I just started to order from them recently. So far so good. As far as shipping goes I find them to be upfront as to delivery times. I've even received my shipments early than stated. Although they don't accept returns (I'm in Canada) I have received refunds on a couple of items that weren't up to par and was told to keep the items or donate. If you need something for an event I'd order 2 to 3 weeks ahead. The site is quite user friendly.

I bought the owl on stump garden decoration, for $30. It's super light weight and cheap! Not worth $7, they told me that they can not accept returns on this particular item, and it was never posted just how light weight this is. Thought I was buying a stone garden item, they led me to believe that on their site. I will never buy from zulily again!

I placed my order on zulily.com oblivious of its perceived reputation to ship the wrong item ands to take forever doing it... Then I was warned by a family member and I became extremely nervous. After reading all the poor reviews here and at various other sites, I went back to my order info and it said it would ship out on May 1st, so I prepared myself and just hoped I'd get the right item. Today, 4/23, I was so ecstatic to see that my order is already here and that it's exactly what I ordered, and it's beautiful! No lower quality product here! Yay Zulily!

I've used Zulily for quite some time now. My favorite thing to buy there is clothing for my granddaughters. There are so many choices and things I don't find elsewhere. Prices are always great. I have also bought shoes for myself and toys for the kids.

I need to return shoes received and Zulily do not reply to my emails, why? Since leaving this review they have now refunded all my costs which I am very grateful for. The shoes will be donated to my local charity shop as they requested that I keep them. I still will not use them again as trying to return my item was extremely stressful

If you order from Zulily-be very very careful. Original prices are exaggerated especially on some of the clothing lines-you may get see thru knit material?!. I don't order Junk! Some of the shoes/boot descripts say they are leather and they are NOT. Just got a set of chairs that said suede-there is not a stitch of leather or suede in the fabric. The material is made to look like suede junk. So beware-I have ordered many many things in the past, but have cut back a lot due to quality and maybe down right deception. Be Careful!

I love the site - the vendors! But I do not like that the purchase is through Zulily, shipping is costly. The timeframe that it takes to receive an order is estimated from 1 week to 3 weeks. For as much as you pay in shipping, you need to narrow that down & hold your vendors to a 2 day turn around. Also, your return policy is horrific.

Love this website, my only issue is that the clothing usually needs hand washing. I wish there was a better quality of clothing that can be machine washed & dried. I enjoy all of the home items & beauty items. Check it everyday.

I love the variety.... I shop for myself, my husband and my grandchildren. Good pricing and great selections keep me coming back daily and I especially love shopping Friday-Sunday with only one shipping charge.
You need to be patient with shipping time but you will not be disappointed with your purchase... I have loved everything I have purchased and I shop daily.
I enjoy the boxed grocery items, too... great deals and quick delivery.

Update: just realised one of the shirts has a masisive hole in the sleeve seam. Thankfully i know how to sew, so i can fix it. But i can't believe they ship this stuff out and expect happy customers! Lowering my review to one star...
It took me almost TWO MONTHS to receive my entire order. The first shipment came about 5 weeks after I ordered, which they sent me the wrong sizes. Thankfully though they were bigger so I can use them later as my daughter grows so I didn't have to get involved with customers service. I was still missing a shirt, and I got it two weeks later. Really, I don't understand why shipping takes so long. And I got. The wrong size, but luckily I can still use it later. I won't be buying from them again due to how long shipment takes, and the instability of customers service. It's just NOT worth it to save a few bucks!

I ordered tons of stuff from them mostly for my kids. Except lately my orders were all so bad. I saw some of the items I ordered here at Marshalls for 50% less than what I paid for. Most of the stuff comes from China so you don't even know when you are getting your order in and the quality of the items... yikes. One of the other reviewer is right all the dresses I bought will go to Goodwill and I am out $100. Also, if you were planning to buy a specific item there is still a chance you won't get it. A couple of my items were cancelled by them without any reason after the purchase. I tried contacting their customer service several times and they do not respond at all. Never again... Do yourself a favor and stay away!

My only negative is the shipping time, however it is easy to track order through account. No excessive waiting. I have had one order error - wrong color which I kept. I have found merchandise to be of quality... ordered several cool open sweater/coats which were pretty much as I expected... no really up to the compair price but that would be too good to be true. I have had to talk to customer service several times - cancelling orders I changed my mind on and clarifying payments with no problem.

I've ordered many things over a couple of years. About 70% were okay. They ask for reviews but do not post them. If a company sizes too small/big you won't know and it's non returnable. The last straw was a top I ordered in 3x and a teeny little thing showed up, normally a medium with a tag saying 3x and yet again non returnable. They don't care about the customer, if they did they'd post reviews to keep you informed.

I'm chocking up my one purchase to a bad experience and will never purchase from them again. Placed my order on 10/29. Still waiting for shipment on 11/9. From what I've read, I'm afraid of the quality of the items I will receive. I understand how their system works. To ship two lightweight scarves an $8.95 shipping fee? The shipping was more than the item and I bet it won't have cost them more than $2 to send the thing and they'll probably arrive balled up in an envelope.

Been shopping with z since the beginning. Have had good luck with most items; sometimes, items are cheap and cheaply made. I have learned which clothing brands to buy and which not to buy; often; particularly in tops; the fit is poor. Customer service is good; whenever I have had an issue, it has been resolved to my satisfaction. You have to look at items carefully; not always what they appear to be.

I have been shopping at zulily for several months now. I have bought quite a lot of stuff and most of it is as described. I have learned which brands fit well and which to avoid, no matter how nice it looks in the pictures. Lately, a new problem has arisen. The price on the catalog page is significantly lower than the price on for the same item on the order page! I mean like $8 or $9 more expensive. So if you didn't look too carefully, you would be paying the higher price. I have written to the company twice about this and attached screen shots of the price discrepancies. They claim there aren't any. Not sure what is going on with them but I will not be ordering any more stuff until they acknowledge this problem and get it under control.
Update: They wrote back and acknowledged the price discrepancy on one item, told me I could order it "immediately" at the higher price, and attempted to put it into my basket. No thanks.

They sell cheap super cheap chinese staff, look like you're buying for a good price but DONT FORGET they do not provide free returns! You will pay for shipping twice! And of course your reason for returning should be in a list of their terms and conditions! Be careful before purchasing in this shop!

There a few brands on Zulily you can't really trust. I have gotten some good bargains, also some cheap looking clothes that I wouldn't wear. The kitchen products seem really great and I've not been disappointed. But I do shop Zulily and try to very careful what I order.

I ordered a personalized christmas dress for my new baby granddaughter on 10/24/13, along with a shirt for underneath, tights, shoes, and a hair bow. Well of course everything else finally came in except for the dress. Now I am told it has been cancelled. What good are all the other items, if I don't get the dress. Of course, they say they will refund the dress cost, but that doesn't help with the rest of the items-now they are useless. And it is too late to find something else. I will NEVER recommend this site and will NEVER use it again for any reason. Very disappointed in this company, but I shouldn't be surprised - most are not customer friendly, just laughing all the way to the bank with my money.

I bought a dress and it did take a long time to arrive but the small print said it would. Beautiful dress, well made but a bit tight in the shoulders. I asked for a return label and there is where I noticed I get a Zulily credit not a credit back to my card. Had I known that I would have never purchased from them. That type of information should be given at the time of a purchase. Very unethical. Will never do business with them in the future.

Had 2 fraudulent orders totalling $600. Zulily customer service says they will faxvinfo to my bank to fix this and then never does. Been calling them for 4 days and they keep promising to fax the info.

Sometimes the shipping takes forever, the quality of the clothing is iffy, the sizing is iffy, and yes, you only get store credit minus the shipping cost back to the company. These policies put Zulily at odds with other online companies. That being said, I always check Amazon for the name brand products that Zulily sells. I often get a much better deal in a Zulily sale and have saved quite a bit of money, especially on shoes. Buyer beware of the shortcomings.

Zuliky is awesome. Never have a problem if I have to return something. Sometimes they don't make me return the item. Been using this site since my daughter was pregnant. My granddaughter is now 8 years old.
