Kids loved it! Played regularly, then stopped. OK, so I was charged for the year, but then that's acceptable. But to have been charged for 3 continuous years afterwards - wholly unreasonable. Moto G Power has a long battery life, a nice monitor, is easy to use, and has a lot of features. Only complaint, and this is true of all smart phones, is that if you're not careful, you'll erase or switch your icons. I once accidentally removed my time and temperature, and I have no idea how. In general, the Motorola is a solid phone. This is my seventh. I rarely have problems. I only purchase phones that are unlocked. They're quick to set up, and the customer service is excellent. I just use the apps that I want to use. Also, it's the most dependable phone I've ever had.

Honesty! Properly up front, we knew what we wanted to buy and wasn't pushed to buy something else. There was no salesman tactics around pushing hp purchase from them, nor any extended warranty after sales or add ons.
