Love the variety of items featured! There are recognizable brands, as well as some new ones I'd never heard of but discovered thanks to Zulily. While there are some aspects that could use work (cost of shipping, the time it takes to receive items, refund policy on certain items, quality of items), all of these aspects are not hidden and so the consumer knows what they are getting themselves into when choosing to purchase through Zulily. I find that Zulily has been fair when items are no longer available or will not ship when expected, and they do their best to make customers happy when issues arise. I'm a long-time customer and the fact that I continue to shop via Zulily is a testament to their customer service.

The clothing is cheaply made. "Cardigans" are t-shirt fabric with buttons. Sizing is WAY off and colors aren't as described. There is no live person to talk with. Returns are not easy either. Now that I know QVC owns this company, I'll stay away from them as well as HSN.

I really enjoy shopping Zulily. There's usually a good selection of what you are looking for. Sometimes you have to wait a while for your purchases to arrive, especially if they are coming from China. The customer service is beyond good!

You place an order and you're lucky if it arrives 3 weeks later. Then the item doesn't fit and they charge you $5 to ship it back and give you a store credit for a future purchase. I decided to just donate the item because I won't be shopping at Zulily ever again so I would not be able to yse a store credit. Awful shopping experience. Clothes are not true to size.

Tip for consumers:
I wish I had known Zulily's return policy prior to shopping at ther site.

I absolutely love Zulily, and am often asked where I get my cute clothes. I'm a plus sized woman with a bit of a shopping problem. It's all about the hunt and I have have gotten some fantastic buys. Great stuff.

I can always find new things that are fun, pretty, goofy, and suitable as a nice gift. I've had one return in over a year and half, and that was so easy to handle and to receive my credit. Very happy.

I have been shopping on Zulily long before most people knew about it. I love Zulily and shop almost as much through the app as I do on amazon. Both are my number one web sites and apps equally to use.

I am usually satisfied with my purchases. Theirs only been a couple of hic-ups but Zulliy fixed the problems. I do wish it didn't take so long for some items to ship out an you could return clothing if too small or large for exchange for right size. I do understand that this is a outlet though. Also please post pictures of the inside of purses. I like a middle zip divider an most do not show the inside.

Great prices. Large variety of items.
Love to shop at Zulily. I buy all kind of things and love them. If there is something wrong with an item I purchased they make it easy to return.

The shipping costs and speed are terrible. It takes forever to get your items and you have to pay for every item you buy (no free shipping over a certain amount like most stores). Most clothing items look nothing like they do on the website (sizing/cut wise) and the material is very cheap on most items. Kitchen stuff has been as expected and hard to find items.

There is some interesting merchandise and brands. A lot of things run small. They seems to just have some of their own brands that they slap different labels on, so try to just buy from known brands. Terrible customer service. After many years of business when I told them I did not receive a package, they did not offer any productive help and told me I needed to contact the post office and that perhaps the carrier had hidden the package somewhere at the property. I responded that I have a locked mailbox. Thankfully, I just disputed the charged with my credit card company and got a credit. Not likely to use Zulily again due to bad business practices.

First off, let me say, each e-mail will be replied to by a different associate, only making confusion worse. I received 2 items as a gift and explained the items didn't fit, and also if I was able to return/exchange without my aunt (the original purchaser) knowing. They said no, she would have to be notified (I don't know why). So I bit the bullet, and said agreed to go ahead with the exchange anyway. They asked for all the basic information like order and item #s. After providing this information, they said they were unable to find an order with that information and my e-mail... which of course they couldn't as I was not the purchaser. I provided the e-mail she used, and they sent a message back saying, "Great! We credited back your account!"... meaning they credited back HER account... so now I'm left with 2 useless items and zero credit to purchase any replacement. No one knows what they are doing over there.

Yes the shipping can be very slow and yes sometimes the items are not what they appear to be in the picture. But most of the items ( only shirts, coats/jackets and shoes) that I purchase on this site I am completely happy with. I get a lot of compliments on the items and people are always asking me " where did you get that?". AND you cannot beat the prices, so if you are ok with waiting for your items for longer than 2 weeks in some cases it is worth it. I do not like the idea that you cannot return anything, but if you receive a damaged item they will refund your money, or if an item is taking too long they give you the option of cancelling.

I have ordered around 10 times from Zulily (in Canada) and overall the experience has been great! I heard about it through a colleague how has also has good experiences. I have received some absolutely beautiful and fun pieces.

When an item never showed, I contacted their Customer service by email and promptly received a refund.

A few times I received piece that were lower quality but the price was always reflective of the quality. I have also learned to read the description of every item before purchasing (dimensions, type of fabric, etc.). And when I feel like there aren't enough pictures to properly see the item... I don't buy it. Simple as that.

Overall positive experiences for me. One tiny thing is that they could have more pictures of their items or allow for a proper zoom.

First of all, Zulily may seems like a bargain but the suggested retail price is over inflated. If you can buy the same item for the same price at Target, it's not a steal. Secondly, the product descriptions are terrible. I have purchased 4 items from Zulily and none of them have matched the description. Luckiy I've spent a grand total of around $75, so I'm not out a lot of money. Lastly, Zulily doesn't have a way to rate products and items cannot be returned. If it sounds to good to be true, you're probably getting ripped off.

I am not sure why there are so many negative reviews about Zulily here. I just started using the website before Christmas to get some gifts for my family. All the items came before Christmas, even a couple that were supposed to be delayed until after Christmas. The quality was great. I ordered an area rug for my living room after Christmas and it came promptly and was great quality and looks wonderful. I recommend the website and have had good experiences so far.

Wish I saw reviews of their site before I purchased! It's been almost a month and my order still has NOT shipped. They gave me two shipping dates now that have not followed thru. The item I ordered was a gift to boot! I should have looked on this site first before purchasing from them. They say on their website it takes 2 weeks to ship, plus a week to deliver. Well it's way past that. I wouldn't be upset if they were honest about their lead times.

I just received my first order from Zulily and could not be more pleased. After reading all the negative reviews, I wasn't sure what to expect. My order only took a couple of weeks to get here. This is NOT a site where you can order at the last minute, because of their system. They don't place the orders until the "event" is over, and they tell you that up front. I got an adorable summer dress for $19 that I can't wait to wear, and matching necklaces for my daughter and her best friend that they're going to love. The quality of everything was very good. I just placed my second order.

While I have had some pieces in 3 orders work out... mostly men's t-shirts and a couple of tunics, this is what we found. SHOES are a big huge bust... we ordered a men's pair of dress shoes, casual runners and two pairs of women's New Balance. Three of the four pairs did not fit. I see others have had the same issues. I should have looked here first. While the shoes clearly state the size but when compared with new ones we bought to replace them they are not the same size. I purchase a cheap six pack of bras... they were underwire and broke first time on... the more costly one didn't fit either. ITS A NO GO FOR ME...

Received my orders were:!, item numbers. Were right but the dress were wrong. 2,
Two solar lanterns were not work at all. I check the website, no return policy.

It says": What if my order arrives incomplete, incorrect, damaged or defective?
Well work to resolve the problem immediately simply contact us at *******@zulily.com for a quick respons"

Zulily - Never ever again. I have even been given a free voucher to spend for the faulty items sent, but I wont be spending it. Sadly mine went straight to Vinnies. Even something as simple as a long sleeve t shirt was so misshapen - pulling tight across to the seam under one arm pit, appalling. Forget it

I placed my first, and last order, with this company 2 months ago. I ordered 2 shirts and 1 arrived 6 weeks later after I called to complain. I am still waiting on the 2nd. Don't be fooled by the seemingly low prices! The shipping charges are high, the wait is extremely long AND you are charged immediately, not when your order ships. I think they just hope it takes so long that you will forget about it.

Zulily is awesome! I do basically all my shopping on this site. From clothing to houseware and everything else, you can find it here. The quality of the products are usually top notch. With just a few exceptions. The pricing is very reasonable and cheaper than most Amazon products. If I was to change anything, it would definitely be the length of time I have to wait after I make a purchase. I think if Zulily could improve in that area, they'd be a better contender to their market counterparts.

Not sure why I keep torturing myself with this site... had an order that never shipped for over 8 months. Finally got a refund. Had another order they just straight up canceled themselves. My last order still hasn't shipped. I have had 1 good experience and about 5 bad.

I have had several orders with Zulily and received them all in a timely manner except 1 and it was taken care of well before Christmas so I was able to get abother item in its place. You have to read the fine print and understand how they work. Yes they have longer delivery period but it's worth it. They offer free shipping once you place your first order of the day unless you purchase furniture or something in bulk but that's understandable. Customer service is great. I will definitely continue shopping with zulily!
