A year ago I loved Zulily. Things you did not see anywhere else. Really unique houseware. Wonderful things for children. Customer service even scored 100 points. I had heard that Zulily was sold sometime back. Is that true? I can't even make myself look at the web-site now. What the hell happened. I am a online shopper hate malls and online is convenient, I have ordered three pairs of size 8 shoes, two were the same style different colors one pair fit, the second was a whole size bigger and the third, different style I couldn't get my foot in. Never again. I will stick with Amazon or Zappos If I'm not happy they both have very simple return policy.

More than a month for the products to come in. No better than Walmart. Made in China likely in slave labor factories. Don't waste your money or time. I will never order from Zulily again. Ordered January 9 for my wife's birthday on February 4. Order arrived today... February 11th. Cheap quality. Embarrassed to give this to my wife.

I ordered 2 pairs of yoga pants from their website. I bought 2 as a test, since saw a lot of bad reviews on this site. That didn't happen.
It turns out that they were built well, they were strong but breatheable, they fit me super well, they stretched in the right places, and I wore them longer than I normally wear yoga pants just because they were so comfy.
This is NOT one of those bad quality, good photo websites. At least if you're buying yoga pants in the Balance Collection. I bought 8 more after I received the first order.

Terrible customer service. I complained about how long it takes for them to ship items and the service rep said there was nothing they could do. She said it takes on average 21-28 days to receive your order. I reminded her that I made the purchase on Oct. 5th and it is now Nov. 10th... that's 36 days! Obviously you don't require basic math skills to work at Zulily! Run, run, run from this on-line company.

If you don't know the brand, assume the quality will be very poor because that has been my experience so far. Besides the long wait, the so called boutique brands come from third world countries with quality lower than Walmart. The sizing also has been way off.

I placed an order for 5 items on 7/22/16 for 5 items and all items were charged to my credit card within 1 day of placing order. I rec'd notice 8/9/16 2 items were delayed and then rec'd other 3 items on 8/10/16. I'm trying to return items which didn't fit and zulily.com's "no customer service" won't reply to my E-mail sent to *******@zulily.com. Prevent frustration and save your time -- don't buy from this vendor, even as attractive as they're ads are.

I work for stores as secret shopper and I am 100% objective. The quality is not good at Zulily.
One item with lace was all shredded at bottom with strings hanging down. 2nd item was sized 2 sizes two small. XL was a medium. Arms were very tight. I wore another tunic once and it did not hold up. Did not even wash it. It started to unravel.
The presentation is nice on site, but does not hold up. I wish I had seen these reviews before ordering.

Zulily is a fun way to look for sales and to try out new brands and styles. I look daily to see what's up and purchase often. Items are wonderful 99% of the time, and if ever they aren't, customer service is! My only complaint is that sometimes the packaging seems a bit wasteful when items don't ship together. This may happen when things ship from different locations, but I'm not sure. Overall, I Love Zulily!

I love grabbing items for good prices. Never know whats up for grabs, so I try to look daily. Their service (all around) is great. Shipping gets pricey, but you can combine items so it doesn't seem too bad. I buy ahead for Christmas, when I can.

Shopping takes forever and what you get are basically Wish products with a higher price tag. Items aren't as pictured, shoddy workmanship, off colors, etc. I could have gotten the same crappy clothing from Wish with the same shipping speed and saved myself $45+.

If you do a lot of research, you can snag some deals. But most of the unknown items are really garbage. The customer service is excellent, but I'm done with Zulily because it's such a let down to get a package that turns out to be garbage.

I am amazed reading these low reviews. I have been ordering from this site for a long time. I know when I place an order it may take up to 6 weeks to receive it. I have never had a problem with them refunding my money for incorrect sizes. I have done it several times. They have been excellent about giving me store credit for being inconvenienced.
The clothes they offer are the most unique and best quality clothes you will find anywhere. You cannot walk into your local store and find this kind of selection. I love this website. I wake up at 9am so I can get what I want before it is sold out.
Just be patient with them when ordering. Expect it to take a few weeks. "Do the math" as a previous poster put it. If you want exceptional clothing at great prices, you might have to wait for it. In my opinion it is worth it.

While Zulily is a great and fun place to shop, they really need to disclose where their items come from... like China! While most if the items are a true fine, the shipping and return policy can get expensive. There can be a long wait for items but is usually worth it. Sizing for clothes are all over the place, same for shoes. Customer service is great.
Overall, it is a fun and interesting place to shop.

2016 I was able to leave an review stating the quality or if I was satisfied with the purchased. Poof they took that away after seeing the rating perfectly makes sense. I do not know exactly what happened to this company or if it has been taken over by a certain manufacturing country. Today received an order - order after order still dissatisfied. Will not be purchasing any longer. This has been on my list of websites to buy for over 6 years. Dissapointed!

I am such a shoe nut, especially shoes that are vintage-styled. However, as cute as the shoes may look, don't order. I think they're made in China so the sizes are not true, the leather/pleather extremely cheap-looking, and they don't take returns! I've even received pairs with two left shoes! Used to love Zulily but I'm done! Now, I only order socks!

The only issue I have is with the inconsistency in sizing for my plus sized purchases. It's frustrating to wait as long as I have to, only to get an item that's two sizes smaller than described or a size larger. The cost of alterations would make even the best bargain a waste of time.

Ordered 2 summer sweaters $32.04. Received and size was to small. Returned using Zully label that was 46 days ago. Had to inquire many times about return and credit. Today finally found I am only to receive $16. And change. The sweaters did not weigh even one pound

Shopping at zulily based on their guidance I purchased several items only one fit (because it was stretchy knit material - cardigan). The dress I paid 20.00 dollars for can be purchased a Ross, Marshalls or TJ Maxx for 10-12 dollars. The material for the other item were extremely cheap... I can get much better quality at the same price when I shop for the sale at Macys and Nordstrom Rack. Trust me save your money and don't shop this company; and to top it off they don't give refunds... only credit for future purchased with them.

Don't waste your money at zulily. I ordered two dresses which took at least 3 weeks to arrive. When they didn't fit and I needed to return them, they will only give you a store credit, not a refund. Plus you have to pay shipping both ways. Telling everyone I know NOT to shop zulily!

I am not sure what is changing at Zulily. However, I have ordered so much from them. Their stuff is adorable! Yes. I have had a couple of broken toys delivered. I didn't send back because of the hassle. Or a few clothes not to the standard they portray in the description.
I have actually returned 2: items for $36.00 and was given credit. But in September I bought 2 comforters. One lighter weight the other a heavier weight. I did not open the second one until January. I washed it per directions and parts of it became defective. I called for an exchange. Nope. It needed to be within 30 days. Even though I didn't open it until 90 days later.
I talked to 5 people. Each with a different story. And assumptions. It was amazing to experience. Lack of communication at its worst.
I wanted to share not only were they cranky, but counldnt follow the story. Beware... Read their policies carefully and there was no flexibility within them.

I have been a customer for about a year and a half now. LOVE LOVE LOVE! Great prices, beautiful dresses, sizes are spot on. Have never had a bad experience. It does take a few weeks to ship. If there was one suggestion to make it would be to work on shipping the product quicker. Overall I am a very satisfied customer!

I will never order from Zulily again. The photos are incredibly deceiving, nothing is the way it appears on these clever photographs. The sizes are not true either, so things will not only look different, but also don't fit. No returns possible. I will give no star at all, but in order to submit I have to select at least one star.
