I ordred a Christmas gift on 12/10/13.It's scheduled for delivery on on 12/26. Nowhere on their website is there any mention that shipping would take that long. My first and last experience with this website.

I love the fact that you see new items each day. I do most of my shopping online since I have a little one at home. Zulily gives you really great deals and honestly I don't mind the wait. What I do mind is that the product descriptions are not always accurate and some of the quality of products are not great for what you pay for. Another thing that is frustrating is that you wait for a product that you really wanted and for some reason it doesn't ship to Zulily; yes you get refunded, but I'd rather get the item. All in all I really enjoy Zulily and go on it a few times a day. I wish that they would refresh new items more times daily so when I get free shipping I am more inclined to shop again on Zulily.

I have ordered about 50 items and rarely do I have an issue... it seems a lot of the negative reviews I have seen were re: items too small... I only had one issue when I ordered a dress that was too small... customer service was extremely pleasant, and gave me a refund, and I donated the item to charity and then re-ordered the same item in a larger size. I am tall and thin and most of the small sizes fit me. I hate shopping in stores and at the malls... I am very happy with Zulily and receive many compliments from friends and strangers about the outfits I wear. Too bad I don't own stock with Zulily as I have referred many people to Zulily! I am a loyal and satisfied customer!

So, for the most part I love Zulily. I love the products they sell, the uniqueness of the clothing they offer, the prices for purchasing. Shipping is awesome. Sometimes when the sizing chart is wrong, and the item doesn't fit, it is not cost effective to return the item, so I am stuck with what to do with something that doesn't fit. I do wish they would go back to how they used to give a broader description of the items from right within the email, and also give back the ability to add something to favorites without having to click on the item to go into the description page to add to favorites, because sometimes after you do that, it does not take you back to the same spot on the previous page causing a lot more time scrolling to find where you left off.

I usually end up comparing prices with other sites because I never know when my order will arrive, and I usually cannot get all of the items I like in the same time because there are not available all at once and I end up paying for separate shipping all the time, which adds up, especially when I want to return something and then again I have to cough up another $8.95 for each five items.

Ordered a few things that were mostly VERY disappointing! Sooooo... send it back!? Worst customer service EVER. You have to PAY FOR the return label and THEN they only want to give you store credit to get your money back! I'm sorely disappointed and will never do business with Zulily again.

Be careful as this company stole my money in my zulily account.
They are trying to refund your returns into zulily account and as soon as reached to certain amount. They will seize your money.
Be careful who are you dealing with. Don't buy from them as they are fraud.

I love the variety of items. I've purchased everything from clothing & shoes for myself, kitchen items, craft kits & items, and clothing for my grand kids.

My only frustration is that it takes so long to get items. I have friends that say you can order from Jane, get the same things and get them within the week. Is there a reason it takes so long to get from Zulily?

I received my order of the yellow/grey bedspread. I do not like it! It is not as advertised. I ordered the yellow with grey flowers and got the grey background with yellow flowers. Its cheaply made and barely fits my bed. Very disappointed customer.:-(

I do not like having my returns being given back as instore credit instead of being applied to the card that it was charged to. If it was something small it would not be bad but I think any purchase should be applied as a credit to the card it was charged to. Seems like a way for you to get more business. I have also limited purchases to non clothing because nothing seems to fit, even some shoes seem to be something that no one else could sell.

Ordered a pair of knee boots. Very pleased with the room in the calf... I am a full figure women with thick legs. There was plenty of room even with jeans tucked into the boots. Very pleased with the look and quality of the item. HAPPY AM I. Thanks zulily

Dissapointing. Most of the times sizes are wrongly or not specified. A long wait for your items to be shipped to you. Then if the items are not up to the mark or not the right size, no free returns are provided so before buying add up the shipping to the product cost! I did try this site lot of times and was very flattered by the prices and brands but they are struggling to meet customer expectations.

The stuff looks cute and the prices are low, but the products are cheaply made and the company is a fraud! Forget refunds, even when they are clearly in the wrong. The minimum return charge for an item is $7.95 ($5.95 for the shipping label; $2.00 for a phony "restocking fee")--so if what you are returning was what you thought was a bargain at $16, you only get half of it back... well, you don't get it BACK, you get credit toward your next purchase! Who's going to make a next purchase from these crooks?!

I ordered tops clear back in November and still have not got them. This is the slowest company I have ever worked with. I cut up my credit card and will never recommend this company to anyone. I got charged. For these items before I even got them. BAD BAD, BAD!

I ordered a top in a size small. The size chart for that item said a small is a 4-6, which in U.S. sizing is what I wear. This item was a large at least and It hung on me. I ended up donating it. The other top was a small, which fit, but the design by the neck is off center. I won't order anything else from this company.

I received a pair of leggings with a hole in them which happens with all stores once in awhile, and they sent me two new pairs and a $10 store credit! The woman helping me was very polite and I got help very quick. And I love the new pairs I received.

I ordered dog steps. The website photo showed nice wood steps. Even the photo on the box that arrived showed nice wood steps. I would have been happy with decent quality laminate. Inside the package was thin, burgundy-ish pressboard without even a wood grain. Not even vaguely as advertised.
I wanted a refund but Zulily only gave me a store credit for the cost of the stairs. They didn't credit or refund the shipping cost even though the item was clearly not as advertised.
Tip for consumers:
Be aware that they only offer credit on a case by case basis and never cover the shipping, even when they are clearly in the wrong.

It should be illegal to put on a website an order will be shipped in 3 days. Not true. It is made in China, processed in China, shipped from China on a VERY slow boat. Over 2 months to get merchandise

You cannot really get your money back with this company, only a store credit. This is a rip off in my opinion. Get with it Zulilly. So will use Amazon in future. Also Amazon doesn't take up to 3 weeks to ship your item.

You need to order well in advance and I'm okay with that--you know it upfront. What I'm not okay with is that when you order some items such as jewelry, the description that appears on the site is not included with the item-- so is it Swarovski (as advertised)? Is it Sterling? Aquamarine? Etc. When I called about an item I had planned to give as a gift, the service rep at Zulilly could provide no information on the item in question. She was friendly and aplogetic, but of no help. And, of course, if quality is less than expected, you're stuck. Also, with children's clothing, and other items, some of the discounts seem excessive. I'd never pay the stated "retail" price for the quality of the item in hand. The design is adorable, but the material is flimsy. For me, dealing with Zulilly has been a mixed experience. Given that customers have little to no recourse when dissatisfied, I have to ask myself, just how much of a bargain is it?

The prices are, on occasion a great deal. Obviously the great prices are often on a limited selection. Waiting 4 weeks for two pair of earrings and Laura Gellar Blush is just ridiculous for maybe saving $10.

Invited friends and family in order to get store credit. Sister placed an order. It was shipped on April 21,2011. Today is August 1,2011 -- and I had to contact them (this is the 2nd time) in order to get their advertised $15.00 store credit. That is over 3 months of a wait time. Isn't that absurd?

Frustrating. I have placed three orders with them and two were screwed up. This summer, one pair of sneakers that I ordered for my son just never came, no update from them, no update of the shipping status on the website. This time, another item I ordered on 10/21/14 just didn't come, no update from them and no update on the website. I sent an email inquiring about the status and I got an email back, "At your request, your order has been cancelled." What? Called them and was told that once its cancelled it can't be reinstated, even if I didn't cancel it. No way to communicate with the supplier and no manager or supervisor to talk to. Even if you can deal with waiting weeks and weeks for your order, there's a 66% chance you won't get your stuff. Amazon has comparable deals, free shipping on alot of items, and not only do you actually receive the items you ordered, you get them fast.
