I tried to pay for my order at checkout with my debit card, which I made sure five times that it was all the correct info, and it also has way more than enough funds. As a college student, finding cute clothes that are affordable is really tough. My college is in an area packed with expensive designer stores and shopping there is impossible on a student budget. Zaful saved me! Every item of clothing I have ordered has been true to size, exactly like their photos, and comfortable. One specific sweater(order number ************** ordered on Nov. 24) was such nice quality, I was very surprised that I paid less that $30 for it. Shipping is consistently fast even during the strike at Canada Post, and packaging is always amazing. There are also so many opportunities on this site to save money (their reward-points system and coupons) that you can stay fashionable and still afford to buy your textbooks :)

I absolutely love the brand Zaful! I have ordered through them for a long time now and have never had any problems. The shipping time can be a bit slow sometimes depending on where you are/how much you've ordered but i've always received mine within three weeks maximum! Quality clothing, you will have to go up one or two sizes as the sizing is a lot smaller but no big deal! Worth every cent!
I bought two jumpers (sweaters) from Zaful. They are both great quality and super comfortable. The shipping despite coming from far away was quite quick. Always have sales and great discounts. Their points system is really good too. Definitely recommend.

I've ordered a few great, really cheap pieces from Zaful in the past couple of years. It's a great place to try out trends without breaking the bank. Their shirts and sweaters are probably my favorite, and have traveled around the world with me. They have lasted through extensive traveling, packing, washing, and many wears, intact and great!
I would say my only knock against Zaful is shipping times. Packages for me usually arrive on time, but sometimes randomly can take longer than stated. The one time this happened to me, I had ordered bathing suits that clearly were not going to arrive in time for vacation. I was able to contact customer service, and exchange my swims for a shirt that was more readily available. They were friendly and worked quickly to help me out!

Honestly, I would just say order far in advance of when you need the item (at least a month) and or order knowing you can wait, nbd.
(I hope this review will be helpful to someone.) I ordered from Zaful a few times so far and I definitely recommend this site to everyone. They offer cute and fashionable clothing on an extremely reasonable price. Shipping only took 2-3 weeks to Hungary and everything arrived nicely packed :) The clothes looked just like the picture. I was very pleased with their customer service too, they were super kind and professional, and always responded to my emails within 24 hours. I'm planning to order from them again.

I didn't know what to expect. Everything is so inexpensive that I almost expected to be disappointed. I ordered three bikinis and received them within two weeks to the US. Size-wise, five out of six of the "items" fit very well. One top was too big, almost as if it was accidentally the wrong size selected. That was weird, but still wearable if not doing athletic activities.
The material shocked me. Everything is so SOFT and stretchy. I've worn all of mine like crazy and they have withstood lakes, oceans, cliff jumping, boating etc. and all still look brand new. I can't wait to stock up on some of their new releases!

My biggest advice is to look at the reviews and photos for each bikini to see what other girls say of sizing and fit. They can be the best guide to know what size will work for you and what will look best on your body type. Give it a try, be patient, and order more than you need!
I purchased 4 items in my size. None of them fit. I cannot raise anyone there to address my concerns. They want pictures, order numbers, proof of defects, and then with you provide all of this you get an auto response: Check the size chart. So I set up a dressmaker's form using their sizes and dressed the form, one by one, to show that the items do not fit a body according to their specs. Submit. Sorry, error please try again.

If you are larger than an American Size S do not order from this company. Check out the two pics below. The first is how the catalog thinks the coat will fit you. The second is how the coat actually fits you. This coat is on a dressmaker's form using the exact size of Zaful's size chart. If you need to return an item, good luck! The only way to contact the customer service department is by email and they respond at a snail's pace. Of course you will have to pay for any return shipping cost and wait an unreasonable amount of time to be receive your refund. I'm still waiting for mine and it has been over two weeks.

I placed an order and received it yesterday and let me say my God this is the worst thing I have ever seen. Visible stitching, and poor quality material. I have tried from many different computers to contact someone and to send in a complaint to the support company only to repeatedly get "Error" messages. I have tried to use the "online chat" and I waited 10 minutes before I got the message of "there are no current agents to assist you. Please try again later" Seriously? I attached pictures of the clothes and all the screen shots I have taken of what the website is telling me. Tried to call only for them to not have a number to call. I want my money back now! If I don't hear anything within the next day, I will report this company. Hopefully people read the reviews, as I should have, so they don't have to go through the same thing

Kept stringing me along saying only a few more days until my delivery. Their customer service is almost completely automated, and ignored my simple individualized requests. When I did call in, they confirmed that the automated information was wrong. Although they are in the process of returning my money, they did not adequately compensate me for the time and effort that I spent communicating with them. It was not a easy experience, and the least they could have done was give me a free inexpensive shirt or pants or something(something better than a $2 credit for my attempted $50 purchase). Overall, they ignored my specific requests and to ease out of my experience. They sucked.
Update: they found out about this posting and asked that I removed it in exchange for a $10 credit. You can see the exchange within the photos.

Basically if you are buying from this company be prepared to receive poor quality clothes and awful customer service. You will not get a refund if clothes don't fit you are basically stuck with them. I'm really disappointed with product! The material is not cotton polyester but only cotton! The Large size is too small that it fits my petite daughter! There was a hole on the side seam. I'm not sure if it's intended for the belt when you wrap it around or a plain damage! I demand for a refund.

All these positive reviews are definitely written by ZAFUL themselves. I ordered a hoodie more than 2 weeks ago, and promised shipping time was 5-10 days. After checking in a few days later, the status changed to "processing" and has stayed that way for 16 days. I have contacted customer support twice now and the response was "oh, it's out of stock - we're sorry we didn't inform you sooner. Can you wait until next week?" Next week has rolled around twice, and still "processing". Unreliable company with very poor customer service.

I think its just about what you'd expect from a company based out of China. The quality is usually below average, they're meant to be worn for one season tops. The clothes tend unravel or pill very quickly. The shipping can take an extremely long time, typically three weeks and they'll be beyond wrinkled when you receive them. But the clothes are trendy so thats a plus!

Okay, so the title is a little dramatic but it definitely has been an awful experience. I guess it's the truth when they say "you get what you pay for." The quality is definitely not as great as it appears to be in pictures as well in the patterns, but more importantly, the sizing is completely inaccurate. For example, my sister usually wears a size small but ordered mediums just in case and watching her try them on is laughable. I am literally looking at her laughing... (but trying not cry as we spent quite a lot of money on these suits). She is a small girl and the bottoms are cutting off her circulation. I tried calling customer service right away but the number they provide does not go through. The only thing I suppose I can hope for now is that our 10 year old cousin likes cheeky bottoms because she will now be getting bathing suits for her next two birthdays.
