I ordered three dresses and a pair of shoes. The dresses came after two months and the shoes came a few days after ordering, but in the wrong size! I hate them and they do have adorable products but the worst service I've ever experienced.

I love shopping online. With Zulily I can find the brands I love and a variety of new brands and unique items. Overall all of the items I've purchased have been excellent. I love using smart pay. Shipping is really the only downside. I don't like paying the shipping fee with such a long wait time. If it was just $9 shipping or just waiting 2-3 weeks shipping wouldn't be that bad but combining them both is a bummer.

My 1st order was for children's rain boots. Shipping was promised "quickly" but after placing the order, the item was marked to ship in 3 weeks. I cancelled the order immediately. My 2nd order was for a Navy Blue Dino Quilt for my son's room. I received the item and it was not Navy blue but purple/indigo. I contacted Zulily to return the product and get my money refunded. I was told they would give me a store credit LESS shipping... when they advertised the product incorrectly. Absolute terrible business practice. I will never shop from this company again.

I have ordered from Zullily two different times and I was very pleased with my orders.
I bought a nice pair of platform shoes at a great price and I love them! They are comfortable and fit well. I also ordered Christmas gifts for four kids (4 raincoats, 4 umbrellas and 3 rain boots) and the sizes were all correct and I loved the items and received them in plenty of time for Christmas. I have now placed my third order... a pair of boots for myself... I accidentally ordered 2 instead of 1. I emailed them to ask to please remove one pair from my order as it was a mistake and they replied promptly to let me know they had adjusted my order to 1 pair. I was very happy and relieved to get such a quick reply. I am now excited and looking forward to receiving my boots:)

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE! I ordered a skirt from this website and received and email confirming my order, with a picture of said skirt, along with this email I received a tracking number. I tracked my order and it said it had shipped and in the mail, so for so good... That soon changed. I got my package and opened it up, only to find... A CHILD'S BACKPACK! Not the skirt I ordered. I am calling on monday to see if they will clear up this mess. I will never order from Zulily.com again and I will spread the news that they are a poor company to do business with. I had planned to order my son's summer wardrobe from this site. I am glad I didn't order those. Don't waste your time or money!
Since writing this review and contacting the site, I have received an email stating that I received a store credit of 10 dollars, i could keep the item given to me by mistake and they were sending me a new skirt... lets see if it shows up.

Perfect!
Not ONLY did my order arrive in a week when I was FULLY ready to sit on my hands for a month, but it's perfect. I saved $40 on an amazing product and it's everything I could have hoped.
Now, maybe DON'T expect a week when it says a month, and you'll actually enjoy your experience. :)

They misrepresent their merchandise. They will not accept returns and they will not credit your account for damaged or misrepresented items. I ordered a bikini. It turned out to be a thong. I do not feel comfortable wearing a thong. They did not say it was a thong and the picture did not show the backside. They did nothing regarding my complaint and basically said tough luck. I will never spend money here again.

I love zuilly for shoes and other items but their clothes never fit. I always go by the size charts and they are either huge or too small never the correct size. But for shoes and other things they are great.

Bought two Sesame Street Reusable shopping bags, originally 20.00 each on sale for 5. And the result? The cheesiest, poor quality-cant use it, so poorly made it rips.
And Zullily wants me to print a shipping label and the email, go and have it shipped back and possibly pay a restocking fee! No quality, what a rip off, and you wait for so long for poor quality that you would have to jump thru hoops to return.
Avoid this place!

I Love Zulily! They have different things everyday. They are cute. Size has been perfect and true to size. I Find things that no one else has. Price is great. Order one item and the rest of the day is free. Weekends I have had three days of free shipping. Lots of compliments on the things I buy and I tell them Zulily! I'm hooked on Zulily!

I have been shopping with Zulily for a few years, and I noticed that their sizes vary a LOT, and you cannot return most of the products, and if you return it is mostly for Zulily credit. This is how they keep you hooked. So I ended up with a few bags of clothes that don't fit me.

There is good and bad in everything... The good fashion and price. The bad sometimes quality is simply not there. You wash an item and it bleeds into everything, you order shoes and it's delivered in a bag and the shoes are now deformed. You return an item not only do you lose money on the return but you have to pay the postage. I have learned to simply donate the item. So, good and bad are at play.

My first time ordering from zuilily I was shocked to see my credit card got charged but I do not have my merchandise. Is it me or is that weird I have never experienced this before. Four customer service people and not one said the same thing and they all said thats normal to pay before you receive your merchandise Im so confused I order on line before that catalogs and never got charged till it shipped. Ill be one and done my order mysteriously is in its way after I questioned this policy.

Terrible customer service. I had ordered from Zulily before and understood that it would take awhile. However, this was taking longer than acceptable (15 business days and they hadn't even gotten it from the supplier) so I emailed to cancel the order. And I emailed again. Never a response. Miraculously, the "dashboard" suddenly showed that the order was received from the supplier and allegedly sent to me (still haven't received it). I'll never order from them again.

Ive ordered quite a bit from them. Some of their clothes are good fir the price, some of much lower quality. Early on, one of their shirts arrived damaged, they sent a refund and a $15 credit, said to discard or donate the damaged item. Thrn, another came in a bag marked the correct size, but the dress inside was the wrong size. That time, they gave me a $10 and a call tag for the item. Then another, same story, this time a store credit and no call tag, but im to return the item for credit. Now again, today. Dress arrives, bag is marked the correct size, dress inside isnt even close. In all these cases, the dress tag was clearly visible through the bag. At this point, i dont car for store credit or even a refund. Either they are blind, or they just dont care. Im done with them.

I have found so many great bargains here. I have not been disappointed. I have purchased many wonderful gifts and housewares. I have had the opportunity to try some new things that I probably would not have tried, had I not found them on Zulily. It is hard NOT to check out Zulily everyday. My only problem with Zulily is... I hate the waiting!

I have been ordering items from Zulily for years. For the most part, I have not been disappointed. For deals to be as good as theirs, it is important to read all the info on the site. Most items are sent to them from wherever..., then sent to the purchaser. Most items are non-returnable. Read before you buy, know the product and plan ahead and these are great bargains.

Ordered over 3 weeks ago, it took 3 weeks for it to process and then they cancelled my order. They do not have the merchandise when you buy it, so they don't process your order for weeks!

Beyond disappointed in how long it takes to receive an order. I placed an order May 6th and the estimated SHIPPING date isn't until May 20th. Who knows how long it will take once it ships. Absolutely unacceptable for me. If I could cancel, I would have a week ago.

Just wish they would stop shipping one use plastic airfilled bags! Use recyclable cardboard or paper or anything, but plastic that you cannot recycle! Please try!

I use the site to buy cotton swing dresses and I love it for that alone. I recently purchased a dress for my petite teen girl and the dress that was shown and the dress that arrived were not remotely the same. The dress in the picture was raw silk and fitted, the dress that arrived was cheap looking, thick polyester. It was horrible looking and the material is cheap and ugly. It is poorly made as well. They failed to respond to my complaint, and I therefore have no way to rectify the situation. I will probably buy cheap swing dresses, but never ever anything nice

I bought a dress from Zulily, Sucreface. It looked like a retro dress on the picture. I am size 2, but i ordered size 4, just in case. What i received yesterday has nothing to do with the picture. First of all the dress is sooooo small that it fits my 7 year old daughter. I do not understand how can they sell things and not verify them. With their return policy, i have to keep this dress, which is totally unfair. I was deceived by the size and the look of the dress. It was the worst experience ever.
