I ordered from Zulily many times, mainly shoes and clothes for my kid, books and some kitchen items. I was almost 100% satisfied with the quality of the product. With one exception, a paid of boots I got for here were really not a good fit, but I didnt complain too much for $12. Kids shoes are so expensive for the amount of time that they wear them.
I do not like that it takes way too long to get the items and that there are no returns. When you order shoes it is hard to know they will fit. It would be good if they could accept returns on specific items.

All the negative reviews here are so true. I wish i did a research about the reviews first before making any purchase. The korks sandals that i ordered for around $32 which was originally around 70 bucks was cheaply made and i could say fake. They maybe using pictures of the original branded items but the ones that they're selling are fake items. It's fraud. I just realized maybe thats why they are selling cheap priced products because items itself are so cheaply made. Previous buyers are all right, im not buying anymore on this website too.

I realize they don't manufacture the clothing they sell but they are responsible for ensuring reasonable size and quality information. I'm on my third order with them and each time I swear it will be the last one. Quality is horrible. Sizing is way off and I am one who reviews the size guides to ensure that I order properly. It has not helped at all with them. This is it for me. No more clothes. No more anything, really, unless it is a name brand that I already know well.

Ordered 4 items. Received 1st one (pair of womens boots) 3 weeks later. Color is suppose to be black. They were so faded that they looked grey in color in many spots. These are not wearable even under slacks. They look like an old pair of boots that were left out in the sun. I still have not received the other items and am very leery of what condition these will be in. I will not be ordering from Zulily ever again! Obviously good quality items and customer statisfaction is not a priority. Now I know what the real reason behind "no returns" is about!

Be sure to do a Google image search on anything before buying it. Chances are, its from KMART clearance and half the price. Unless you pay an arm and a leg for expedited shipping, don't plan on enjoying your purchase for at least a month. Items are marked delivered but are nowhere to be found. Granted, I've found a few nice things there, but customer service sucks, the prices are NOT competitive and the wait time to even SEE your purchase is ridiculous. For instance, shoes purchased on May 29th still have not even made it to Zulily shipping center on June 27th. They have to get there and then be shipped by Zulily. So dumb.

Zulily can be great, but order what you know. I have bought clothes once from a "designer" I didn't know and I will never do it again. It seems as though any person who owns a sewing machine can sell clothes on Zulily. I don't think most of them are real companies. Zulily does have deals from name brand companies. This is what you should look for. You know the fit or quality of the item. You HAVE to look around before buying. Check Amazon. Often I find toys or appliances for cheaper on Amazon. Today I saw a cuisinart griddle for $89 bucks. The same griddle is $50 at Costco. It retails for $100. Use a 20% off coupon from bed, bath, and beyond and it is cheaper. Also check Amazon for reviews on products you are unfamiliar with. The shipping is slow... we all know that. But don't get suckered into a "deal" without doing your homework!

There is an odor so strong in the material or dye that my family members keep asking what the smell is when they enter the house. It is very cheap, very rough material. I did get it at a good price, so I didn't get taken as badly as some who had placed orders for several items. I am putting this in the trash rather than the charitable donation box. I don't want another facility to have to deal with the smell.

Zulily says they want you to be happy with your purchase, and if you aren't they will make it right. I have to say it is true... I order from them quite often and I can say I'm happy with my purchases. I did receive an item that was defective and contacted them immediately... well they took care of it immediately. Great customer service! Considering the trend I see with how businesses treat their customers now a days... it's a breath of fresh air to see a company actually stand by their customers satisfaction. Some of the items I order are terrific, however, some as others have stated are not well made. Helps if you know the brand before buying. I know others have commented on defective items, I have received several but always receive a credit and do not have to go through the trouble of return. I just take a picture and email. I am very happy with customer service. Would like to see better brand names with higher quality materials.

Love Zuliliy! I have purchased quite a few things from them and have never been disappointed. The only thing is that items do sell fast! As far as shipping, I've always had things arrive within a week or less. Highly highly recommend!

Ordered several times from Zulily because of the low prices. I knew it was risky due to the no return policy. The fit of the products was ok, but the items look cheap and were poorly made. Also there was a strange, offensive odor; something like mothballs, as if they had been stored for some time. After my experiences, I just don't think the low prices are worth the low quality, cost of shipping and extremely long shipping time frame. I don't and won't recommend Zulily to anyone.

After shopping with this Co for awhile, I I have come to the conclusion that they don't really have a lot of products that they show. They say it will be shipped to you, take your money then make you wait 30 days to tell you it's not available. Your credit card gets charged right away, even before they know if they have it. Buyer beware it will happen to you!

How long should my order take for boots? I only ask for regular delivery... it has been 3 weeks now since I ordered. If I choose faster delivery by paying the extra shipping cost would I get it much quicker?

I absolutely Love Zulily! Sounds like the negative feedback comes from people who don't realize they wait on the company to ship the item, and some items take longer, and Zulily shouldn't be slammed for offering deals coming from other companies! I give them a 10

I have ordered from Zulily many times and never had a problem with delivery, quality or size. OK, it takes longer to arrive than the Amazon prime stuff, and I have never tried to return anything, but I knew it would take several weeks and am willing to wait for really cute, inexpensive items from a foreign land. So if you're in a hurry or need to be sure each item is pristine, order from a different site. Me, I'll take the discount, order thing bigger than I usually do (I kinda like some of my clothes to be roomy) - I am 5"2' 110 lbs so I get Mediums. Shoes and boots seem to fit right, if you know your European size. So all of you naysayers - try Nordstrom.

I uses website a lot. I was like to give him the benefit of the doubt. I do agree that their customer service is outstanding. The quality of their products however can be poor. There is no ability for repeat customers to rate the companies that are selling stuff on this website. My experience with some of the benders has been extremely poor quality merchandise. The known benders that to put stuff on this website have sold me outstanding products and a very decent price that I could not find anyone else. I caution anyone against buying stuff from this website if they do not know the brand.
I bought books from this website that were missed printed and us not able to be given as gets or even read properly by myself. Again, unless you know the vendor do not buy stuff from this website.

I placed an order for 2 items on 9/02. I received one item today and according to the tracker I'm scheduled to get the other on Monday. So far I'm pleased with this site. Ill continue to rate my experiences.

Interesting items, but they are all over the world. Logistically it is impossible to return items, exchange them. The delivery is a painful process. It could take months until you have your goods. It is not a good feeling when you shop with a purpose (birthday, or other events).

I received the wrong color shoes. Called they told me they would send the correct color and just keep the first pair as a gift. I have ordered many items, takes time unless it says it ships that day but have always loved everything I have purchased. Excellent company

I've been buying from Zulily since my grandchild was 1, he is now 13. Ilove this site but, I do have issues. Some of the merchandise that comes from China isn't usually as good as things coming from other places. Zulily needs to let the consumer know where their order is coming from. One more thing, I really like the unique items that Zulily finds.

I really like shopping at Zulily. Sometimes I don't have the time to look through the new sales items so when I do, a lot of times my size is gone. Not the fault of Zulily though. Sometimes I wish there were added options other than so many clothes.

I have ordered many items from zulily such as clothing, shoes, makeup, a headboard, home décor, perfume, and self tanner. On occasion I have had to return an item because it didn't work for me. I always check to see if an item can be returned before I purchase it so I don't get stuck with something I don't want. All of my returns have been a good experience, and customer service is always very helpful. As long as zulily keeps offering good deals I will continue to be a repeat customer.

Zulily offers everything I need to give as gifts to family members and friends. Some are unusual and can't be found elsewhere. I also find buys from upper scale businesses I have used. The prices are even better at Zulily.
