Any ''good'' review you see on here are employee's, family or friends who work or are associated with Dylan Queen... the true reviews are from ourselves the people who have been conned into thinking we were getting something wonderful for a special occassion, only to end up with something that could house and hide a dozen illegal immigrants! Dylan Queen are NOT what they seem and if you have any sense at all - read every bad review as they all echo the same story... what you see is absolutely NOT what you will get... trust me ive been there! Like many others!

Answer:

Their returns policy doesn't apply. They say you can return on their policy but no matter what the problem is with your dress they don't do returns. Been having problems with them for ages now.

Claim back from your credit/debit card. Hopefully they will stop this company for using them in future. This company will offer you an insulting offer and then ignore you when you refuse.

Please don't order from this site my daughters dress fitted but was wrong colour and they don't do anything about it. Best go to a shop or make sure you check out website but please don't use these

Stay away from this site it's a con you will have zero chance of getting any money back and will also receive an unexpected customs bill... these dresses come from china and are poor copies of the ones shown

Mine took around 4 weeks as although the website uses a uk domain the product came from china, therefore high shipping costs plus unexpected taxes.

I really wouldn't risk it they are a scam site you will not receive what you ordered and you won't be able to send it back

There are just as many bad review as good, how can i be sure that when i buy my dress i'll have a great quality looking dress with the right measurements. i don't want my mum to pay for something bad and then get no refund because no one would answer a phone or e mail. i don't know if i can take that risk.

Answer:

I would stay away all the poor reviews are having exactly the same issues... sounds like any positive ones are from the site itself... I'm so cross with myself for getting scammed by these people.

Answer:

If you haven't parted with your money I advise you to cancel the order and keep your money. They are so unproffesional and I have lost my money. I know a lot of people that have had the same problem.

They don't have a return policy. They know nobody can afford to return dress to Hong Kong and pay the Tax fees. So you are stuck with whatever you purchase! I was actually told via email the manager had no time for my issues! Stay away from DylanQueen!
