BUYER BEWARE! I placed an order Jan. 31,2023; today is Mar. 21,2023. The order I placed was never received. When I opened a dispute with AliExpress, they told me it was stuck in shipment and that I had to contact the shipping company. When I replied asking for the contact information for the shipping company, they never replied. Then they closed my dispute and I was not able to open another dispute on the item. I never got the order and it appears I'm out the money I paid them. I will never deal with this company again and caution everyone not buy from them.
We went to Krivoy Rog, a whole month! I bought it, on the promotion, I hoped that they would send the bowl as a gift, they seemed to be promised... They did not send anything.

Great store! Just shopped on huge 11.11 sale and I just loved the super deals, it was 50 % mostly for everything, amazing! It is possible to collect coupons and I did, so I used them and saved even more money! It is so much cheaper to buy here than locally, so I will stay a regular customer on AliExpress!
In one shopping session I ordered four different products – I received one. Had to open resolution disputes to get refunds and it is a nightmare. There are endless suggestions to wait for items, blah blah. I have waited three months and nothing. NEVER AGAIN!
I DO NOT recommend you shop at Aliexpress. Aliexpress team is mostly on seller's side. According to my experience of many years, when you get damaged or bad quality items from them, you don't get refund although you have received damaged item so you open the disputes and provide them all the evidences of problems. The reason why is again, because the Aliexpress team is mostly on seller's side so you're ending with losing your money. Recently, they started to request you to send the items back to them for refund although you provide them all the evidences. That means you'll have to pay for the return shipping fee which costs way more than whatever you bought. Or no return and no refund. Either way, you're losing money on trash.
When ordering and paying for the goods, the seller simply issued a fake tracking number and did not send the parcel.
At the same time, the support service simply lies - that the seller sent the goods, although when tracking the tracking number is clearly written
"The seller did not send the order"
When purchasing on this platform, be prepared for the fact that half or more of your orders will not arrive (they will simply not be sent, or will get stuck in some transport hub)

I was listening from a friend that aliexpress is providing a 99% discount on a product but I place an order with ************** order number I add my card number for payment it confirmed my order after some moment I got a receive a notification that your order has been closed. What the hell is this that they charge the amount and then cancel my order so I still yet not receive my payment back.
I ordered two transfer films from two different vendors. Did not spend much money as I was being cautious...deservedly so. Supposedly shipped items, supposedly went through customers and to the USPS office. Advised by AliExpress tracking they attempted delivery and was unsuccessful. Either USP puts in in your mailbox or asks for signature and if you are not home they leave package notice. I work from home. No delivery. Contacted USPS and gave them tracking numbers; was advised one never received and the other was so mislabelled it was discarded. Contacted vendors and AliExpress, told I would receive replacements, never happened. Then asked for refund who said they would send replacements (never did). Contacted AliExpress under Buyer Protection - denied. Ridiculous. Don't spend any moeny through it; either they are inept or its fraud.
I order off this site a solar hot water heater got the shipping number but come to find out the number was for some else I went on live chat to get some help they told me that the company is being investaged for fraud and there was nothing they could do I am 1600. 00 and now there not answering my calls I have the chat record if anyone would like to see it/They say this is a save site all over but if you don't get you goods your not getting your money back
This is such a bad company. According to track and trace, the package was delivered and it was not. I have been trying to get my money back for 2 months now, but they refuse to conduct an investigation themselves. They are responsible for this, but they do not take that responsibility. I have now received a letter from PostNL stating that it has been lost because this is what they wanted, but I will still not get my money back. They're a bunch of scammers.

Answer: I purchased 3 pair of van's brand shoes via different companies on aliexppress and all were true to size. The off brands are not, so you need larger than you wear. But, ask and ali will usually provide a size comparison chart for you to use.

Sellers asking for your your PayPal account to make a refund when they are suppose tp use Alipay. Clean up dishonest sellers like co-co fashion store.
