I didn't have a problem with Zaful until today. I tried to pay for my order at checkout with my debit card, which I made sure five times that it was all the correct info, and it also has way more than enough funds. I kept getting an error message saying the payment method is not accepted. I message customer service (as seen below) and get this response

I bought 4 dresses. All quality are bad, transparent, material is not good and the size is small.
I requested for refund. Nobody take action. Didn't get return code or return address. It's been 2 weeks. I still follow up. PLEASE DON'T BUY From ZAFUL.

I ordered 5 pieces of clothes in September and got them maybe two weeks later. After trying them on I saw that 2 of them didn't fit me and asked for a return ticket. They answered that they can refund me without getting the clothes back and to just donate the clothes to charity (woo great). After 2 more weeks that I didn't see the refund I spoke with their support, they told me they refunded my card and even sent me an invoice - but in the invoice you can clearly see that it's not my card number. Since then (it's been a month) they refuse to cancel the refund to the wrong card and refund the card I actually paid with. Just a big headache of a website...

I placed an order for boots I saw on the site on Feb 26th, they took my money and said my payment was completed. The next day I get an email saying that my "unpaid order" was canceled and that they would "return points to my Zaful account". I didn't cancel my order myself, they did so why would they give me store credit instead of my money back? I contacted their customer service and they told me my order was cancelled and I have to wait up to two weeks for a refund, I asked why it was cancelled and nobody could give me any answers. I will be reporting this company for FRAUD and disputing the charge with my bank. These ppl are thieves.

As a college student, finding cute clothes that are affordable is really tough. My college is in an area packed with expensive designer stores and shopping there is impossible on a student budget. Zaful saved me! Every item of clothing I have ordered has been true to size, exactly like their photos, and comfortable. One specific sweater(order number ************** ordered on Nov. 24) was such nice quality, I was very surprised that I paid less that $30 for it. Shipping is consistently fast even during the strike at Canada Post, and packaging is always amazing. There are also so many opportunities on this site to save money (their reward-points system and coupons) that you can stay fashionable and still afford to buy your textbooks :)

(I hope this review will be helpful to someone.) I ordered from Zaful a few times so far and I definitely recommend this site to everyone. They offer cute and fashionable clothing on an extremely reasonable price. Shipping only took 2-3 weeks to Hungary and everything arrived nicely packed :) The clothes looked just like the picture. I was very pleased with their customer service too, they were super kind and professional, and always responded to my emails within 24 hours. I'm planning to order from them again.

I absolutely love the brand Zaful! I have ordered through them for a long time now and have never had any problems. The shipping time can be a bit slow sometimes depending on where you are/how much you've ordered but i've always received mine within three weeks maximum! Quality clothing, you will have to go up one or two sizes as the sizing is a lot smaller but no big deal! Worth every cent!

I've never had a bad experience shopping with Zaful. It's true that often their clothing/ swim suits run small, but if you're aware of this, it is easy enough to size up! For the money you're paying, the swim suit quality is comparable, or above and beyond. The styles are always trendy, and the site and app are very user friendly and convenient. I live in Canada and have never waited more than 2 weeks for my suits!

I have been buying my bikinis off of Zaful for a few years now and I have never had any issues with my orders. The shipping can take a little while which is why I've given it 4 stars. Other than that, the quality is very good for the price and their customer service is great. I always get compliments on my bikinis. Sizing is pretty standard, just be sure to reference sizing charts before you order. Some of the tops tend to run a bit small so keep that in mind. I would definitely recommend.

I purchased 4 items in my size. None of them fit. I cannot raise anyone there to address my concerns. They want pictures, order numbers, proof of defects, and then with you provide all of this you get an auto response: Check the size chart. So I set up a dressmaker's form using their sizes and dressed the form, one by one, to show that the items do not fit a body according to their specs. Submit. Sorry, error please try again.

If you are larger than an American Size S do not order from this company. Check out the two pics below. The first is how the catalog thinks the coat will fit you. The waiting time was insane. Approximatly 1 month since I ordered it. Then when the product arrived (it was a hoodie) it didn' t look like I imagined. The quality was so bad I could do a better hoodie. I hope this message will prevent having more victims.

If you need to return an item, good luck! The only way to contact the customer service department is by email and they respond at a snail's pace. Of course you will have to pay for any return shipping cost and wait an unreasonable amount of time to be receive your refund. I'm still waiting for mine and it has been over two weeks.

I placed an order and received it yesterday and let me say my God this is the worst thing I have ever seen. Visible stitching, and poor quality material. I have tried from many different computers to contact someone and to send in a complaint to the support company only to repeatedly get "Error" messages. I have tried to use the "online chat" and I waited 10 minutes before I got the message of "there are no current agents to assist you. Please try again later" Seriously? I attached pictures of the clothes and all the screen shots I have taken of what the website is telling me. Tried to call only for them to not have a number to call. I want my money back now! If I don't hear anything within the next day, I will report this company. Hopefully people read the reviews, as I should have, so they don't have to go through the same thing

Kept stringing me along saying only a few more days until my delivery. Their customer service is almost completely automated, and ignored my simple individualized requests. When I did call in, they confirmed that the automated information was wrong. Although they are in the process of returning my money, they did not adequately compensate me for the time and effort that I spent communicating with them. It was not a easy experience, and the least they could have done was give me a free inexpensive shirt or pants or something(something better than a $2 credit for my attempted $50 purchase). Overall, they ignored my specific requests and to ease out of my experience. They sucked.
Update: they found out about this posting and asked that I removed it in exchange for a $10 credit. You can see the exchange within the photos.

Basically if you are buying from this company be prepared to receive poor quality clothes and awful customer service. You will not get a refund if clothes don't fit you are basically stuck with them. My advice is to satay away from them they literally have just robbed me. Whoever is writing good reviews is probably hired by them. Honestly most other sites have warned against this company. They're a scam.

I'm really disappointed with product! The material is not cotton polyester but only cotton! The Large size is too small that it fits my petite daughter! There was a hole on the side seam. I'm not sure if it's intended for the belt when you wrap it around or a plain damage! I demand for a refund.

I think its just about what you'd expect from a company based out of China. The quality is usually below average, they're meant to be worn for one season tops. The clothes tend unravel or pill very quickly. The shipping can take an extremely long time, typically three weeks and they'll be beyond wrinkled when you receive them. But the clothes are trendy so thats a plus!

I was granted a refund once I emailed customer service and did eventually end up receiving my package.

I was bored working night shift one evening and in my delirium decided to randomly purchase a bikini from Zaful. I then after I'd placed my order, read all the negative reviews. So then it kind of became an experiment. Is Zaful a dodgy Asian scam store? Well I got my order! Hooray so it actually came. Yes it took 4 weeks to Australia but heck people we are paying like sweat shop worker prices here. Yes it was a little rough with the stitching on one strap. I ordered the small which the top probably is lucky to cover one nip but then I am rather naturally blessed. The rest would fit else where though. The bottoms are skimpy but fit. So overall... you do pay for what you get. But you are paying super cheap prices. I'd say worth the punt if you're not super fussy
