I was pretty skeptical of this site based on all these awful reviews. I only needed a handful of clips for my Datsun 620. I found the part number, saw they were still available, and took a chance on ordering them. I used PayPal to pay so if I got screwed, I had something to fall back on to get my money back. A couple days after purchase, I got the shipping notification, and they arrived today in the mail exactly as I expected. I would probably buy again. For all the bad reviews, since this site appears to be a broker, for all intents and purposes, it's very possible the dealers they're buying from aren't real careful in reading, or that whoever is placing the orders is not doing a good job relaying what was ordered. There's always the chance people buying parts don't know what they actually need as well, then complain when it's wrong.

Don't know who else that gave a negative review delt with Ben k. But their product is junk had to replace the under body kit twice and ben says you didn't hook it up right. You can clearly see that it wasn't sodered correctly. Don't waste your time or money dealing with these pos!

Have used this company a while ago for a couple of VW driveshafts which we're good, so I then ordered a wheel bearing for an insignia which fitted fine but the bolts we're to long, not a problem let them no & put the old one's in. So I decided to go to them for top mounts & bearings for my wife's Kuga, they we're fitted with new shocks & brake discs & pads (September), after 3 wks suspension noises started the car had barely done 90 miles, can't be top mount bearing there new, left as to cold & no money, suspension started snatching so got some cash but to busy so dropped it off to a friend of a friend mechanic to look at (march), phoned me 2hrs later to say wrong top mounts & bearings, he ordered me the proper one's which I fitted myself low and behold totally different, now as quite as a mouse & one's from these jokers fell to bits had been on 6 months & 673 miles as was to scary to use & no money, mechanic said would of been noisy straight away if I'd left old discs on as was all out of line. Seems to have happened before see other review, it's only cost me £140,60 labour from mechanic & 40 new parts + £40 for wrongly supplied parts but could cost you more, expecting the wasn't fitted by mechanic excuse even though I'm 52 & been working on my own cars & motorbikes since 16, go to euro parts or gsf etc at least if given the wrong part they'll exchange it or give money back. Yep want a mechanic report as I guessed just go somewhere else.

I recentttly sent an ECM for a CAT 3126 engine to dieselecmexchange for testing and repair. I was told the unit I sent was not repairable (I believe a blown capacitor and the microprocessor was stuck in a boot loop). The did have another ECM that they could send me, which they supplied. While I did have some questions after getting the unit back (that went unanswered), I was able to get the truck running again. That was my goal and the Canadian price was $2800 vs $8500 at the local Freightliner dealer. While I would have appreciated slightly better support to my questions, the problem was fixed and cheaper than my local option. My experience was positive and I would use their services again in the future. In this day and age there can be a lack of trust in service found on the internet, but my experience was positive, and I only speak for my own experience.

This company is a $#*! show. Order my part first week of July and still waiting for the tracking number. Spoken to 7 different people with no resolution. I will never never ever do business with this company again. I will tell as much people as I can not to buy from your company. Why are you guys still in business, with all the negative reviews. I am not stopping until you guys are out of business. This is not the end Euro Car. Your company is a scam and a peace of $#*!,

Ordered radiator, took my money, never received product. Can't get ahold of anyone, and numbers are disconnected. Fake company stealing people's money. They should be investigated by law enforcement.

Ordered parts June 2024. Figured with the holiday things would slow down a little. After 2 weeks, called and asked what was going on and was told the order was in the shipping department. As soon as I hung up I went to see if there were any complaints and I had instant anger from what I read. Emailed him to cancel the order and refund the money- no response. The bank is in the process of doing a charge back based on the countless complaints and their rating on the BBB. I immediately ordered the same parts from a reputable company and they were at my door in 3 days. Absolutely do not wast your time or effort on this company. It's an amazing website and he might be better off selling the company to someone that will actually run it instead of collect money.

I needed a new alternator for my es300. The dealer at lexus wanted $800 for the part and install. I got the alternator with shipping under $350 and the installation at my local repair shop was an hour of time for $85 if I provided the part. I saved a total of $300 by shopping for the part online and not going to the lexus dealer.

Placed an order with them in December 2021 Received order but shorted me a tee shirt. No big deal, called them and they told me it was not in stock, ok no problem! Called them in may 2022, still not in stock so I asked for refund. Person who took call said he would credit me. Guess what? No refund! What a joke of a company.the price of a tee shirt is not going to break me but it's the point! Tons of bad reviews about this place! I am going out of my way to tell everyone on my truck forums and friends to not even think about this place! What a bad company! Like I said just read the reviews! They can't get away from that!

Placed order in July for $590 it's November and have yet to redo product or refund which was requested in September. No reply by phone or email and nobody has ever answered a phone call.

I ordered a set of HID's (55W galaxy 6000k hid with mopar harness with anti-flicker and warning cancelers). I paid for the expedited shipping via USPS. It has been 6 business days since placing the order (they promised 2 for processing) and still no traction on my order. I emailed them (the promised 1 business day for someone to get back to me) and it has been 2 days since I emailed them and no response other than the automated response. I emailed them again and waited another business day and still nothing. I tried calling their phone number (during normal business hours) and the automated system says that the phone lines are closed (AT 1PM ON A BUISNESS DAY!). Since they want to F*** around then they're going to find out! I can't put a stop payment on my order because no one will answer my emails or phone calls; so I cancelled the card I used and got a new number per my banks representatives advice. YOU WILL NEVER GET MY MONEY AND I DONT GIVE A DAMN ABOUT THE PRODUCT OR YOUR COMPANY! 56,000 great reviews my $#*!! STEER CLEAR OF THIS SCAM OF A JOKE OF A COMPANY!

Purchased a Turbo Actuator for my 3500 Ram. The part got delivered very quickly. Got it installed and wanted the dealer to do the calibration... Ended up the option was not available in their Scan tool for my year. The mechanic had done the procedure before and was surprised to find it had been taken out. Called RAE for help and got outstanding support from very knowledgeable and dedicated staff. Sales and Techsupport got me on the right track and my turbo now runs like new! Thanks you all! I needed a catalytic converter for my 1987 BMW 325i. Hottexhaust had the Magnaflow brand in stock, and on sale (!) while other distributors said it was a special order that would take 3 to 4 weeks to receive and at much higher cost. The unit shipped quickly and arrived at my independent BMW garage in Montreal a couple of days later. Overall, a good experience with Hottexhaust.
