I ordered 5 blouse items from Weekend Suzanne Betro before looking up reviews. My heart sank as every one complained about not receiving their order. I had spent over $100. Fortunately I got all my items! Two came within a few weeks and I had them all within the month. They did all originally ship from China. I got updated emails so I could follow the shipping progress. I did received my items in 3 separate shipments. I kept reading complaints that sizing always runs too small, so I ordered mediums. Should have ordered smalls, in my option, they all actually do run true to size. I think the quality is as expected, no flaws. So all in all, my experience ended well.

I purchased two items in April, returned one because of quality. Return was at my expense. Kept the other item but didn't wear it until May. First time I wore it, it pilled up and is now unwearable. Not cheap either; almost $40! Unlikely I'll purchase from Zulily again because I can't trust quality, and returns are at customer expense.

I like this site. They have a wide array of items not just clotjing. I will say though that their sizes are a bit winky at least in women's clothing. Mostly on the small side so if in doubt size up. Some items ship quickly, some come from overseas. Everything I have bought so far was nice. Prices are great.

My friend turned me on to Zulilly and now I can't stop shopping! Love everything I have ordered. Keep up the good work. Only thing I wish they did was offer free shipping and choice of credit or money back on returned items. So far, I haven't returned anything!

Zulily is my go-to shopping app. It's addicting! I order almost weekly, because they always have something I need or can't live without. Returns are super easy, too. This is not a shopping app for people in a hurry as Zulily is a third party seller and doesn't keep inventory on hand. But that keeps costs down, which is why their prices are so unbelievable! I'm a Zulily fan!

I'm new to Zulily because of their "NO" return policy. I finally decided to give it a try because I really wanted some tops from Rising Star. They said that they run small, so I ordered 3X even though I wear extra large. They arrived today and one is too large while the other is tight. Why is this? They're the same brand for goodness sake.

I ordered a christmas present on 11/30. It's 12/21 and I just learned it arrived but after we left town to visit family for the holiday. It doe s nt matter if you save a little on the price if you can't depend on getting your stuff in a timely was. They take a y least two weeks more than anyone elsn 0

I have ordered several times from zulily. I have had a pleasant experience each time. Their kids clothes are so cheap I often buy for my daughter. I do have some complaints about shipping speed, if you need it asap I wouldnt count on it. However I called with my concerns about how long my order took (about 2 weeks) to their customer service phone number, where talking to a live person is possible! And they refunded me the entire cost of my shipping with no complaints.

I have ordered clothes many times over the past 2 years and always been delighted. They have some very pretty items not available elsewhere and at great prices. The sizes do come up a bit small but when I contacted customer support on one item which was too small they creditted me and told me to keep and give to a friend or charity shop. Excellent!

Ive ordered 5 items from Zulilly over the past yr. They never disappoint. Just yesterday(Sunday afternoon) i accidentally ordered the same item twice! I called the number at their "contact us" and actually spoke to a representative! She removed the duplicate and pointed out that i had free shipping since i ordered before midnight. I checked my order today, exactly as she said! Love this company!

I love Zulily. They have great prices on so many different. Every day, it's different products to shop from. The only problem I have is the length of time it takes to get the items you order. They need a faster turn around system, getting from buyer to buyers home.

I was so apprehensive after I placed my order with Zulily and read the scathing online reviews. My order came faster than they originally said and it was fine. The items were really nice (boutique-quality) and it was all stuff you couldn't find anywhere else online and especially not for those prices! My sister is a horse fanatic and these items were horse-themed. I'm pleased. I think people are already ticked by how long stuff takes to arrive and Zulily can't do anything to make them happy. I'm going to try my luck and keep ordering from them :)

I've ordered a few times from sites like zulily and beyondtherack and I can tell you that zulily works a lot faster than most cheap deals sites. I recently ordered a pair of shoes as gifts for a friend and I got it delivered in less than two weeks. Before you order, check to make sure that they have the items in their warehouse. If express shipping is available then you will get what you ordered in time.
Most shoppers on these sites really just are not educated shoppers and I believe that's why a lot of negative reviews poor in. Working in customer service also lets me know that for every one negative review, there are about 20 positive experiences that are just not recorded. People are more likely to review things when they've had negative experiences than when they've had positive ones.
For new shoppers, I'd recommend starting small. Order a pair of shoes or something and see how it goes. Do not pay attention to all the negative reviews. Make up your mind for yourself.

I just received my final order and am officially telling you to not buy anything from this sight. 9 out of 10 times I had to send back. Quality is poor, sizing is way off, everything is overpriced and every pice of clothing shrunk when I washed in cold water. I'm done throwing my money away.

I do buy items from Zulily, but often am disappointed my the quality, but don't return items because I will have to pay shipping costs again! I tend to stick with known brands now. I do not enjoy the flashing ads nor do I appreciate ads sprinkled throughout. I liked it better when each daily deal was clearly labeled (rather than buried in some flashing, vaugely identified category.) I have limited shopping time and want to use it wisely. I probably would purchase more if things were clearly categorized and identified.

I placed a large order back in November for Christmas gifts for several kids in my family. Weeks went by with nothing being shipped out. After having to inquire via email, they finally shipped my items but there's a very good chance I won't receive my items in time to wrap and give out on Christmas Eve. A complete waste of money and time, as now I have to go buy last minute gifts to ensure I have something for the kids. So much for thinking I was on the ball by ordering early! I'm an avid online shopper and I've never experienced such a lag in service and lack of concern for the customer. Timeliness and good service mean nothing to this company. I will NEVER order from them again. If you're expecting to receive something within less than a month's time, do not waste your money (actually, I wouldn't trust them at all). They don't accept returns, so I'm out $200. Thanks for adding additional stress to an already stressful week, Zulily! Horrible.

1-The website is made to get your information before even knowing if you will purchase something. That's very annoying.
2- You can't review anything.
3- Why would I want free shipping for the rest of the day to the same address? I purchased some dresses for my niece. Then I saw the message free shipping. I tried getting a dress for my daughter and I did not get the free shipping because it was a different address. I would not order my dress to my sister's house because she is in TX and I'm in VA. It just doesn't make sense I really don't understand in which situation you would want to order more things after you already placed an order unless you forgot something...

Actually the return policy is that instead of returning my order which was not the right size, Zulily refunded my money and asked me to donate the item to Goodwill or Salvation Army or give it to a friend. Can't beat that... I'm happy!

I ordered a jacket September 21st. The site states that my order was scheduled to ship over a week ago. It still hasn't shipped. The item was advertised to ship within 7-10 days. It's now been 24 days and no ship date in sight...

I have furnished my home, my wardrobe, and bought many gifts on Zulily in the last three years. While you have to be prepared for an occasional glitch (the item becomes not available, it arrives damaged, the sizing is WAY off, or OnTrac fails to deliver), I still really love shopping here. I've bought some great deals, the photos are typically very reflective of the item, and almost everything is of good quality. I'm really glad Zulily hasn't told me how much I've spent there in total! BTW, Customer Service is excellent, too. If you are a control freak, not the place for you, but if you like a little surprise, YES!

This website does not even deserve one star. I ordered something for my grandchild for Christmas on 11/19. At the time of purchase, the site tells you as soon as you proceed to checkout, the item is reserved and guaranteed. I have waited a month for the item and yesterday I received an email telling me they no longer have the item that was reserved for me. For my inconvenience, they offered me a store credit of $10. By the time you pay shipping, there is virtually nothing to purchase for $10. I told them to keep their credit. I will never shop there again. If your word is not reliable and your service and delivery terrible, you don't deserve my business

I like the daily Zulily variety of products. I check around and the prices are usually a bit better than Amazon. The concern is in the shipping time for a product and the shipping fee. I can pay $2 more and get most of the items on Amazon and get free next day or 2 day shipping with my prime membership. I still buy some items on Zulily but faster shipping would make me order more. Customer Service has been phenomenal when I have called for assistance.

OK first bad experience O ordered a few tops that looked so cute in photo, when they arrived... cheap, baggy wakeful. Will donate these pieces as they cannot be returned.
Second order... I ordered 2 cute tops... huge on the bottom... so tight on top I cannot wear them... very irregular sizing, I am not huge breasted or anything ( b cup) Again cannot return so... Not sure what to do with them, expensive dust rages maybe? Donate to child for a dress? I am done with zylily, cheap, made in China junk!
