I agree that Janet B. Must work for them... I ordered and received my item many months later, size XL and it was just about the right size for the family cat. Save your money and support your home country!
I chose free shipping & their email states, "The package should normally take 10-25 business days to arrive (approximately)." Mine arrived approximately 2 weeks after shipping.
Oh dear lady! I feel bad for you. DressLily will make you pay for return shipping at your cost even if the iTems are damaged or if they sent the wrong size. This company are scam artist. They sell you clothes made of the CHEAPEST material possible, made by someone ( I'm assuming a child) who has no clue how to sew/tailor/mend clothing. They make it whichever which way they feel and could care less about you the consumer. Once that have your money... you are screwed unless you get your credit card company involved.
They string you along so that it's too late to dispute the payment through your bank or PayPal (however you paid). That's why they keep sending "please be patient & wait longer" emails. They know exactly what they're doing. They're good at ripping people off.
Contact your credit card or paypal and ask for a refund. Having a tracking number does no good if they don't send the product. I placed an order back in early Nov. 2014 and received a refund in late March 2015 never received anything from them although they kept saying that it was in the mail and to wait patiently. I asked Paypal to open a claim for a refund and DressLily asked me to close the claim in order to refund me. You see you are limited on time from your credit card and Paypal to file a claim and dressLily will drag it out telling you to wait or check the post office just 5 to 10 more days until that time has expired and you are stuck with nothing and no way to get your money back. I believe all the good said about this site is posted by derssLily
Hi Danielle if u have been waiting for more then a month then u might as well ask for s refund I waited a month and got my items but the quality is horrible and the dress doesn't even look anything like in the picture based on my experience I will never order from them again hope this helps
I couldn't find a phone number anywhere. What a pain. Now they want me to take pictures of what they sent to show them why it didn't fit. I just wanted an exchange.

Why would anybody deal with this company? It took me over 6 months of emails and such to get my item. Don't do business with them, they do not care that you get your item or not as long as they get your money.
