Order was for three pieces 90X160cm, at $27.46 each. Including shipping charge total came to $91.39. I received three pieces size 90X90cm, that are actually priced at $17.14 each, and on top of that they were folded. To summarize- they sent the wrong product, and you can not use it anyway because it is impossible to straighten the results of folded shipping. Mistakes happen, you judge the business by the way they are corrected.
In my case when I advised the seller, my request for refund was denied, the appeal was closed as well. After I wasted time chatting with AliExpress representative I was promised another appeal. The result was rejection, under phony reasoning that an alleged snapshot shows that the order was for size 90X90cm. It is a lie. If the order were for 90X90cm the total price of the order would have been $17.14 X 3=$51.42, plus shipping. The total should have been around $65.00 I paid $91.39, which clearly proves that the order was for size 90X160. Unless the seller invented its own math opposite to the one used by the world.

The transaction date of my order was 03/12/2013. Got order confirmation same day and seller processed the order in 2 days. With seller promised Delivery Time: 15-26 Days, the item should arrive within 04/10/2013. With no Item received till 04/29/2013, and tracking# trail lost, emailed the seller. Only a dispute with my credit Card solved the PROBLEM.

If anything goes wrong and consumer stays inactive beyond 60 days, then everybody will be off the hook, and the Consumer WILL RUN OUT OF LUCK. While the seller will get the money, the Consumer will Get Nothing, or a Different Inferior Product, or a Fake Product.

My problem is not with Ali Express but with the company that supplied the item through Ali Express. I have had a lot of dealings with Ali express and most have been favourable until I ordered a tablet case and keyboard provided by a company called Top 3C world. The item arrived ok without a problem but the keyboard was faulty. I wrote to Top 3 C World on many occasions and had various responses (from someone called Vivien Meng-Hi) including taking the keyboard to a local company to inspect which, of cause was ridiculous. Eventually I opened a dispute and was told I would receive a replacement keyboard if I closed the dispute. Unfortunately I was nieve
Enough to to do this and although I regularly chased the replacement item with several emails I was continually fobbed off with extended delivery times and nothing ever arrived. This dispute has now been going on since June and I have no doubt that I will never see it resolved. Top 3C World are, in my opinion very untrustworthy and I would advise people to stay well away. Aliexpress as I said earlier are generally good but should not allow such companies as 3C World trade under their name.

I purchased a lot of product in AliExpress. Their product price is cheap and also they shipped product very fast. They have vast of collection of goods.

I had ordered from Aliexpress twice before the order I am about to mention down below. My experience was good with those two orders. But the next one was a bit concerning.
I had ordered a 350$ jacket from Jazzevar. The seller had shipped my order. After shipping and seeing my status was still in transit Jazzevar mentioned how my ZIP code does not match the city (keep in mind i made orders before and after this order and they all went through successfully). After wasting a week of figuring out different possible city names i gave my friends address. I never received an updated status since the last one. I became concerned with how long my jacket was stuck in transit and that my processing period was running out. After bringing it up with the seller and getting no more information on the status I had opened my first dispute. When I had opened my dispute the answers for my dispute were predesigned based on the message center conversation I had with my seller (which was helpful). Although the seller had asked that I close the dispute I knew that if I closed the despite I have just increased my chances of losing 350$ and possibly not getting the jacket.
Aliexpress stepped in one day next and closed with dispute with a full refund on my order.
2 business days after I already received my refund.
So although I never got the order, the refund was handled well and efficiently.
I have not had any trouble as of yet however i have heard if you open many disputes they might disable you from opening disputes. I would start off with small orders to see how long orders take.
