Many of the orders take a few weeks for delivery. Even though it says they take orders and then have them supplied by the manufacturer, I still had one cancellation after confirmation and payment. It did get refunded. In one instance, I received an email for free shipping if purchased that day. Coupon would not apply, customer service gave me a credit to offset the issue. I am careful about what I order to minimize issues. There are many good deals, but returns are not necessarily free of charge or for a refund. Be selective.

I love how things are new to shop every day the only change I would recommend is having faster shipping so you get your items faster because amazon most other companies competitor beats everyone when it come to shipping it fast. Also maybe having a rewards program for loyal customers

I love love love this site! They have tons of items at far below retail price. I have almost no reason to shop anywhere else! The only drawback is that returns are quite expensive ($8.95) and you always take a risk when you purchase clothing on line. Usually the size chart is accurate, but on occasion, it has not been.

I love shopping Zulily for all of my family and friends from newborns to seniors.If there should be a problem, Zulily's customer service can't be beat. The only area that needs improvement is that orders sometimes take an extremely long time to ship and too frequently there are several days between when items are finally shipped and they finally arrive.

Zulily has made shopping a great experience for me. The site has great features like the favorites heart. I can choose what appeals to me. After I can go back and pick from my favorites. I can check reviews good and bad. I get detailed size, length, material etc. Most of the time the pictures show back & front. I have used their customer service by email and they are quick to respond and resolve issue. Every day there are more companies selling on Zulily's. I've purchased clothes, accessories, a rug, pillows, shoes, boots, towels, and gadgets.

This is a follow up to my previous review.
I ordered 5 articles. Not sure why but the order was split into two, one delivery arriving and the other one returned to sender as the courier company could not find address.
I contacted Zulily yet again, and did not even receive and apology this time, just advised that my money would be refunded which has been done.
I would not recommend them to any friends or family.
But if you don't like someone recommend Zulily, it will slowly drive them mad...

I ordered several plus size tops which looked beautiful on the website. I was appalled at the cheap, stretchy, bathing suit-like fabric which was tight in all the wrong places. I have never, ever seen such poor quality merchandise. I thought a return would be easy, but I was wrong. Zulily will only give you store-credit and no refunds. Needless to say I am stuck with this mess that I can't wear. Off to the Goodwill it goes.

AWFUL! I have made some comments on some other reviews here. Same story... takes forever to receive the order. Order placed on 8/16, received part of it today, 9/9. Also, quality is not that great. Ordered some simple cotton outfits (dress/leggings) for my kids and the cotton was very thin (see through). Also, the sizing seems to be off. Perhaps that is just this particular manufacturer. I do a lot of online shopping, but I will now only do so from reputable sites. I wish I had read these reviews before I placed my order. I have not yet contacted customer service, so I cannot speak about that part yet. Zulily is no bargain. More like a hassle.

It fully a cheat! They say it's a good deal but believe me it's not! Moreover they refused to return back my money for the items has been broken after using 2 months! Some other items I've found much cheaper on other well established website! The customer care is awful, they don't help you what they do it is o help you to close your account down even if you expect still couple deliveries from them. Buyers stay away from Zulily!

BEWARE - what a rip off, ordered two jackets in a large because I wear sweaters under my coats here in Denver. My 12 yr old son could not even wear them they were so small. The puffer jacket stitching was so bad it looked worse than my middle school sewing assignment. Then I was told that I would have to pay to ship back and would get a store credit for the cost of the jackets only. Since I will never order from this crappy place again then no need for store credit. Will drop off jackets at homeless shelter, maybe a small child car wear these.

Ordered a gift on 24 November. It's now 28 December. The package was last tracked on 16 Dec. No traceable movement since. Customer service says they don't do anything until the item has been delayed for ten days. Time's up guys! Another life lesson and first and last time I use Zulily.
January 2017 update: customer service agreed that the package was definitely lost in transit. I was given a 10% discount off next purchase and a full refund was made.

I love Zulily, except for its insanely slow shipping. I ordered 3 maternity dress on June 13... It is now July 5, and I have yet to receive them. I mean, come on, I'll be in labor when these dresses arrive! :) It's a shame, as I would shop on this site for my soon-to-arrive baby all the time, but it's just not worth the risk that she will outgrow the clothes by the time they arrive. If you don't mind waiting a long time for things you spend your money on, it really is a good site with great deals.

I don't understand why people are having such a hard time with zulily. They say on their website that it takes forever to ship. Anyway by the time you get it, it's like Christmas! I just got almost all my order today, one item out of the maybe 8 things I ordered fit really weird, but other than that everything is great! If you READ the product details BEFORE you put it in your cart, you will see what the item is made of... Why is this so hard for some? I just can't believe I bought jeans on the internet and they FIT! Thrilled.

I ordered 2 pairs of boots. One was great, the other pair was not as described and went way over my knee. I have had them give me every lie in the book as to where my credit is. Bottom line they never nor would they ever credit me. There are a lot of bad reviews here, if we all file a complaint with the better business bureau, as I will, we can get them shut down. This type of highway robbery should not be permitted.

I ordered dress for my daughter and niece. Finishing of dress is so bad. They used glue to stick bow on frocks which is visible from sides. Stitching threads are out.
Don't go by picture, in picture it looks nice but quality and finish is not good.

If you buy enough on here, you will end up with duds that you can't return. I am not a fan of their customer support, and if you're not 100% familiar with a brand, don't get it! It's probably a waste of $- they have a great photography dept that can make the worst quality item look tempting! No more for me! Go where you have the confidence that they will stand behind their product! Zulily won't. That's how they're making big bucks off gullible people!

Ordered several items--spoke with customer "lip" service because i was not happy with the quality of the items. They said they would happily refund my money and also provide return shipping. After waiting 2 weeks for return label and 3 phone calls I finally sent items back on my dime. I am now on my 4th phone call trying to get my refund... they apparently insist that you receive store credit, even though they originally promised me a full return to my original payment method. Not sure where the disconnect is, but you would think that an internet based clothing store would have their act together and would be able to facilitate returns to keep customers happy

I was really nervous about ordering from zulily because of the reviews but I finally took a chance and ordered two tops and a hat for my niece. All three were good quality and well made. There are a couple things you need to know before you buy anything. You MUST go by the size chart measurements, not the size. One company is three sizes bigger than what I normally buy, but it fits great. Also, the description tells you if it's made to order or will ship right away so you have an idea on how long you might have to wait. Shipping does take awhile so I only order stuff I don't mind waiting on. And I don't think I've seen an item yet that you can return. Most the items I've seen say they won't accept returns, probably because it's made to order. I have cancelled an order before and it was very easy. So far I feel zulily has been consistent with what they advertise and the quality is good. Add long as you read the information and use the size chart, you will be happy.

I have been using the Zulily site since 2011. Zulily offer unique items exclusively for Babies, Maternity Wear, Everyday Female attire, jewelry, some household Merchandise and even Men's shoes. I have been please shopping with Zulily. The Customer Service call center is easy to access. No long waits on hold. Customer Service is available, professional, friendly and shows genuine effort to offer store credit or full refund if my merchandise is lost, damaged in transit, or defective. This site offers me opportunity to shop without any inconvenience of locating my receipts if I need Customer Service. The quality of 98% of all my purchases is Awesome. I recommend this trusted site. Why would anyone want to shop here when there are plenty of other great companies out there where you can return items for a refund! Buying clothes online is always a risk, you don't know if or how it will fit. Telling people there is no refunds is ridiculous! I purchased two sundress in my dress size and they fit and looked horrible! So now I have a credit which I don't really want. Well, if they keep this up I have feeling they won't be around too long!

Zulily was a go to for quality items when they stared out years ago. Last 3 years with their introduction of clothing made in China sold by Romwe and other off brands The quality is less than poor. Sizes are way off, even if you order up a size. Material is very cheap now and cost to return is expensive.
Allot of money spent on returns as products are not as advertised. Therefor I am out $$$$ and nothing to show for it.
I believe QVC owns the company now. I would expect more from QVC
Shipping is weeks and weeks out.

I have never experienced such a poor company - ever. Slowest service, no communication. Promises that everything I ordered will arrive for Christmas. What a joke. I ordered gifts on Thanksgiving weekend and not one has arrived. Everyone needs to STOP buying from these people. It rewards them for the worst customer service ever. I'm done. I'm deleting their app from my phone and sending their emails to spam. The worst store I've ever dealt with -ever. No more. Going to make one little girl and one little boy so disappointed when Santa doesn't come through with those gifts. I do not know how they can promise gifts by Christmas and then not deliver. Pathetic. Shameful. Never again!

I quite honestly shop on zulily more than I shop on amazon. The variety is what keeps me coming back day after day. I've seen items on here that I've never seen anywhere else and yet when I do see it the price is to die for. I get compliments all the time from coworkers, family, and friends on where I bought something and can often say every aspect of what I'm wearing I got from zulily for a deal.
I also work in customer service and can honestly say the customer service here is exceptional. Its rare I gave a problem but when I do the resolution is always so easy and every rep I've dealt with has been so helpful.
