I have been buying from Zulily for about 6 months now. Never been disappointed, arrived in a reasonable time by Canada Post. A few things I have not liked or have not fitted
And had I tried them on in a store I may not have bought them.

But with the prices "you get what you pay for" in some cases.

I've made several purchases from Zulily in the past year. And to my expense a lot of the products look nice in the pictures and when you receive the product which may take a while looks nothing like the picture and is very cheaply made. And not wanting to wait and return the product I usually end up just keeping it.

DON'T waste your money!!

I've had good experiences. I have ordered from them four or five times. They once sent me the wrong item, they had me keep the wrong item, and sent me the correct one with no added fees. Yes, it does take a while to receive your products, they tell you that up front. Plus size clothing is cut a little small, but kids clothes have been true to size.

I placed an order on November 28, nice and early for Christmas. My plan was to put the shirts in a parcel and mall to family in England. It's December 19th and they still haven't replied. I emailed a complaint and their reply was pathetic, no apologies just excuses. Won't be using again.

I have bought several items from this site. Everything fell apart after only a couple of times being worn. The cardigans for myself and dresses for my daughter fell apart in the seams and the heels i bought had the actual sole in the heal fall off.

I have also found that they have extremely long shipping time 4 - 6 weeks.

Wish I would have looked at this site before ordering also! I have ordered several items from this site from time to time and have not yet been satisfied. Very slow service and the quality is very poor. I will be deleting my account so I am no longer tempted to give it another chance, a waste of time and money.

I have made 4 orders with this site, and all but one were "china" quality products. The only shoes that were worthy to keep were my daughter's croks. The rest is very bad quality, even Calvin Klein brand shoes I paid $30 for, which is not that cheap. I don't think I will buy from this site ever again, better off finding the same stuff on Amazon, or eBay, or even at the store. At least you will not wait for it forever, and will have on option to return stuff that does not fit or horribly made

I have been ordering from Zulily off and on for a number of years. Ive started and stopped, started and stopped. This year was the worse experience Ive had. Ive ordered 15 items for the year... 3 orders... Ive received 2 out of the 15 items... frustrating to say the least especially considering they were gifts that I ordered well in advance. I had to follow up because no one contacted me. A store credit of $10 applied... overall not impressed...

I like shopping Zulily. I never know what I'll find. Old and trusted faves as well as a chance to try something new. Some things I can find at a better price, but not usually. Too bad I don't always have the money at the same time Zulily has the items. I've been happy with most of my purchases. I still have items on my waitlist, so keep em coming.

I'd been stalking Zulily for awhile. Always looking but never taking the plunge and buying something. Well I finally placed an order, and it was a large one. It took over a month to get all my items. And a few I didn't receive at all because they were, according to Zulily, "lost in transit". One was canceled by Zulily without explanation. I was issued refunds in both instances and $20 in credit, but the experience was enough for me to never order anything from Zulily again. By the way, always research prices. Sometimes what seems like a deal on Zulily really isn't. I've seen the same items at better prices elsewhere.

I waited over a month, for a sweater... no notice... then I emailed an inquiry, and received
A return email... would not be shipped for another 30 days... it will be summer... forget it.
Absolute worst company on shipping,... and products some are good and some, not worth the time and money... buyer beware!

I'm overall very satisfied with my Zulily shopping experience. Most of the items ordered fit my daughter and were good quality. One item was much too large and instead of being asked to go through the hassle of shipping and returning, they offered in-store credit and suggested I keep/donate/sale the item. About a week later, another item bled after first wash, and Zulily not only refunded my money back to my credit card, but added an additional in-store credit for the amount of the item that bled. On top of their desire to provide reimbursements, they were kind, apologetic and extremely motivated to go above and beyond to keep me a return customer. I'm impressed! Would highly recommend Zulily to my friends!

I'm dissapointed because I thought I finally found a place to buy large-sized clothes that are really cute and stylish. The quality on many items was poor -- pics misrepresented the products. Return policy is a joke... on every item I choose, there was no return allowed, but I took a chance, which did not an out!

I ordered some jeans for my daughter. They were shipped to me and then the shipping info just stopped... not delivered but not returned. I tried customer service and they were rude and not helpful at all. Its been a month and no product no refund and no help. Never order from them ever!

Don't waste your time or get your hopes.up... your child will be grown before your delivery arrives. Also, note express shipping is used very loosely on this site, I order four pairs of girls shoes paid additional to get it by the end of the week, two pairs arrived on time the other two didn't. I called customer care and was causally advised that yeah the additional money you paid only cover the two pairs that we had in stock, the other two is coming from the vender so we can't guarantee exactly when you will receive the remainder of your rider! Lesson learn, I will never make another purchase from Zulily.

I have been a customer of zulily for quite sometime now and have found their products are so reasonably priced. Their jewelry is fabulous looks expensive but it is within anyone's budget. I have bought many items and loved them so much they look better in person than online. I am well satisfied and customer service is fabulous they have treated me well.

I love Zulily for the Unique and great products. I never see any one in the clothes that I have purchased and I am always asked "where did you get that?" The return fees are a little high. I would rather give the product away than return it. The money lose is to great!

Sent me a sweater that reeks of perfume, especially under the arms. All pilled along the sleeves. I am so pissed at this company right now.
I used to shop with them all the time, but this is the last straw. They also refused to credit my card after I sent back $200 worth of goods for shoddy workmanship

Ordered sandals. 3 weeks of waiting. Zulily cancelled order. Gave me a refund. Gave me credit for future purchase... credit disappeared when I finally tried to use it. The wait time for delivery is outrageous. Then they can't honor your order. Then give a FAKE credit.

Horrible service, horrible shipping times, ignored gift instructions, only one item of order has shipped, can't get a human to resolve issues. Quick to take your money - but you'll probably never see all the items you order or a return of your money.

I have ordered Keen shoes, a baby dress, and a cheese grater from Zulily. It does take a pretty long time to receive what is ordered, and you cannot return things, but the quality of what I ordered was excellent. I had no problems at all.

Purchased a XL ladies vest. It took a several months to get. Thought they sent me xs, so I double checked and was a XL. Material was very cheap & had plastic sewn in shoulders. Also purchased a few fisher price toys & they were fine.

I purchased 3 tunics and they were all poor quality. Two came immediately the third tools weeks and came directly from China. One was much too large, another much too small and the third one was made backwards!. No return label or instructions were provided. Two weeks of frustration trying to get directions to return and they have the nerve to tell me they are charging a restocking fee. Don't order from this company

They do not own their products and have stuff direct shipped from vendors, That is why it takes so long to get your purchase and why product is not up to par and returns are a total nightmare, IF you get it at all! Buyer Beware!

My merchandise has never arrived, though my account was charged and the shipping information was marked as delivered. Continued correspondence has not resolved this issue. I would never recommend this company. Read all the bad reviews and decide for yourself before wasting your time and money.
