Do not order clothing from this site. That is all I can attest to. But I will NEVER order anything again! The sizes are way smaller than should be. I also ordered boots for my daughter's for Christmas so I won't know until then if they fit. If I have issues with the boot sizes like the clothing I will contact BBB because this is fraudulent. I emailed the company of course no response as I expected. Should have known prices too good to be true.

I've been shopping on Zulily for a number of years and for the most part, it's been a good experience. When I had problems, they handled it quickly and effectively. The thing I dislike the most is the wait time between buying and receiving your purchases. And I noticed the quality of many of the clothing has gone down, while the prices go up. But that seem the way of the world now. But overall, I've found some true gems on Zulily that makes it worth the site.

For example... ordered a cute crystal pendant for my granddaughter. It was a cheap version of the picture. I threw it away. Ordered adult size Halloween socks to wear to a costume party. They came in a child size. Gave them to granddaughter. Ordered wire stacking shelves for my office. The drawer pulls are centered, with one to the left. It is functional, and I will use it, but that did it!

I stumbled upon zulily at a social media page. I ordered my first item and fell in love. I signed up for the emails and open every single one of them and am always checking their website daily. Their mobile app is very user friendly snd customer service is excellent. I was never disappointed when I called their customer service department. The hold time was fast and they exceeded my expectations. I love the brand name products they sell. Keep it up.

I ordered six shirts for my daughter all at around $50 each. I thought I was getting cool clothes from a Los Angeles designer. No way. The cut of the shirts are bizarre. The sleeves are ridiculously long and the bodies too short. Total waste of money. The clothes are garbage. I will never buy from them again.

You will find many things here that you can't locate in any stores. Items are sold for about 3 days. Then new groups of items are offered. I have found things on this site that were lower priced than anywhere else, but, they also sell items that I have seen elsewhere for less. They have many different categories, which is nice, but their shipping is higher than I would like. I have purchased many things from this site and love all of them. Their descriptions are a bit lacking, but overall this is a fun site to visit From beachy things to furniture to clothing, etc.

Placed order before Christmas and was guaranteed arrival before the holidays. Well no big surprise-the items didn't arrive. Customer service was all over the place with excuses. I understand items not be able to arrive before Christmas- but what's up with all the false advertising? Now it's 10 days AFTER Christmas and the package still hasn't shipped. Ugh.

I am giving Zulily one star because my items did finally come. By the time the learning tools I ordered arrived my summer tutoring was over. The purse was not close to the size shown in the picture. So disappointed! What a rip-off. I did not realized how long it would take until I inquired about my shipment. They said the shipping details were in the item description. It must have been in fine writing because I saw nowhere in writing that it would take so long for the items to arrive. I wish I had seem these reviews before I spent money with them. Never again. If the items were outstanding in quality it would be worth the wait. Not worth it!

I ordered 1 comforter set. Was sent 3. They would not send me return labels. I am stuck with them. They are poorly made! I accept one, but to have to pay for a mistake they made is not acceptable. I advise you to never order from them. Have never had a problem like this before! Zulily sucks

I love, love Zulily, the only downfall is the shipping. If you are looking for something right away, don't hold your breathe. I bought two sequin western boots, which I priced at another website for $199 and I saw it for $79. My boots are beautiful and their chart is accurate. I will continue to purchase from them. I buy for my teen, boys and my man plus for myself. I have gotten lots of compliments at work for my blouses and dresses. Yes, once I got the wrong size for my boys, they credited full price on tshirt plus gave me a $10.00 credit. Their service is awesome.
Tip for consumers:
Only downfall is the shipping, don't order something that you want right away. It will arrive but in 4 to 7 weeks.

I love Zulily! I buy from Zulily all the time. It's the only place I shop that feels like a shopping mall experience. I have bought a lot of kitchen items and not one hasn't impressed. I've bought home decor items and love them. I've bought Christmas and Halloween decorations and they are cute as heck. They have the very cutest infant clothing ever. I've bought so many of all my Christmas presents at Zulily as well! As many people have stated on the clothing you do have to read the sizing charts. And sometimes some items will take a while but usually everything I've ordered is worth the wait. Keeps me coming back!

Have run into issues with their return policies. Don't feel they are always fair. Plus I feel you should receive a credit not a credit for next purchase... totally unfair. Also beware of free shipping offers... they did not apply on certain items that I was not aware of and was not given a total refund for that

This was my first time buying from Zulily. Since they are now affiliated with QVC, I thought they would be okay to deal with. The items looked nice in the pictures. However, the childrens clothing I received was the worst quality I've ever seen. Never AGAIN!

Very disappointed with the quality of two of three items I ordered recently. (The third item was poor quality too, but I understood it wouldn't be great.) The two items that surprised me were not as they were described and pictured. I have been happy with Zulily in the past, and felt like I received quality goods for a good price, but they've changed. Zulily's offerings now are poor quality knock offs, not worth the price they are charging. No bargains here anymore. Don't waste your time looking.

Shopping at Zulily is always fun because I find items for myself, my family and friends. I purchase a lot of gifts from Zulily and never disappointed. Doing a return is super easy and never a problem like it is on other on line shops. Prices are great and always ship on time. Customer service is great and always helpful. I have always liked Zulily until recently... I bought a sterling silver ring that was not sterling silver, the silver color wore off... when I sent a message to return, and that it was falsely advertised, I was informed that it would cost me almost $10 to send it back AND they still advertised the ring as sterling silver

I only wish to shop and perhaps purchase on zulily. I was not able to post feedback products without pushed screens asking me to post on instagram, facebook etc. I have no wish to post on any social media. Only wish to give feedback to zulily.
And by the way zulily, you really do not serve larger women for clothing. And quite frankly some of the dresses I was shopping (though not apparently available in my size) were photographed with wrinkles and really poor fitting to the models wearing them.

Ordered items that were noted as being available on the Zulily site. I needed them ASAP so I paid $23+ for 2 days service. Nothing arrived. 2 of the items were out of stock, So I requested cancel and refund of the entire order. Their formatted response was to let me know when the items would arrive - 7/23 on an order place 7/11 and paid for 2 days service. Now I have to spend more time to resolve this. I will never again shop at this online site.

One item I purchased didn't even have buttons sewn on... so it was unwearable and didn't do up. The other is a jacket and it's the worst quality garment I've ever purchased; the photos they use are SO misleading. I think they lie when they quote the 'full' price to make the discount price look like a great deal for a quality product. Don't fall for it. I googled one of the 'brands' and they don't even have a website and all that came up was Zulily! Total scam. I wonder why there is a no returns policy... TERRIBLE!

I purchase two blazer and 1 pair of booties. I made sure they were if I didn't like them I could return the item. The quality of the of the jacket were horrible nothing like the picture, it looked like something you would fine in a second hand store. I returned all of the item the next day. Zulily said they didn't received the items in time and kept my $120.00. I will now go to ACB 7 on your side to try and get my money back. I will never purchase items from them again and will definitely let everyone know not to buy anything from them. Very dissatisfied with this company.

I am always asked where I get my clothes, products, gifts, etc., and I tell everyone "ZULILY!" My husband swears Zulily should buy a billboard in my hometown and state, "Thank you, Bobbi, for all the love and support you head our way!" LOL
I've always received great quality items, good prices and usually, my deliveries are fairly quick after I process my order too. The colors can be a little off in the pictures of their clothes, but the sizing is usually pretty true to form.

I have been with Zulily for many years and just when I think I don't need anything else I find something! Often items that are different and not found elsewhere! I have pleased many from children to Adults with gifts and brought many a smile to faces! Anytime I have had a problem and called I've so far had total co operation and great results. I hate paying shipping because sometimes the shipping fee exceeds the item but if you get other items you get free shipping until midnite. So that works out!

I ordered Christmas presents for my girls 3 weeks before Christmas. 3 DAYS before Christmas I get an email saying sorry for the inconvenience but we aren't shipping you your item at all. You'll get a refund within a few days and a paltry $10 credit towards another purchase. We go out of town and stay with family for Christmas so I shop online and have items sent there. This is the first time I've used zulily, After getting this message I called to find out what has and hasn't arrived at my family's home and apparently only half has come. Hopefully the rest arrive in time and Christmas won't involve me explaining to my daughters why its a bad idea to trust shipping times online and to order months and months in advance if you want something!

I ordered 2 items a month ago, and still have not received them. I only requested standard delivery, but when I do that with Amazon or anyone else that I order online from, it doesn't take a month to get my shipment to me. I will never order from Zulily again because of the delivery, and hopefully at some point I will get my shipment in the mail.

Ordered 3 items, none were as represented. When I tried to get a refund, they tell me return the items for store credit. I don't plan to shop there ever again. They say after the "review" the return, they "may" decide to refund your credit card. I looked all over their site as the rep said their return policy is clearly stated. I challenge anyone to find it!
