AliExpress is a place where you can find many cheap goods but sometimes the quality is not up to scratch, but that's a risk sometimes with cheap stuff.

I ordered an item and the money is taking from my account but it writes waiting for payment. I contacted the seller but he said the item is now on the way to the shop how can u display item that is not in your shop? It is 3 weeks now but the seller is telling me the money is not with him. Don't and never trust Aliexpress/Alipay, I have 3 credit cards all are mine having my full name, i submitted to them all my documents(ID, Passport, Driving License, Credit Cards Photo Scan, Bank Statement.) But never get verified always asking to send documents and waiting for a very long time. My account is very old never had these issues before, These problems happened 2 months ago and till now still suffering from their stupid/unprofessional customer service ( they will never help). All my orders going to "Payment Being Verified" then. After 7 to 10 days Orders Status goes to "Closed" without any reason, Some of them i can appeal and submit document for Appeal, it took another 7 days to get accepted while the other orders still closed and no way for Appeal. I tried to contact them hundred times but no know can help they know only one thing just Saying "Sorry for any inconvenience." such stupid people working there... I will never stop i will complaint and report Aliexpress/Alipay everywhere on the internet.****** Scammers
I especially like the way the buyer protection is organized. If the order does not come, the money is always returned. And at prices at Aliexpress there are no competitors - the lowest prices!
The AliExpress is a great company. Your product is very variable and many sellers. I have lucky and no have problems in my orders. The products have excellent quality and delivery is top.
They began to fight for delivery very expensive. There is no point in buying on AliExpress. Prices began to be very high for delivery. There are now other sites with much lower prices.
I ordered glasses from CHARLES OPTICAL STORE at ALIEXPRESS.COM
The shipping, tracking, delivery and packing are ok, but the glasses can't be used because they "float" in my eyes and despite the support advising the need to get used to them (like all the normal glasses do), I can't get used to them, so I end up storing them and not using them. I tried to get used to the glasses over the days, but I can't.
There is no way to contact them. Their contact site does not work. They have double shipped my order because I can not stop them or contact them. No way to get return information either.
I have bought thing recently and all arrived broken. I hate them now. You cant upload certain videos so you complaint goes unheard. I am doing a YOUTUBE vide to shut them down. The suck!
Seashy seller is dishonest. Do not buy from them, they offer free returns but stall you until the 15 days are up. It is a sneaky thing to do to customers. Please avoid this seller, they are terrible.
The products sell on the website are fakes - do not do what is specified on the website. If you make a complain, they do not take you in serious and as result you loose - TIME & money
Just go on local store and buy what you need, is fast and if quality is not as required, you can return the product - on Aliexpress you are a TRASH CAN for CHINA sheet.

Instead of sending my order to California they sent it to Alabama. No way to talk to a person. Very hard to find an online way to communicate with them.

Serious redirect loop that places orders in the background affecting AliExpress.
I went to order an item on AliExpress. After clicking "Commit to buy" I was asked to login. After logging in I was asked to login again. Then again. And again in an endless loop.
Unbeknown to me and without any confirmation given to me, an order was placed in the background. Thinking the ordering process had failed I tried to order a few more time, not being aware that the orders were actually being placed (once again, no order confirmation).
This is a serious bug and I'm certain I'm not the only one affected. I've asked aliexpress to cancel the orders and its been several days but they have not done so.
Seeing as any negative feedback I may receive for non-payment of these items will be in the public domain, I decided to write this review of aliexpress in the public domain to set the record straight.
The login loop bug is still there as of yesterday as I have attempted to log into other things on the site but was thwarted by this bug. It occurs when you attempt to log into anything (e.g. When you are asked to login again upon accessing the community forum) after having initally logged into your account successfully.
I would advise everyone at this time to not place orders at all on aliexpress, for fear that they may experience the same issue.
