Claims process favours the seller. Bought two phones, one faulty and one never arrived. Contacted seller who said to send back, did not offer to pay postage and AliExpress released my payment to them. 2nd one cancelled as it had not been sent yet seller claims to have sent it yet it has not arrive 6 weeks early and again AliExpress sided with the seller. Used the live customer assistance and was told that my payments would not be released till problems resolved! Clearly this did not happen and the seller stopped responding as soon as his payment was received. If like me you live in the UK stick to Amazon and avoid AliExpress at all costs
I buy a chinese tablet pc from store name shenzhen Ele co.ltd but haven't recieved refund. I lost money 172 us. dollars. This site is no real buyer protection. It's only protect chinese seller. Not recommend to buy anything from this site because it's a chinese web site. FRAUD! Hit and RUN.!
I've purchased several things from AliEpress, i must say most 95% was junk, 5% was okay, not worth anything, waste of time. I purchased a drone, nothing expensive,$33 dollars, hoping to play with around the house, was suppose to have a 35 to 40 minute battery life, it came with 2 batterys both last fully charged about 7 minutes if you lucky. On top of that the drone no matter what i do will not fly straight and will sometimes just take off and the controls won't do anything to correct it. It took over 2 months to receive it, then when i files a complaint about the product, they offered me $1.13 refund and deal with it. I refused the refund and now they say they will do nothing, nor refund me. So if you decide to purchase from AliExpress don't say i didn't warn you, i will never buy from again.
This a front for scam vendors. They advertise for these vendors then they do not acknowledge any responsibility when their vendors do not deliver the product ordered. It only cost me $40; I'll chalk this up to education.
Hire unscrupulous delivery company in Mexico (QualityPost) for final delivery. They never deliver and when you file a complaint and ask for a refund because undelivered, they make your tracking number disappear and cancel all traces. Your purchase ends up in some Mexicans house or car and Aliexpress couldn't give a crap.
I have been buying from Alliexpress and was happy with their service but there are suppliers such as Night Princess 999 store. They are crooks who will take your money and never deliver your item. They don't even respond and Alliexpress will not help you once if dispute out of 15 days period. Sineborn store, Tian Yu store also have a bad service

The ONE time I asked for a refund for two computer mouses that arrived not working (both from same seller) they $#*!ed me around for a FULL three weeks and then refused my refund. What!?
Absolutely the worst customer service ever. Even if I had got the refund the time that I spent having to chase them to get an answer wouldn't have been worth it. Now to have wasted all the time and not got the refund... just ridiculous.

2 weeks ago, I posted herein that I was getting worried because the 17 days promised when I purchased 20 pieces of Toot Underwear on October 28,2015 already lapsed and I have yet to receive the items. On November 23 or Day 25th from the time of purchase, I got the package. I am relieved and may order again. I really think that it is usually the vendor who is causing the problem. Ali Express should check the suppliers they allow to sell through their site. I am happy that the vendor of the TOOT boxers is legit!
Ordered a product, product never arrived. Disputed it with Aliexpress, they routinely denied my claim and asked me to prove that it had never arrived. How is the onus on me to prove it never arrived, and not them to prove that it did!? Absolute piss off of an experience - all over an $8 product. Don't care about the cost but I do care about the lack of respect. Never doing business with this company again.
I am becoming more and more hesitant buying from Aliexpress. Some sellers are excellent and some not good as they rip you off, Also the wait is a long one with most of the companies. Yet a very few are very fast. With all the item I bought gave me a good list of good companies and I stick with them. So if you buy from Aliexpress be aware that you can be ripped off and no recourse regardless of what Aliexpress tell you.
I ordered a pair of name brand shoes that were supposed to be in purple and size 5 but instead received a pair that were obviously fake as they were too small for my size 5 feet and were marked on the sole as a size 8... to make matters worse they were white instead of purple. I tried to open a dispute and was declined and then ignored. Every time I have tried to go back to the website to check on the status of my dispute it immediately crashes. Money gone. Infuriated!
Never ever buy from this dodgy company, brought an iPhone doesn't work and cost $110 to return which is big risks to get a refund. Both my daughter and I bought from this company and lost money on dodgy phones. Worst company ever

I'm so disappointed with AliExpress. I have ordered about 30 items on 11.11, spend around 350$ but never received even half of them after 4 months of waiting. I have opened despites because protection plan was running out. And now they terminated my account, returned 0$ for all my request. The customer service not helping at all, said somebody will send me email with details of my termination but nobody contact me back.

I've used AliExpress often to get the same items I can get here in the states, but close to the price the department stores get them for as opposed to the crazy mark up prices. I've found that it depends on whome you buy from on whether you get what you paid for or not. I've had one item come without all the parts I ordered but over all I've had good experiences. The shipping is always very slow, sometimes it takes it takes a couple of months.
I bought a IPTV English language TV machine. Had no user manual and no instructions for install. I entered the username and password but made a mistake when inputting the password so cannot install the product. The agent Eva was unable to help me. She asked me to take a picture of my TV so that she could help me. I asked her to Skype me so I could show her my TV screen but would not. I have ordered from these people before although the shipping is long it still got here and the quality of the stacked sweatpants were not that good but eh i still wear it cause why not get my moneys worth. I found some great looking deals on women's wear and registered for the site. I wrote to vendors for more information about sizing and a couple of them answered me. HOWEVER, I could not find ANY information on the site about "duties, taxes, and fees" which I had to agree to pay if I made a purchase. Besides, the wording of their buyer agreements made me suspicious. I got messages from aliexpress in my email which offered a Customer Service link.
