Do you screen the sellers/suppliers before allowing to be on your site? I bought a product from coco ku and it was a Samsung tablet. Firstly it did not work on arrival secondly it was a fake not a real Samsung with features advertised.
I made a purchase on aliexpress that I was displeased with. I gave a bad review on the site. I was immediately emailed by a worker. She begged me to change my review and began telling me that the workers "get in big trouble" when the customers are dissatisfied. She promised that I would get a full refund if I changed my review. Because I wanted my money back I changed it. Needless to say, I never heard from them again and I was past the 30 day period they give you to change your review back or make a complaint!
Bought a coat supposed to be a size 14 more like a size 10! Went to send it back because they wanted a tracking number it was going to cost £64.70 to send it back the coat was £40.00! Please don't attempt to purchase anything from them it'll be a big mistake!
Their clothing and nightclub fashion wear, and fetish fashion wear looks nothing like the pictures on aliexpress. It's pretty cheap to buy from them but clothes, fetish wear, shoes look tacky. And the sellers are not professional either. Just terrible attitude.
Connector broke inside. On first attempt to connect cable to device the connection broke inside. The cable that was used came with the camera. Seller blamed me for using to much force and using wrong cable before asking what happened or what the problem was.
Sent pictures and a video. AliExpress stayed on the side of the seller.
So never again this Store.
I purchased About 5 items from this app. I know With COVID things would take a long time to get here, I got half my order about 6 months late, and never received the other two items. I messaged the seller multiple times because it says it was delivered but I've called and called the post office, apartment office, everything. Either someone stole a package, or it was lost yet the seller says it was delivered correctly. Idk over all Id look for someone where else to order things
Aliexpress charged me $51.87 when I didn't purchase anything. The last time I purchase items was 2 months ago. I contacted them and they said they couldn't do anything and to contact my bank. I told them that my bank told me to contact AliExpress first. Then, AliExpress proceeded to tell me "there's nothing we can do, I hope you are not mad at me" so disrespectful and unprofessional. Ordered worx092L order #************** on 11/3/2023, but received worx092L.9 instead. The battery and the battery charger were not included. Asked for refund, seller asked me if I'm willing to accept the compensation. I clicked on Accept to get ready to talk about the details. But, the dispute case was just closed by AliExpress. I contacted AliExpress. AliExpress asked "The seller lied to you?" and they said that nothing AliExpress can do to help me. I must contact the seller to solve the issue myself. But, the seller stopped to respond to me. I lost some money, but AliExpress lost the customers forever
Placed an order and provided shipping and payment details. Was having order shipped to my son, who is currently in the hospital. Site continuously overwrote payment address with shipping address, even after several attempts and saving each time. Finally accepted, only to be cancelled later for "security reasons". Attempted to resolve with customer service over chat session, abandoned hope after 3.5 hours of frustration. THEN, site would not permit me to deactivate my account! STAY AWAY FROM ALIEXPRESS!
I I'm a hairstylist and purchase lots of virgin hair as well as styling tools from this site. I have never had a problem with the quality and I always receive my items in a timely manner. The key is watch the reviews I only purchased from vendors that have feedback with positive numbers and positive results if the vendor does not have feedback or if none of the reviews are from an American customer do not buy
Most items arrive in a while and as described. And considering the complexities of international shipping an item may not arrive and for the most part a refund is processed satisfactorily. However, from time to time the item does not arrive and the seller refuses to pay a refund, and Aliexpress will decide in favour of the seller despite their guarantee to pay. Don't spend money you can't afford to lose.

We are replacing 40 watt bulbs in our church with LED bulbs. A fixture has 5 bulbs, it has 200 watts. With the LED lamps, only a fraction of those watts and the bulbs last much longer. Some are 3 years old already.
This is grossly disappointing. Twice, I ordered three (3) different 1/64 scale wings for my project. Not only that I didn't get the three I had ordered, I was shipped one, the wrong one. I WILL not order anything from this company again.
This product was wonderful and the customer service was excellent. The shipping was very fast, Lucy was just awesome. I'm definitely going to order from this company again. I'm extremely happy with this whole entire experience.
I have only positive experience shopping on this site. I always receive what I ordered and the quality of products is always great. AliExpress choose only trustworthy sellers that is why I prefer this store over others. Keep up the great work AliExpress!
I just ordered some corporate gifts for my clients. I have received most of what I ordered and my satisfaction level is very low with the experience I had.
- Prices are not cheap and quality you get is not the best.
-Took forever to get the product
-Returning the product is either not possible or worth a hassle
-Shipment tracking is worst
My advice is not to buy anything from AliExpress.
Purchased product for $250 and the package arrived empty. The dispute process resulted in both the seller and aliexpress determining no refund with photo proof. So I'm out of pocket and with no product. Shop elsewhere!
AliExpress refused to send ordered items, demanded more money 200% for shipment after I placed and pay my order, refused to cancel my order, rejected to refund/ return funds.
I have to go true my bank to get my payment back.
My advice... stay away from AliExpress!
I had my fair share of not very good sellers but I usually got good ones. I do not buy clothes anymore from them because 1-the size are really not the same from here and 2-the quality is almost always not that good. I usually order for some jewels, little treats and such, pretty much basic stuff! The shipping is usually very long thought but I dont mind. I recommand but you might stumble apon a bad seller, do be careful.

Answer: I purchased 3 pair of van's brand shoes via different companies on aliexppress and all were true to size. The off brands are not, so you need larger than you wear. But, ask and ali will usually provide a size comparison chart for you to use.

Sellers asking for your your PayPal account to make a refund when they are suppose tp use Alipay. Clean up dishonest sellers like co-co fashion store. Answer: Do not buy from aliexpress the quality is terrible and lots of sellers never send the items. Also they sell counterfeit designs too which is illegal to purchase.
