I order a lot on Zulily and their customer service is superb. Occasionally the clothes are off on sizing but that's true of all clothes. If you're going to shop online, you will sometimes get clothes too large or too small. Overall I'm usually pleased. Most items have a size chart and that sizing differs from item to item.

Zulily offers quality merchandise at great prices. Their customer service department is unsurpassed in making sure the customer is happy with products received. Variety and value bring me to the website every day. I can't wait to open my Zulily boxes when they arrive!

Shopping on Zulily is like shopping at a candy store. There are so many stores to shop, prices are reasonable and most items are unique that you won't see everyone in the same outfit. Customer service is always helpful.

Zulily is the best online shopping application where you can get name brands best sales so far, have been shopping with zulily for almost two years, and have also recommended it to friends who ask where I shop, but I think they should improve more on given customers coupon for the end of the year (Appreciation). First of all, dont let the low prices fool you! Most everything that I have purchased has been high quality at a low, discounted price! Some items have been disappointing, but for the majority, everything is super great! And they offer almost anything under the sun! I am a Zulily addict and I check here before going to the top chains or Amazon! Try them, and you will love them!

I can always find something unique and trendy at Zulily. The prices are better than anywhere else. Zulily is my go to store. I don't even mind their shipping policies. It could be better but hey I get it.

Since I discovered Zulily I have just lost my mind. It's the first thing I look at in the morning and the last thing I look at at night. I have found so many wonderful things that I would never have seen outside in the world. Shoes, handbags, artwork, kitchen stuff, you name it! I'm on spending punishment right now because of you! But of course I'll see something tomorrow and go crazy. Keep doing what you're doing! I do wish the shipping charges were a little less and the returns were free like they used to be. But you have a customer for life. The item in the photo is my bird on top of my couch protector!

I've been shopping with zulily for a number of years and have been pretty satisfied! It even seems that lately they're upping their game with some returnable items! No shade to them but sometimes in person the sizing or appearance isn't exactly what you expected-I appreciate the opportunity to return!

From clothing to home goods, shoes to outdoor, so much to look at, great choices, pretty affordable too. In many years, have only had one disappointing product (which was a no return item). Great track record. Any problems with ordering, shipping, etc., have been handled quickly and efficiently by wonderful customer service individuals.

Very positive experience. Fabulous selection. Yes, there is a risk of ordering with no return policy - yet it's prominent, not disguised in small print. If one out of three young designer outfits suits you - this already pays the price of other two you can give away to a sister or girlfriend. The best part, almost every piece is unique.

Have ordered several times from this site almost daily shipping can take a long time but no problems with quality had one order with piece missing they are replacing it need to stay off site its breaking my budget :)

LOVE Zulily and everything I've bought there has been better than expected. Yes, their ship time is long, but that's clearly explained on their website if people would only bother to read. Worth the wait!

My experience with Zulily was great so far - I really like the few tunics that I ordered. Are good quality and true to the size. I took a chance after reading all these reviews but I'm glad I did. I placed another order this time much more items. Very helpful staff at the beginning when I contact them about the shipping address - which is APO AE. They responded and assisted right away.

Ordered 2 items from this site and I love it! Yes, the shipping time was a little long, but it's not that big of an inconvenience. They always have new and interesting products at great prices! Also getting credit for inviting friends takes forever, but you get $20 free when they order, and who's not happy with free money?

Order my son a pair of d & n shoes 19$ from 35$ I'm in brampton Ontario took only 3 days to get to me and these shoes are so amazing! And I paid $25 altogether. After hunting for shoes finding that even the shoes that were this much at Walmart were crappy and stiff or just ugly, I'm am 100% satisfied they look really nice well made arrived super fast and are comfy too! I have had great luck with these people.The sizes are a little "off" sometimes. Better to order larger because most things can't be returned.At least you can take things down smaller or they may fit perfectly, it's inconsistent. Well packaged, and they ask how the size was and care about your feedback. Beware of other companies with " lily" in their name, they are not at all like zulily and you will end up sorry. They feed off a good company's reputation. Always check this site before you order. Zulily is very good, others very poor.

I consider myself a Zulily expert as someone who spends approximately $1000 a month on the website. Yes, it is true it takes a long time for your order to arrive but Zulily clearly states how long each manufacturer takes to ship and where its coming from which is also a consideration. While there general policy is to give a store credit for returned items I have been reimbursed when they really let me down with substandard merchandise or damaged products.
Since becoming a Zulily fanatic my work wardrobe has become the envy of my coworkers and attire I feel fantastic in! I can go 4 months without repeating clothes because they are so affordable!
My only concern is their method of shipping. The United States Postal Service Innovations which has lost my packages several times or left it laying in a post office for days on end. I find it to be an extremely unreliable method of shipping particularly for the amount of money that I spend on the website.

The unusually low rating for Zulily must be another case of "you get what you pay for" and "people who don't know how to internet"

Zulily itself is a giant dropshipping site. They use a mix of limited time flash sales and the harder to navigate permanent online bazaar of stuff (while supplies last) to sell wares.

You will often have to wait week several weeks until Zulily receives enough orders ship yours to you.

I have literally spent hours scouring their site using their user unfriendly "search" function to find amazingly discounted and very cute children's clothing. If you don't mind digging or checking back often you can score great deals.

Zulily started out as a mom and kid's site but has expanded. There are some really random finds if you care to look.

The prices and quality/brands of good is generally very good as long as you don't mind indefinite shipping waits. If you need something right away, this isn't for you.

Love shopping from this site. Have gotten so much quality products and have spent much less than expected. Sure shipping takes awhile but if you wanted a product right away you should of bought it in person at a store. Keep up the great work Zulily! :)

You never know what is going to be available (although they do give hints about upcoming events). Especially love the afternoon limited time sales (usually 18 hours). Customer service will definitely try to make it right if you get a wrong or broken item.

Been buying from Zulily since day 1... great selection on brand name products. Great prices... love looking for items to arrive. Easy returns.(when necessary. Not often). Unique stores at your fingertips. Great notification feature. Can't say enough good things about this site. You will love it!

Overall satisfied with most products purchased. When I had to send something back customer service is great. Always be aware it might take a month for your items to arrive so don't buy if you need immediately.
