I have always avoided ordering from this site just because of other reviews that I have read. I finally bit the bullet and ordered just a couple items to see if they would actually come. Not only did they come but they came before the ETA, they were exactly as they were described, great quality and obviously great price. When I ordered I miscounted the curtains that I needed so I went back and ordered the correct amount, same thing, great quality, extremely fast shipping and great price. If have since ordered several other items from this website and it's all been the same experience. If you have been hesitant from ordering from them because it just seems to be a too good too be true price - don't it's actually real with good quality.

Had the worst experience online yet ordering from this website. They took my money, but didn't send the item I ordered. They gave me someone else's tracking number to make it look like the item was underway, and then delivered, which never happened. When I contacted support about this they were useless, very incompetent, unprofessional people, their delivery guaranteed or refund policy is total bs, they didn't care at all about the problem and provided no solution. At the end I paid for something that was never sent, I sincerely warn anybody reading this not to order from this Chinese website, save yourself a headache, time, and your money. There is no customer service just a useless "bot". Twice I have received products that have not worked and both times a refund was refused because of "insufficient evidence" although I confirmed in both cases the other products in the order worked perfectly. It seems you are supposed to prove something doesn't work the same way you're supposed to prove you never received the product. While this may not have been a lot of money "stolen" on principle I will now only order from websites like "Wish" and "Temu" who actually appear to look after their customers.

Aliexpress allowing members sellers to misleading customers by falsely advertising the goods are shipped from Europe and guaranteeing delivery 7-10, and never delivered
Recently I bought three products from different sellers in Aliexpress, who advertised that the products are available in warehouse in Europe and they guarantee delivery within 7-10, however, when the order delayed I contacted the seller and find out that the product will be at least taken over 30 days longer as it been shipped from China.
AliExpress allows their members seller misleading their customers by falls advertising.
Aliexpress can't rectify and acknowledge the issue or take appropriate action or even to refund my money fast and they can do to ask me to be patient and wait.
I will never do shopping in their platform after I get my money.

Aliexpress sold me a broken helmet and then instructed me to return the item then the seller or aliexpress would refund the return shipping fee. Months later they said I do not have enough evidence eventhough i sent the postage invoice numerous times. This is a cheap chinese scam site. Better to go with amazon who will treat customers better. $#*! you scammers!

I ordered good worth around £70 and didn't receive them. I opened a dispute with AliExpress and although I rang Evri several times all Evri would say is that the parcel is lost. I fed this back to AliExpress and they said I needed to pick it up from my local post office. I tried explaining that this wasn't the case but they just closed the disputes for each item and I didn't get a refund. If you're willing to take a chance on them then buy from them but that's the last time they get any money from me. I have since read other reviews and it seems as though they always side with sellers so if a seller has said they have posted something, you're screwed.

The method of communication in dealing with this company is really bad and they have no complaints process. You can open a dispute regarding an order but you can't complain about the rubbish service you receive from them.

This app is not recommended for purchasing any item over 50 euro. It is full of scammers and are protected by AliExpress. You can see in the pictures the seller does not have the item and still AliExpress supports its Chinese scammers and now i have to wait 42 days for order to be cancelled. Aliexpress has a default setting of refund as a bonus. Never ever take that or you will curse yourself because you will become there hostage and there is nothing that you can do. You have to do shopping or get scammed. Amazon and other platform are far better than aliexpress.

I placed an order for $167 for a product including tax.The next day they informed me there would be an additional charge $33 for misc. This is after the fact and after my credit card had already been charged. So they offer a product at a low price to hook you in then they add on additional fees hoping you will just agree. Who knows if I would even get the merchandise in the end. I cancelled the order and notified my CC company of the attempted fraud. Beware of this company. Who knows what else they will try to rip you off. I will never do business with them again

I ordered two (2) Throw Covers from the above AliExpress store on 25 Nov, 2023. Due Delivery time was given as 14 Jan 2024. I clearly get that given the Christmas Holidays it would be slower. However the due date is passed, applied for a refund; AliExpress C.S is stalling.
The package stopped tracking since 13 Dec but the Seller keeps saying 'it's in my Region".
I live in Barbados, not Belgium I've told him 3-4 times now. It's NOT my responsibility to keep "haranguing" my Local Post to 'question' the Packages location.

I paid for a Wen workbench drill press from AliExpress. I was supposed to receive it in 10 days. They gave me a bogus tracking number and shipped a 2 oz package to somewhere in my area. When the bogus 2 oz package was delivered to someone else, AliExpress notified me that I received my 30+ lb drill press. I notified customer service to inform them that I didn't receive my drill press and asked for a refund. AliExpress informed me that I received my order and was not going to get a refund. I had to go to the post office several times to get information to contradict the bogus AliExpress information. My credit card company refunded my payment.

Purchased an item through Ali Express which included Royal mail tracked postage. Tracking stated that item could not be delivered because the sender did not address the parcel correctly, no Road or house number on the parcel and Royal Mail are returning to sender. Send proof of this to Ali express and requested a refund but refused. I even appealed but said no refund. F***ing unbelievable. Because they are based in China, there is no recourse. If you want to return the product from Canada, you pay around $100 for the return because they don't accept it without a tracking number. I got a free refund. Great. But wait for it, the shipping address was in Afganistan and no one in my country ships there! When I tried to contact customer service they said they are sorry but I missed my deadline and should contact the seller. The seller of course is not responding. I never got my refund.
I placed an order for a few items, but they arrived in the wrong sizes, wrong colors, and of poor quality. When I tried to initiate a return, I didn't receive any response, return label, or refund. They closed my complaints, and the requests vanished. Additionally, I've noticed some unauthorized charges on my credit card that I didn't make. The packages came with a sender address in China and I have no return address. I asked them many times to give me a return address to at least pay for return items from my own pocket but they never provided any address to me. A you see in one of the attached photos, all of my requests for return disappeared and just one is left. I requested for 4 items return and they are vanishing one by one. I am sure this one will vanish by tomorrow too. This is a real scam.

Aliexpress is a well-known e-commerce platform for scammers running their businesses in China and targeting buyers outside of China. First time purchase, blatant bait and switch even after multiple confirmation messages with photos, videos etc. Absolutely no help from Aliexpress customer service even with "Free Returns", "Buyers Protection". All these are non-existing "guarantees" by Aliexpress as customer service and dispute just go round and round with same repeated requests for proof that were already provided many times. Unfortunately, this company is basically making revenue from all these scams and should be on everyone's blacklist. Just look at the reviews online, avoid at all cost.

I hardly ever shop on this site but every other time I do it's drama and they make me regret it. They know that most of the sellers and the trash they sell is awful and that's why they only allow 30 days to leave feedback. They also will not allow you to add pics, it will pretend to but it will not be added to your feedback because well it's solid proof and they can't be having truth of bad purchase experiences on their website. I will be compiling a list of sellers and a summery of how the seller ripped me off or treated me poorly. ALL TRUTHFUL EXPERIENCES so maybe I can help other people avoid the same awful experience.

AliExpress notified us with a picture stating that our package had been delivered to our correct address, even though we never received it. As it turned out, the package had been delivered by FedEx to an unknown address in San Francisco, about 700 miles north of us. When we chatted with AliExpress, they abruptly transferred us to howly.com, where we were offered additional help for $47, which we declined.
Using the FedEx tracking number, we attempted to get more information, but their system rejected our request because it did not recognize our address—despite AliExpress having the correct address when they notified us of the delivery.
Fortunately, we were eventually able to have our bank reverse the credit card charge.

I got scammed from a seller (BilltoolsStore), still trying to get a refund from Aliexpress. Many people have reported this seller in the past, but Aliexpress allows this seller to stay.
