Ordered Japanese winter hat in December haven't gotten it yet! Received the net ordered have contacted them several times no response yet or explanation of where it is.

I purchase a ring - Zoisite stone - green and red in coloring. I understand the nature of crystals and that there will be imperfections within the stone. It will not look exactly like the photo, etc. Each is unique. What I got was a ring - the last in stock - green and red but with a huge black spot in the centre.
