I have bought hundreds of items from AliExpress i had only a problem with just a few most of the time the sellers will help and i have only had to open about 5 disputes i always got my money back if the item never came, but i will always give time for an item to arrive and never give bad feedback for slow post, i will continue shopping here.

Bought what I thought would be an Imax B6AC RC battery charger. The AC indicates that it can be used on household power. Received the item today (9/13/23 a day late), and it is a Imax B6. Strictly 12V, and the cheapest leads you can imagine. After that it just goes down hill. I'll never buy from this outfit again.
I was provided with a bogus Tracking Number and the item never arrived. I opened a Dispute and the Seller immediately offered to re-send my item if I would close dispute. No way was I doing that so I requested a refund. Still waiting and I don't expect I'll ever receive a refund. If I do I update my review. My advice... stay away from AliExpress.
This Is a crooked company I dealt with them and bought several hundreds of dollars of merchandise to sell. Then all of sudden things stop coming It's being processed a little of this a lirtle of that. I did not worry they are a third party holding monies before the overseas merchants are paid. When I added up things that were missing I am out of over $500.00 plus of stuff that Aliexpress paid merchants yet I never received any merchadise God bless them he will deal with you I promise.
My worst online shopping experience. I buy LCD display for my phone and wait for 20 day to send it and 40 day to arrive. When it arrives I check LCD and it's not working. I open dispute and explain what is problem but for me no luck she decided in seller benefit and I lose many and my time. Worst online shopping experience ever.
I am gradually understanding how online shopping works, especially with aliexpress. The past year was a busy one for me, but this year, hopefully, I'm going to lay the groundwork for a good online shopping.
I placed many oders with them but as soon as a package went missing they told me to check my post office. The tracking plainly read it never even teached my city. When I disputed they declined the dispute and I was out the money. Order at your own risk!
I have been buying through AliExpress for more than two years. Theirditiion selection continues to expand and improve. I have purchased small items which were delivered in great condition. One large object, a guitar, was heavily damaged in transit, and I received a full refund.
I highly recommend using AliEpress.com.
I gave 2 stars simply because the log in and the ordering process is straightforward. But when I get to the "confirm your order" page all I get is a screenfull of grey boxes that I think appear to be trying to refresh. This will continue for as long as I stay there with no way forward.
This makes Aliexpress totally useless in practice.
"Help" is of course no help at all, but admittedly that is normal.
And forget about "Eva" it is just a different route to help.
There is of course no visible way of communicating with the company.

I m still very satisfied with aliexpress. Order doesn't come = refund no problem. Order not as described = refund no problem. Seller not reliable = refund by aliexpress. Great store. I m doing all my business here. And fantastic your firm is going to invest 75.000.000 euro in Belgium.
OMG. I have never had such a miserable experience returning something. The seller sent me the wrong item. I returned it. The seller got it. I received a partial refund. Wait what? Why not full refund? Why not shipping? Why not return shipping? I don't have the product. The seller made the mistake. I opened a dispute. They said it was closed and satisfied at partial refund, so I appealed. Months went by, so I followed up. There was no appeal record. Wait, What?! So I appealed again and the chat said she'd fix it, but gave no case number. Miserable Experience.
First buy second buy third buy might be ok, the more you buy on this side i think u will be addicted keep buying untill you get the worse items try again and it waste my time and my money. I will never buy products from China again. Write your review to help others learn about this online business
I have made purchases from Ali express before, although the wait times can be a little long, it is to be expected since most items are from overseas. This particular order process has been ridiculous! I made an order in late SEPTEMBER. I have not received the item and its JANUARY. WTH?! Between numerous emails with the seller, poor English language communication from Ali express customer service, I am living a refund nightmare. At this point, I give up, I just know to NEVER shop here again. How is it that a company is quick to take your money but not to give it back when a problem arises! BS!
This is the first time I ordered something through this website and to be honest it will be the last. I am very disappointed and upset. I order a dress for my sister's wedding and my dress never arrived.

Up until a few months ago, things were going well with aliexpress. I had the odd problem, and I filed a few disputes as needed. They always turned out favourably. Last few months, I've had to file several disputes. At least two, the seller never responded (during the dispute, or trying to resolve the problem prior to the dispute) and they ruled against me.
Next dispute: They want me to pay return shipping ($15) for an item that was $4, and functionally not as described.
Next dispute: Mobile phone; seller sent a different model than advertised, and it's locked with a pin. They want me to pay return shipping ($30+) to get a full refund.
At least one dispute did go well, and I was due a full refund. They refunded less than half the amount due. I had to waste a couple of hours with their useless "customer support" chat to get the rest of the money refunded.
Prior to a few months ago, I was overall happy with the site. Now, it's just a scam.
Terrible service. Unreliable. Do not ever buy anything from them. I've sent them all the proof that I've paid but they still insist I need to pay again. They are useless. See pics that confirms payment and their comment that I need to pay again.
All over we are happy with AliExpress, we do a lot of shopping in here.

Answer: I purchased 3 pair of van's brand shoes via different companies on aliexppress and all were true to size. The off brands are not, so you need larger than you wear. But, ask and ali will usually provide a size comparison chart for you to use.
