My son really loved all the LED lights I bought for his Chevy truck. He is the one who told me about this website so he should love the gifts I suppose. After seeing the lights installed in the truck, I gotta say it was pretty nice. The guys there were real helpful in finding what I needed.
Biggest mistake ever, buying a Roush hood scoop from Blue Oval Industries. Had the scoop on for 2 weeks, after a hot day it warped and sagged. After many emails to Roush and Blue Oval Industries neither would claim responsibility, even though still under warranty. This is a common problem which they are not addressing. They are knowingly selling defective products.
I ordered downpipes and an intercooler from n54tuning. It was processing for about close to a week until I reached out to Mike and he informed me on the update. There was no, tacking number and I wanted a refund for the downpipes since he still didn't ship it out and said the wait would be 2 weeks. I received my intercooler and upon inspection he had sent me the wrong intercooler. I ordered a 7.5 stepped intercooler and he sent me an 5'.
I purchased a set of short shifter for toyota yaris in May 2018. After that i had no news about shipment of the product. I tried email, facebook msg and even tried calling customer service but had no reply. Fottunateltly my bank retracted the payment. Please stay away from this scam company
They won't ship UPS collect. They charge an $8 processing fee on every order. Very un-customer service oriented.
Further to reply from Rusty I did mistake that I have not read previous bad reviews. He uses the same tactics and excuses for all unhappy clients. I have not found anyone who finally get refunded. PLEASE READ BAD REVIEWS BEFORE BUYING! My CCC satnav stopped working and after some correspondence with Rusty I decided to buy repair disc from him. I also bought DVD disc with some updates. We have agreed in written that if repair CD disc does not do the work I can send it back for full refund but not DVD update which was fair. As repair CD failed to repair my CCC I have sent it back first class with a proof from post office. I have been asking Rusty few times but originally he kept saying he has not received it yet, then that he will do refund when he get the disc but finally stopped replying and just ignored all further correspondence. I have been buying from his company for over 5 years now so was led to believe he does not going to break our agreement. I can imagine that majority of good reviews came from happy clients which were not expecting any problems either with repair or installation. However please be very careful with this company in case of any issue, they will not keep the word, do not expect any refund even if it was agreed before buying Kind Regards, Zibi
I placed my order on the phone and was assured that the headlight I ordered would fit my car. After driving to the dealership and paying them almost $200 in labor fees I was told the headlight was for a different model car than mine. I complained to myhotmercedes and they said to ship it back. So I mailed it back on my dime. About 2 weeks after sending yhethe item back I contacted them about my refund. I was told I was going to be charged a 30% restocking fee. I explained that their customer service representative had promised that the part would fit my car. They told me no exceptions I had to pay the 30% restocking fee on the price of the item, tthe shipping, and the sales tax (which I was illegally charged, since I'm in Oregon it was illegal for them to charge me sales tax). I finally took it up with my Capital One credit card who ruled in my hotmercedes favor and told me I would have to pay the fee. I explained that the also illegally charged me sales tax. That is when the Capital One representative got rude and told me the cgargeback case was closed and I couldn't do anything about it. I told them to go ahead and turn the bill over to collections because they weren't going to see a dime from me. So I took a hit on my credit score in order to not let this company rip me off and I was still out nearly $200 in labor, and my headlight was still broken.
I learned the hard way that this is an unreputable company. I purchased a transmission for my Subaru and it arrived defective. I contacted the company and I haven't heard from them nor gotten a warranty replacement or refund.
Ditto. Purchased two tyres advertised as "In Stock". After having my card not go through I paid via paypal. That was the 23rd August One week later, they advised my order will be in stock and ship end of August. On the 8th September I mailed to ask for an update. I never got a response. Filed a paypal dispute and they honoured it quickly. However they rudely said I appear to not have read their terms and conditions. No manners! Sorry it didn't work out well for me- - must have been me!
My grandson was given a 1991 Ford F-150 and all it needed was all 4 tires. I ordered them on eBay and my choices for installation were both Firestone locations, I chose the south location and as like the previous encounter this store tried to upsell the installation by claiming all studs on all 4 wheels were stripped and rusted out! To replace all 4 would have cost a little over 1,200.00. We ended up taking the truck to my brothers house and effortlessly took the wheels off and scraped the dirt off the studs and lubricated them and after we picked up the tires that we ended up taking to another place to mount the tires, we installed them with absolutely no issues. Take my advice and never use Firestone for any repairs!
Took my car to them for shocks and struts. They also did some cosmetic work which was fine. Oh the shocks and struts which cost most of my $4300 bill awful...I have now returned for 5 visits and still my car is worse than when I originally brought it to them.
I ordered a grill from them, just received it in the 3 days later. The grill came in good condition. But the only problem is no pick up the phone call, until I got the grill and the contact me by sending me email. Anyway, great item for the price.
I've used Tasca Parts many many times over the past several years and have never had a problem. Reading some of the other isolated reviews made me feel that my impression was needed as well. As a warehouse distributor, to think that EVERY item on their website is sitting in their warehouse is kind of ignorant. I have always received my order confirmation and notice of processing time within 30 minutes of ordering, so when people say they waited 4 days, a simple call would have sufficed instead of just waiting. My parts have always arrived on time and tracking provided to document the moment they left the warehouse. I'll continue to do business with them, and know that I am in good hands for OEM factory parts.
I have bough multiple i items (top end machine attack handlebar kit, black dragon ignition, plastics, the list goes on) from pw only an have had no problems with shipping or installation. I think they are a fantastic company and love what they do for the little ones wether it be the rider of the month, coloring contests, free shirts and hats. Great company. There is no one else that operates this way.

This is my go to place for recycled auto parts. Being the biggest (they have several yards) they most often have the parts we need for our customers vehicles. Most of the staff is user friendly and very fast delivery of those needed parts. My go to guy is Willis. The web site is easy to use to search for parts.

Ordered a few parts for Audi this summer. Good deal overall. Prices were reasonable, quality was good, items came as pictured and packaged normally! Web site could use an easier to find "your garage menu", it hides it under the search bar - on the right. Otherwise web-site is good!
I made an order which totaled around $102. No response for weeks and finally was able to get a chargeback from my financial institution. Save your self grief and do not order from these guys!
Mower broke 2nd use, less than 2 hours mowing short grass. Filed warranty claim on internet, only way to contact them. Told me to take it and get repair estimate. Did that, not worth fixing. Sent photos and video as requested. 10 weeks into this, have not had response from company in 3 weeks. Since mower is unusable and not repairable, I requested refund. No response since that request. Mower was purchased in December, broke on second use in May, company claims 1 year warranty. They only accept calls to place orders. All other business is email and any correspondence with them takes 5-10 days for them to answer. Last correspondence from them was automated, said they were having high volume of warranty request. That was 3 weeks ago.
No Call, No Show. Then proceeded to charge my credit card for work not performed. Will be disputing the charge with my credit card company. Stay away from this company. It's a scam.
1998 Jeep Wrangler with bad PCM showing codes for 02 sensor. 02 sensor & loom diagnosed as good by dealer. Vehicles runs. Solo Auto supplied three replacement PCM. Non worked and were returned. On a cold engine the 1st showed codes for high battery temp, air intake temp high voltage, engine coolant temp and throttle position sensor. The 2nd showed no codes, engine would start then tach and other meters would drop out and engine would stall. The third showed no codes - engine would not start. At each replacement the original PCM was re-installed and the vehicles operates. Through this process Solo did not respond to emails and offered no explanation for the defective units. Upon return of 3rd unit I made repeated inquiries for a refund. I got no response. When I called I was told the "girl" was out until 1PM. They promised a return phone call providing status of refund. They did not call. I opened a claim with PayPay. They don't have a leg to stand on and should have just refunded the money. Horrible customer service and obviously poor workmanship.
I regretfully purchased a 2018 BMW engine from World Class Engines, believing their promise of quality and warranty protection. Unfortunately, this turned into a nightmare. Upon installation, my certified BMW mechanic discovered bad valves and an oil leak. When I contacted the warranty department to address these faults, they astoundingly rejected my claim. They stated that to honor the warranty, I needed to replace numerous other parts like the radiator, water pump, and various seals, which my expert mechanic assured me were unnecessary after his inspection. Their dismissive attitude was further underscored when they suggested my shop should simply comply with the extensive list on the warranty receipt, regardless of the mechanic's findings. This experience has been nothing short of frustrating and financially draining, costing me $5,000 for an engine that was clearly defective from the outset. Their lack of accountability highlights a glaring disregard for customer satisfaction and ethical business practices. I would strongly advise against doing business with World Class Engines unless you're eager to waste your money on faulty products and unfulfilled promises. Deceptive warranty terms and unreliable customer service make this company a risky choice. Buyers, beware.
