This marketplace is amazing. I shop at AliExpress weekly. If there are ever any issues, the sellers are happy to resolve. In addition, AliExpress will step in to resolve if needed like eBay but I have never needed their assistance.
I order this to do not for the first time. But this time the screen didn't start. Gathered back on the broken screen-everything works. Assembled again on a new part - does not work. I didn't make the video, so I won't open a bet. The item is not tested before shipping.
Ordered some items of clothing as gifts for various people. Most arrived and I was happy with the products, however some didn't. First I was told that it had arrived and I asked for proof of delivery. Then I was told that it would arrive by a later date but it didn't. My case was reviewed with a no appeal finding that my rebate would be zero dollars!
I have decided to try AliExpress, it tells you how long to wait for what you buy. I am ordering in their doll section and have been nothing but pleased with the merchandise, how they are packed, and have even been given little doll gifts from the sellers. I continue to do business with them as they are cheaper than buying on Ebay or Etsy and you still have to wait the time. It's just cheaper to buy from AliExpress and they have more to choose from. I have not purchased from other departments... just the doll section.

As soon as I set up the account and try to make a purchase, problems. Account frozen. Chat over 20 times with Customer Service reps and the only solution is in 10 days someone will contact you via email to solve my problem.Its well over 2 months and no emails, no solutions. So now I'm trying to delete the account and now I'm unable to delete my aliexpress account. Ofcourse Customer Service rep says in 3 days they will send a code via email to delete the account, Still waiting... The only good thing I could say is good thing I didn't purchase anything because if it had a problem with the order, that would have been a nightmare. I'll stick with Amazon for my online shopping... In the meantime, I'll just report as spam so I wouldn't get anymore promotion emails from Aliexpress...

Informing me that producer of my desktop is not OK, and therefore they did not pay him my 50$, but they will send me my money back!

I ordered some items awhile ago and though I would not recommend buying anything expensive on there its a good place to get cheap items. Shipping is free and the items vary in quality. They do have honest customer reviews so you can always look up them and the seller ratings but I wouldnt spend anything more than 20 there... You just never know the quality and 10 or 20 wasted isnt a huge deal. Its always a gamble, but I have never had a problem with it. Just do your research and hope for the best.
I bought silver chain marked Sterling 925 and now find it is silver plate. AliExpress is no help in getting refund once you accept package. Seller had a good rating, but that did not mean much. Seller is now selling what I bought as plate and still marked 925. This is not legal in the USA. Seller was VYA Jewelry. Don't buy there!
I bought 12 items and only 1 came in and one still waiting on. So far they gave me a refund but to have 10 items never show bad bad business, i guess that is there busisness take your money for 3 months and refund you some money back,, never again poor shipping if they shippied?
I decided to trust Aliexpress and tried to make a $200 purchase but it said the payment failed. Then I got a message to appeal. I clicked on appeal and was asked to attach a picture of my ID and my card. There was no way I was going to do that so I closed the page. The next day I received an email to complete my purchase. I clicked on it, out of curiosity, and it took me to the payment page as if the day before never happened. This all screamed red flags to me so I will not be purchasing through Aliexpress.
Blacklist the sellers who do the wrong thing. Otherwise all good. Got my refund after not receiving the goods. I deal with the same sellers. If a new seller, I will test him/her out by buying a small product before buying larger quantiies.
Keeps accepting my card then the next day I get message saying payment not received. I've updated my info on air and ali no reason my card shouldn't work and I just placed an order on amazon just this site give me problems
I opened a new account. I used a fictious phone number. I can't log back in because of it and the customer service links, including chat and email do not work at all. No service whatsoever. So, I will just open another account... what a joke!
I had purchased online a tab from Ali Express. It arrived at PO. Before release by customs the IME# has to be registered in the central database of the communication ministry to make sure that it is unique. The IME# was already used by another device. The tab had an illegal IME#, and can not be used. So, the customs refused to release it. Whose fault it would be? Ali Express sided with the seller, and I lost the entire amount.
Decut makes really good finger tabs. This one is no exception from that. Sits really well in daughter hands, looks great and has good build quality. Only con is that it is made from cow leather not from hippo leather as I am used to :)

Item delivered and it is a completely different item then delivered, seller says "its ok, same thing, just different model (cheaper). Took over a month for aliexpress to return and refund me the money.
Another seller didnt send the order cause he was on holidays for a month. I said " just refund me mate, its going to take 4 months to deliver to me. He got upset, aliexpress had to refund me
Another seller said item delivered, so I checked the post and no item. I went to complain and you get a automotive response and you have to chase up with delivery company and find out what happened. Aliexpress doesnt want the responsibility.
I have never had more stress, more fake, no help just auto answers from aliexpress, HOW does this company still make money, when they do so many things wrong. How long does a buyer have to be patient?
This is the absolute worse experience I have had shopping online. It feels like I am dealing with an entity! Why does it seem impossible to reach someone? Money was taken from my account immediately!

I ordered a lot of merchandise from AliExpress. I received some of the merchandise but not all of it. When I contacted the company to get a refund, I never received it, credit or product. They made me provide bank statements and all kinds of personal information and still nothing. It also takes very long to receive the products. BEWARE.

Answer: I purchased 3 pair of van's brand shoes via different companies on aliexppress and all were true to size. The off brands are not, so you need larger than you wear. But, ask and ali will usually provide a size comparison chart for you to use.
