DO NOT ORDER FROM SHEIN ANYMORE AFTER JAN 2025. Your Order will be sent and not delivered unless you pay customs and tariffs fees. They are stating this is TRUMP's doing- it may be but not the issue. They also say they will reimburse 50% of fees.if you hound them. However, if you fully paid you order and shipping or even free shipping with large orders, no additional fees should be needed. Their customer service is not helpful at all and would do nothing. Once it is shipped you are screwed! They are just ripping you off now! Beware!

I just received an order, that my package had been here. I waited a week and a half, and got to the doorstep and there was no package there. Their customer service was very nonchalant. Only offering me a refund. I was very pissed off. I had to drive 30 minutes to a message, that had said my package had arrived, going there and finding out there was no package there. No call from delivery driver, saying it had been dropped off. Just a text message. I will never ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever, use their service again. And I recommend that no one, get deliveries from them.

If I could give zero stars, I would.
I have been a long time shopper at shein. Like long enough that i am considered a tier 3 VIP. And up until recently still supported them. For the first time I have had an issue with a shipment. There were missing items from my package. Contacting customer service was unhelpful. I was told I would be credited points to my account to repurchase the missing items. These items totalled about $70. The points i was credited were worth less than $1. Contacted customer service again. They told me to contact the shipping company. Which I have done. With no response.
Shein refuses to resolve the issue.
To top it off their products have went down in quality but huge price increase. They cap the coupons so you can only save a small amount now, where they used to be unlimited. The coupons also aren't nearly as high of a percent off as they used to be.
I can see why loyal customers are dropping off left right and center. Save your money. Shop elsewhere.

The items are defective. Some sent me 1 item instead of 3 items. You can not return it. They refunded me 1 item out of 5 incomplete orders.
The time I spent on dealing with customer service is not worth the money. They got over $50.00 out of me for useless crap. Hope they are proud of themselves.

I think the quality of many of Sheins products are great for the price. I have issue with the "free gifts", I truly believe it's a scam. I was supposedly 0.01 away from "earning" my 5 free gifts yesterday after placing a large order, all I had to do was invite one friend to receive my 5 "free " gifts. I invited 2 friends both of which ordered something and still today I am still playing that puppy game to win the supposed 5 free gifts. And the closer you get to winning to lower the points they give you for winning any particular step within the game. I feel like a greyhound race dog chasing the fake rabbit around the track, I don't think I'll ever catch it. And it's a dang shame because I will get to the point that I won't even do business with them anymore, I don't like to be scammed,especially when I'm spending money with a company. I had honestly hoped SHEIN would be better than Temu but it seems to use the same scam tactics.Do better SHEIN!

I would give 0 stars if I could because of the service I received which is so unsatisfactory. I ordered many items from Shein and contacted them because the packages stated as delivered but were never recieved. I contacted customer service and they keep giving me the same response even though I have provided the proof they were asking for. This has been ongoing for very long and I just want a refund to make it right. SHEIN has definitely lost me as a customer/consumer but I have images of proof of the chat as well where i am being told the same thing and it's frustrating me a lot! As well as that the times of the delivery I also have which make no sense to me at all! I just want my refund because I don't want to pay for something I never received this was before Christmas as well so I am frustrated that my items never even came. And customer service is not cooperating at all.

They do not have any way to reach them! I was charged for an order I did NOT place and was never send an order number so there was not way to return $300 worth of clothes I DON'T WANT! I've emailed them and opened disputes with PayPal AND sent 20 emails to Shein. They only send a generic response stating "they're sorry I had a bad experience with them." This is so crazy.

Terrible customer service. If you don't find a robot answer, the message box won't allow you to describe the problem sufficiently. The answer you may get is meaningless. Customer service is unable to solve a problem; e.g. if SHEIN has doubled your order and you refuse to accept the duplicate order. Terribly time consuming - never again!

I ordered home decorating items from Shein worth £360, but my experience has been absolutely terrible. The order arrived in a single box, which was suspiciously sealed with two different types of tape. Upon opening, I discovered that items worth around £25 were missing. I contacted Sheins customer service multiple times, but all I got was an unhelpful response claiming they "can't help me." To make matters worse, they completely stopped replying to my messages.
This level of service is unacceptable for a company handling such high-value orders. I feel ignored and cheated. I will never shop with Shane again and would strongly advise others to think twice before placing an order with them. Terrible service and zero accountability!

I ordered 20+ dresses to ensure that 1 fit great and was the correct color for my daughter's destination wedding on Nov2 2024. They were delivered Oct 11,2024. Couldn't even choose one until I got to the destination on Oct 31. Was going to return what I didn't choose for wedding. When I got home I found my dad in a coma. Had to take him off life support on Nov 10th. The funeral was Nov 16. I had to pay 100% of it myself. I needed the $ from my dresses I was going to return. I tried to return them a few days after the funeral and have been denied everytime I tried due to it being outside the time frame of 30days from delivery. So I was Apx 2 weeks outside the time frame. I didn't even know I only had 30 days. I thought for sure I had at least 60 days. Returning dresses wasn't on my mind until the day I tried to return them. They refuse to make an exception. It's ridiculous and unexceptionable that they will refuse my return. I will provide proof of wedding and death certificate if I have to. I need shein to let me return these. I try every week since Nov and keep getting denied.

Do not shop with shein! They delivered my package to the wrong address and wont give me a refund on it. That doesn't even make sense. They made the mistake. I've spent over 10,000$ dollars with them and I'm deleting this app now

If I could put 0 stars I would. Horrible customer service that does not value their customers. They sent me a damaged item and when I reached out to customer service they told me I needed to return it to them so they can make verifications and then they'll be able to refund me. Mind you the item is a 1$ cheap flower. I have never had any issues returning things that didn't fit me or I just didn't like but cmon all that for a 1$ item (that they sent to me damaged which is their fault!) thats cheap. It isn't even about the money it is about the principle you send a damaged item you fix the issue. Especially now that Canada Post is on strike they dont even take any packages and im not going to wait I dont know how long for a 1$ refund which I told them and they didn't seem to care they said the only way that I can get refund is if I send the item back. Even if I do send it back to them, then what? They'll probably throw it away so why make things more complicated.I would 100% understand if it was a pricey item and once again I never had any problems returning the items back if they didn't fit but this is ridiculous. I have ordered with them for years and the way they treat customers is disgusting and unacceptable. They don't even care about making their customers happy or finding a good solution. The customer service agent kept giving me answers that weren't even about my request and it felt like I was talking to a robot without any compassion. Anyways it is the last time I order from a cheap and disgusting company that doesn't value and treat their customers right.

I have been a loyal Shein customer for years and have never encountered issues with payments or delivery—until recently. My last experience was nothing short of a disaster.
For months, I've had trouble with their delivery partner Uni Uni. To resolve this, I specifically requested that future orders be sent via Canada Post, as customer service had previously assured me they could accommodate this request. However, for my last two orders—placed at the same time with separate order numbers—I reached out to ensure this was done, only to discover that both were sent via Uni Uni.
When I contacted customer service about this, I was met with excuses. They blamed the warehouse, even though I had sent a clear request. Then, they casually stated, "We will punish Uni Uni"—an unprofessional and completely inappropriate response.
The problems didn't stop there. When I received my orders, I wanted to return a few items. That's when I discovered a $26 shipping fee on one of the orders. I was told this could be due to a glitch, but instead of resolving the issue, I was asked to provide proof that I didn't select express shipping. Seriously? As a long-time customer, I expect better than being treated like this.
Adding insult to injury, I was told that the coupon I applied made my order ineligible for free shipping—even though the pre-discount total was $129.62, well above the threshold. I didn't notice this at the time because I was focused on requesting Canada Post for delivery. Yet, customer service implied it was my fault for not catching the error.
The final straw was their dismissive attitude and unprofessional language during our chat. I've never experienced such poor treatment from Shein before. I wasn't asking for free service; I simply wanted fairness and acknowledgment of the issue.
I'm done with Shein. Once I receive my refund for the returned items, I'll be deleting my account and app. To anyone considering shopping here: BEWARE. Their customer service has taken a nosedive, and their attitude towards loyal customers is Appalling

I ordered Christmas gifts from shein at the starting of Nov. And my order said it'd be here the 5th of dec and here we are a few day before Christmas still nothing and they did this before also. They tell u it'll be here and then tell u that u can't return it this place is terrible.

I have been a Shein customer for many years.
Recently I made some orders and sent some stuff back.
Shein now refuses to arrange for reimbursement despite existing proof of shipment, just as they refuse to submit an investigation.
It is not even discussed, the customer service leaves something to be desired.
It doesn't work that way and I will do everything possible to get my money back and remain persistent!
If I do not receive my refund promptly, I will go to the lawyer.
How much would you like to pull your customers over the ear please?! Customer service no help! You have enough evidence and yet the employees lie and say it's not in storage?!

I ordered a pebble ice maker in silver and received a regular one in black. I contacted customer service and told them this and that they would need to pay for shipping as this was their fault, not mine. They said I would get my money back. I took the item to UPs and shipped it back on 8/29/24 to the address they indicated. It was delivered back to them and signed for on 8/31/24. I have inquired about both of my refunds and they are stating it hasn't been received and to check with the courier. I have proof and have given them the tracking number. What they are doing and allowing is not right! They are allowing a store to sell an item they are advertising under false pretenses. Other customers have bought this same item and the same thing happened to them. I think attorneys need to get involved at this point.

HORRIBLE customer service and liars. I ordered something and changed my mind within am hour or two. According to their website, orders can be canceled if they have not shipped. I had just placed the order and nothing had happened with it yet but they told me that they could not cancel the order. They told me several times and the responses seemed to be automatic replies that haven't even really read my message. I will never order from SHEIN again and I will be happy to share my experience with othersto save other people from experiencing the grief that I'm going through now.

Their site says that you can cancel the order up until the time that it ships but this is not true. I tried to cancel mine before they did anything with the order and they refused to cancel it.

I absolutely love SHEIN! It is one of my favorite places to shop on a budget and find really cute pieces for every season. However, due to their low prices, sometimes the quality of the items aren't the best and the sizing can be off at times so it's super important to check your measurements before placing an order. I've found that at times the clothes fit awkwardly due to their cheap material. Another issue, is that some pieces are see- through and you have to be extremely cautious of what you wear underneath. Most of the time, I am in love with my purchases and they exceed my expectations, especially for their great prices! I did a youtube video on some clothes that I purchased for the summer season and I was super happy with my purchase.

SHEIN is an overseas company that sells a huge variety of different items. SHEIN products are surprisingly cheap and thus is why buying from them is very hit or miss in the quality of what you purchased.
Clothing is sometimes really good and sometimes horrible as well as some of their household products.
Also, I've learned with shipping from them that a lot of the pictures they use to show the product are VERY deceiving! Example: in my pictures below. I bought this mirror thinking that it was meant to put on a table or wherever to than use for your face, well when I got it I was very taken aback at actually how incredibly small it is because they showed it as looking like normal size. You can see in my pictures it's only the size of my hand.

Be very aware that their pictures can sometimes be deceiving and that quality of products is very hit and miss.

I have been purchasing Shein clothing and home textiles for approximately a year.
I found the clothing to be of decent quality, and true to the images and descriptions on the website. Home Textiles were usually cheaper materials and smaller than presented on the website.
My issue is that recently a purchase was made through a vendor who posted an item that was significantly lower price then other items of similar design. I purchased this item and it was given a tracking number that was fraudulent, as verified through my local post office. I notified Shein and customer service advised that I had to wait for the process. The vendor refunded the money, however to repurchase the item would been significantly more money.
In researching the vendor, I noted that all of the reviews on the now closed store had the same review,"item not received wrong tracking number". It seems this vendor sold items at lower prices, put in fraudulent tracking number, and refunded the money once the complaint was made. Why would a vendor do this? To collect payment information and addresses for fraud or worse, to sell my information.
When I brought this to customer service attention, they commented that "it's a pity" and that they could not do anything since the money had been refunded. I had contacted them twice before the money had been refunded and they told me to wait.
I had also provided them with screenshots of all of the complaints, and the closed store that I had purchased my item from. They had no response regarding this shady vendor, nor any remedy. Just, you've been refunded (which was part of the scam).
I feel that Shein is complicit in allowing their customers data to be compromised by their Marketplace vendors.
Shein countering accusations of fraud with pad answers from customer service is an insult to your customers. Advocating for your vendors who may be stealing from your customers in your name is not good business.
Well I appreciate it the value that Shein offered on its clothing and Home Textiles, I now have to monitor my credit card statements for fraud. I don't know if the trade off is worth it. I will not be doing business with this company going forward and I suggest others take this review into consideration before they do business with this company as well.

That Shein did not take responsibility for fraudulent transaction with marketplace vendors. Their arms length approach to vendors using their name, brand and website is shameful. They should stand behind the transactions conducted in their name and advocate for the CUSTOMER. Protecting customer data.
