them. I believe in supporting small businesses but how in this day and age does any company dealing in mass market selling not have the capacity to get you an off the shelf product in under a month. "

The shoes I ordered were NOTHING like the photo or in actuality, look like a 7 year old tried making the same ones like the picture. The smell is horrific and nauseating. Do not order from them unless you are 100% sure your ok with store credit only. I don't even want anything else from them. If you know your product isn't the same as the picture you provide for your clients or of some quality they should let you get a full return as it is simply called "false advertisement ". I never leave reviews but this had to be reviewed. (Images posted on what I ordered vs what I recieved). The disrespect, does Zullily not check what is being sent to their clients?!? Who gave the ok for these to be sent out?!?

The photos are nothing like the actual products. Store credit only as a return option.

None, the shoes smell so bad of chemicals and they look nothing like the photo. If I wanted to wear the shoes I believe they would have ripped apart in one step.

Finally received my order after 4 weeks of waiting. Two swim suits were exactly what I had expected, fit well and I'm happy. Two tops are completely mis-sized and unwearable also of very poor quality. Another top seems about twice the size it should be, but maybe I can alter it. A dress is also oversized and will need to be altered. A pair of Clark's sandals were as advertised, fit perfectly and I'm pleased. All in all, I don't think it is worth the wait or the guess on sizes when nothing is returnable. I would call mis-sized clothing "defective" but apparently that is not a sufficient reason for Zulily. To "make it right"

Do not buy clothing at this site. I ordered 3 Life is Good shirts. 2 were seconds. Like, shirts with arms for one size and body for another size. I think this is just a way to get rid of stuff that wouldn't otherwise sell in a million years. No wonder they won't take anything back! Other non-clothing items were purchased for Christmas gifts. Now I'm afraid to give them.

I've ordered from them several times and yes shipping is slow but, I expected that after reading their website. However, my complaint is about ordering a few things that never arrived. After contacting customer service they tell me " I'm sorry you were never contacted but, your order of this/these items was canceled because of a stocking issue." So, I was sitting here waiting on stuff that would never come. This did not happen once, but twice in the last two months. I will not be shopping with them again. Most of the time stuff they have on their site is the same price on amazon anyway. Very disappointed. Would not suggest ordering from them at all.

Warning: if you buy ANYTHING from Zulily be prepared to WAIT a long time for your order. The deals honestly aren't that good either. I Placed a order 3 weeks ago for a pair of shoes and they just sent me a email saying - sorry, woops that order is no longer available but we'd be happy to exchange it for something else... What?!?! I was so mad! I will never shop there again. I don't know how that place stays in business...

Zulily satisfies my shopping itch. I go and browse every day, and even if I don't buy (although I often do), I find great treasures. Almost every time someone compliments what I'm wearing and asks where it's from, I can say "Zulily!"
I do wish they'd add functions for more complex searching and sorting (in order of price, for example). Often I stumble upon something by accident because the search wasn't set up correctly. But still it is fun!

Like many others, I've seen countless Zulily commercials and decided to do some browsing. When I saw the site said you had to be a member to purchase, I thought uh oh, there's a fee involved. But there wasn't. So I signed up and saw the cutest pair of women's boots for a price lower than other sites had for the same boots. Of course before purchasing I browsed several websites, including this one, for reviews and I was extremely hesitant because a good 75% of customers complain about slow shipping and the fact that most items can't be returned. However, I took a chance and my item was shipped out within 2 business days as the site said it would. I received my tracking number and a date for it to arrive within one week. Lo and behold, my boots arrived TWO DAYS EARLY! So I was on cloud 9. Just as beautiful as the picture and they fit wonderfully. Thank you Zulily for a great first-time customer experience.

I have been ordering from Zulily for about two years now. I haven't have any issues at all and I buy all types of merchandise. You have to search and read about each item. There are items that I would not buy and other that have been perfect. When I call about an issue, I receive the best Customer Service. The only thing that I don't like is the time it takes to receive an item. I just keep that in mind when ordering. I can honestly say that once you find the size that fits you, almost everything does fit. There have been a couple of items where size was an issue however, I have purchased hundreds of clothes articles. I love their clothes, shoes, towels, kitchen products, baby items, comforters, curtains, pet supplies. Their online communication is great. I will remain a loyal customer as long as I continue to be satisfied with their products and service.

I used to love Zulily. Many good deals were to be found. However, lately I have been disappointed. When it comes to clothing, I find that many items are cheaply made or the sizing is way off even though I always check the size guide. I recently purchased an outdoor bench which arrived with all the screws missing. This week I was shipped the wrong item. I purchased a couch cover that doesn't fit even though it's meant for couches up to 96". Some items aren't worth the charge of returning so you find yourself stuck. Buyer beware!

Absolutely no consistency in sizing or quality. If I could submit pictures of some of the absolute crap I've recently received I would. Going on a beach vacation and this time around I've ordered no less than 12 items all but two need to be returned... for a credit mind you so I can purchase more poorly made clothing. Sad part is if keep coming back because I have received a couple of awesome pieces. Out more money for shipping, time waisted looking, ordering, making phones calls for returns, and then getting it in the mail. No more coming back for clothes. Thanks for the headache Zulily.

I agree... this website is a good place to stay away from. Wish I had read reviews before ordering. I have ordered four times within two months. Only have received two orders. Both items were substandard for quality. This is my main complaint... BAD QUALITY. Because of slow shipping I was unaware of this problem before I ordered again... WILL NOT order again.

Cute product but the WORST Shipping of any eCommerce site. Experiences
1) order placed on 3/24. Zulily didn't email me until 4/12 to tell me my item was out of stock.
2) Order placed on 9/20 did not ship until 10/13. This is 17 business days after my order was placed.
The shipping isn't even cheap and they can't get it right. Based on their responses on their FB page there will be no changes made in the near future. I've placed 5 oders with Zulily.com at almost $200 total. It's a shame they're losing my business.
I will do business with sites that can easily get my my orders in 1 to 2 weeks.

I have had 3 orders from them and this is all to do with toddler clothes. So far, everything has been extremely good quality, true to size, and amazing prices. I did have a problem with my 3rd order on a pair of shoes for my grandson. After waiting 4 weeks, they cancelled the order. I wrote them explaining how wrong it was, they should know inventory prior to selling items. Plus it happened they were for his Easter outfit. When I came home today, they were delivered to my house and waiting on my doorstep. I am so happy, and thus far highly recommend them. You must expect a long wait for delivery, it's how their system works, other than that I am a very happy customer!

I have used Zulily before and understand that they are slow, but this is unbelievable! I ordered non-medical facial masks at the end of June. It is now July 26th and I still have not received them. They were shipped to my local post office, but then shipped away. My masks are having a better vacation than I am - they are traveling up and down the East Coast! I needed these for the start of school and wanted to make sure they would fit & be comfortable. Looks like I will not get them until after school begins. Called customer service - no help there! Told to call back August 4th! Disgrace!

I started using Zulily in 2015, and I love it. I've only had to return one or two items over the years due ti ordering too small a size. And it was very easy to do. I find the sizes fit very well. Prices are great, especially sale prices. I like the jewelry too. There are times it takes a while for delivery.

I am a frequent Zulily flyer and I have never been disappointed. You get what you pay for but if you know what you want, you know what a deal you're getting. I purchased a pair of Clark's leather boots to die for! My little girl is running around in MLP heaven. I purchase a lot of items for her from outfits to shoes, earrings, even wall decals. My husband said every day is like Christmas. Ya'll say what you want but I'm in love! Customer service is responsive and I can't tell enough friends about Zulily.
Tip for consumers:
You pay for shipping once and then shipping is free for a 24 hour period. I buy my cheapest item first - then I nail them with the rest. Some items take a long time so if you don't like to wait, shop the "ready to ship" items. I've purchased many brand name items and have been very happy.

I placed my order for two tops on October 30th. As of December 16, have still not received them. Was hoping to wear the outfits at Thanksgiving, now I probably won't be able to wear them for Christmas! I have contacted them twice by email. The one good thing is they respond right away, but the response has always been "The shipping has been delayed. We expect it any day now, thanks for your patience." They gave me a $10 credit toward my next purchase, but there is no way I am going to buy anything from them again.
Tip for consumers:
If you have absolutely no worries about when you might get your items, then this maight still be the place for you. If you are trying to purchase something as a gift, or for a specific event, don't bother.

I ordered 4 items from here: a fuchsia circle skirt, a pair of denim-look leggings, a trendy crystal necklace, and a deodorant cream.
Shipping was incredibly slow - more than 3 weeks! - so much so that I figured I had been scammed and would never see my items.
The quality of all but the deodorant cream was appalling: skirt sizing was at least 2 sizes off, the leggings were saggy and covered in untrimmed threads, and the "crystal" necklace was actually sparkly black plastic sloppily hot glued into a metal tube.
Customer service initially offered me credit for a future order. Um, NO. Never again.
They did eventually credit me for the cost of the items without having to return them, but overall I am not impressed.
Tip for consumers:
Sizes are way off, shipping times are long.

Just received my order from zulilly, wrong color, puckered hems, with threads hanging, and neckline that only someone with a shrunken head could fit their head through! Supposed be to be XL, perhaps in the world of lilliputians. Never ordering through them again!

I've placed several orders with Zulilly over the last 2 years. Each order has arrived by stated time or even early. I've been very satisfied as well with the quality, condition and fit of every item. Out of the thousands of Zulilly customers, seems it's only the disgruntled few leaving reviews. Don't let that stop you! I would give 10 stars if I could!

This was my first and last experience with Zulily. I placed my order 2-21-16 and am just receiving it today, 3-30-16. Unacceptable! When I sent a follow-up email, I couldn't even understand what they were trying to tell me in their response. One less customer to worry about.
