The last time I shop at a site that doesn't take returns. I guess I should of seen the writing on the wall. The clothing I received is cheap and shoddy, besides being three sizes smaller than the tag. I ordered sheets and I can actually see through them. My best advise would be to avoid this site. Its a way for companies to get rid of crap they couldn't sell anywhere else.

Horrible, ordered a hat and scarf on 11/23/14 the scarf came on 12/20/14 but still have yet to receive the hat. Called customer service for them to tell me that the hat is still in the warehouse and there not sure why it hasn't been shipped yet. Will never order from them again! If I could I would rate it zero stars.

Allow at least 2 months for your items to be delivered.

This company is the worst! I have bought from them for about two years. In the beginning, everything was great as far as quality, price etc. However, over the last few months quality and plummeted. Items have been sent to me with holes in them, missing pieces and the wrong size. They have also cancelled orders stating "this item is no longer available" when I had ordered it a month ago and they had my money. I have had to call customer service about soooo many issues, I finally gave up and had them cancel all of my outstanding items.
They get bad information from their vendors and sell too many items when they cannot fill the orders. I am no longer using this company!

I ordered a wall sticker from these people on January 3. Today's February 17 and my order is still in "prepared to be shipped". And they have the audacity to charge for shipping. I wish I read these reviews before ordering. Never again.

I love it for just about every thing I need except for groceries. Things do come in slowly so I have to plan in advance and things do come in broken or flawed but they do take care of the consumer. Little confused as to how the computing works on the returns but assistance with sending things back has been very good.

I love Zulily's premise of variety, interesting products for sell, excellent customer service. I have tried to stop shopping on Zulily several times BUT I always wonder what I am missing. Especially good sales and offers, so I come back to shop. There are so many neat, different items. I love a good bargin!
My only negative comment is the length of time it takes to receive some of the items I order. Especially an overseas order. And orders from outside the US, the sizing runs smaller. This took some time figuring this out and I have to diligently check all Sizing charts.

I think Zulily is great! With just a few exceptions! It seems like postage is way high! And at Christmas time I had ordered 2 weighted blankets for my daughter s in law! I guess the company didn't come through with their product. It was approximately 10 days before Christmas when a was notified my order had been cancelled! I know you can't control everything, you are counting on your suppliers, as I in turn an counting on you! I had waited months for the items already and then to get notified so close to the holiday was so disappointing. I think your company should be able keep a better eye on what's happening. I was left with 10 days to replace them and I purchased replacement blankets but they weren't the same quality. And then about a week later you had them listed again! Just very disappointed!

I shop a LOT on Zulily! Items can be delightful OR disappointing! I'd bet that some companies put their "seconds" on Zulily. I often think I should stop buying there.
Sometimes, an item is not at all the color they said, or doesn't look like the photo. Or maybe it's cheaply made... a bow falls off, item isn't fitted right. Sometimes significant details aren't in the descriptions. Sizes are a gamble! And it's SO easy for me to assume something is bigger or smaller, so be careful! Sometimes shopping is wearisome in that there can be TOO many items in 1 category. I wish they would also sort by price.
It's also so fun buying this way; online is PERFECT for a disabled person (BUT returns are a hassle!) But they've been really pretty fair, and kind, when I've called about an item. As I buy regularly, it also means calling and returning regularly. MAYBE about a fourth of the time, maybe less.
Tip for consumers:
Be careful not to assume something is a certain size. 1 vendor may have great items, and another may be passing off their "seconds". Remember it's costly, and a hassle to return items. You may get better results calling on an item, if it's not as describe have them let you return it free.

Absolutely Awful! I have never typed a review in my life but Zulily is the worse company to ever order from! I received an email guaranteed by Christmas. Two weeks later I did not receive the purchase and was told I guess it is not the items you purchased. Even customer service told me they are awful with shipping. I ordered prior this and received my order 2 months later and was told itmes should ship within 12-14 days but they have no control over this. I though mistakes happened so placed my xmas order and twice I am VERY upset!

The heading says it all. Waited 2 1/2 weeks for delivery, which wasn't too bad, but you can imagine the disappointment when you go to try them on and one fits beautifully and the other one makes you feel like Cinderella's ugly stepsister. I now have a mismatched pair of boots sitting on my table waiting to go in the garbage, when I get the nerve to do it. Such a waste. Can't even donate them. For the inconvenience they offered me a $15.00 credit on my next order. As if.

After saving every dime I had to buy a few clothes for myself, I finally settled on this place because of price. Well, I ordered clothes for the plus size person I am, but these clothes wouldn't fit my 12 year old grand child. Of course there are no refunds, no exchanges for a bigger size... this place is nothing more than false advertisement at it's best. It reaches the extent of conducting a criminal business after reading the reviews. I lived and learned; I should have read the reviews first.

First order had a decorative item that seems just fine. The clothing items are oddly made. The shoulders are so tight a friend two sizes smaller couldn't get it on, and the other item was made of inexpensive t-shirt material. It's very difficult to find return information other than email them and follow the explicit instructions and return at your own expense for a credit. And this has to take place in 14 days... Waiting for their explicit instructions. Onerous.

Things I don't like about Zulily:
Items are not returnable. I even ordered 2 sizes since sizes from most manufacturers vary. Neither fit, and now I'm stuck with both.
Advertised items aren't offered for very long, so you can't take time to think about your decision and are more likely to make impulse purchases.
Shipping takes a very LONG time.
When you click on an ad for an item you like, it frequently does not take you to that item. That's because that item in no longer in stock... which they should then stop sending you advertisements for it!
Until you unsubscribe to the daily emails, you will be reminded daily of your wasted money and senseless purchase.

I have ordered a few things from this website. One was nice quality and a great deal, two were mediocre quality and therefore no cheaper than a department store, two were unwearable (wrong size shipped on one, shirt so strangely designed as to not fit anyone on the other).
Since they seem to not be screening the products they sell, and there is a "no return" policy, buying from the website is a real crap shoot. Don't waste your time and money... you will end up annoyed.

I don't see how you can run a business that sells shoe and clothing items and NOT do returns or exchanges! The coat I ordered came nicely packaged and presented, but was not worth the money I'd shelled out for it and it looked different than the picture. I looked all over for a way to return the item, but couldn't find anything, so I emailed them. I was told that they don't do returns. They said they would "make an exception just this once" for me to return the jacket. Really? I will not buy from them again. Piss poor customer service about no returns.

After waiting a month for my order, I emailed them. They said I would get it on 11/7/18. It was already the 11th. A few more days passed, I called and was told I should have gotten it by now. Since I did not, they promised a full refund. I contacted the post office, they never received it (seems I was given a false tracking #) no attempt was made to trace order or even to ship out a replacement order. Very disappointed. How does one stay in business this way?

I ordered two items from Zulily on September 2. My credit card was charged for both items immediately. Five weeks went by before the first item arrived. I then received an email saying that the second item was currently unavailable, but I could choose to wait another 30 days or cancel the order. I cancelled the order and received an immediate refund of $2. Two days later I received the balance of the refund. If I'd known that it would take 5 weeks to get something, I wouldn't have ordered. When ordering for infants or toddlers, they can grow out of the item before it's ever received. Doubt that I'll be ordering again.

I ordered over 700.00 worth of Clothing and Shoes from Zulily.com. I was extremely disappointed with the quality and construction of these items. The shoes arrived with indentations and marks on them, as well as the wrong sizes. The Clothing items was cheaply constructed using very low quality Material and poor construction. I will not order from them again.

I have made MANY purchases, and will continue to do so. The website is upfront about return policy (it IS an outlet site after all). It explains that it initially puts a hold on your credit card when you place the order, but the charge comes off until each item ships. Every manufacturer provides a size chart- if unsure, DON'T buy. Shipping- most items take 12-16 BUSINESS days (about 3 weeks). No surprise, it's an outlet site with cheap/free shipping. I keep seeing complaints over issues which Zulily is upfront.?

Thank goodness I read the reviews before giving up my credit card number! I had enough of an issue with having to subscribe to the site just to view the "deals". They catch you with "up to 70% off!", but when you get on there, there's 1 PAIR at that sale price, and never the right size. I've tried twice to be taken off the email list but no luck. As others have warned, BUYER BEWARE! I'll take my business to Marshall's and TJ Maxx like everyone else who wants a good deal on great quality!

Yes the shipping is getting out of hand, and I shopped several times per week from Zulily. Then, items began arriving damaged or totally broken. After much complaining and relentless emails, they cleared up one order. However, I'm waiting om 3 other items that arrived broken, and one I never received! I can wait for my items, but when they jack up the shipping AND your items arrive broken, I'm just DONE!

I shop all the time with zulily and have since I think 2010 or 2011. Anyway, yes it takes a while to get the items. I have received $100 of credit for shopping with them. I have gotten an item that was of poor quality and some that were to small and they credit my account for the items and I either give them away or in one case just fixed the item. I think they have great customer service as well. I'm very pleased with this company

I found out that Zulily engages in selling clothing that uses angora rabbit fur. The practice is horrendously cruel and inhumane. I encourage anybody who cares about animal welfar and basic decency to send this company a letter about discontinuing this disgusting practice. We have to become aware about where our clothing comes from and what practices are being used in the process of having them made.
