Never order anything even if it's a few dollars less than Ebay as they are crooks. I bought 1 android tablet on June 27 and have not received it yet and the seller does not answer my email so I bought another one on Ebay last week and it is arrived in Canada this morning. I lost 107.00$ with Aliexpress and will never buy anything again as they do not accept Paypal anymore and never credit anything and their ESCOW customer protection only protects their sellers.
DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT order from this site! It's like a 20% chance your order will go through good. I ordered a overboard on Oct 21,2015 it came in on Nov 4,2015. Looked great at first but then the technical difficulties began. So I contacted the seller and they arranged for me to send the board off for repair. I sent it off on Nov 12,2015 and the repair company received it on Nov 17,2015. Since then, I have not heard from the seller. Aliexpress is horrible. They're not trying to help do anything about it. I don't even see anywhere on the site where I can contact Aliexpress, only the seller. Now the seller has deleted their page so basically I'm out of my $300+ I spent. Aliexpress does not care! They have it set up to where you can't even contact them! I wouldn't recommend my worst enemy to shop on Aliexpress! Choose Alibaba! Much better customer service and people who actually care about fulfilling customer needs!
We ordered two Zorb balls from an AliExpress seller in Hong Kong, for a total of more than $1,800. Both balls arrived with holes in them. The seller offered $100 instead of sending what we paid for. We opened a dispute with PayPal, but they said we had to mail the balls back on our dime for a full refund. The balls are 85 lbs each so it would have been $1,100 to mail them both back. We would have been out $1,100 for nothing. We are keeping the balls and will have to patch them. For over $900 per ball, I wouldn't have expected having to repair them right out of the box. Also, you can only open a dispute with AliExpress within 15 days or leave feedback within 30 days. They know their sellers are selling crap and they don't want people to warn others. So here's our warning: don't buy from AliExpress sellers. Especially not Top Inflatable_Zone Store.
I have ordered, a very cute sweater for my friend. Because it was her birthday. And I thought she would like it. I have wasted 35$ on that sweater. And I Checked the shipping, turns out it was shipped to somewhere else. In Maryland. When I live in New York. I contacted the seller. She swore it was delivered to me. It is not possible to turn off Russian one time and forgot about bad strange translations.

On 20th June 2023 I purchased a set of Chinese Textbooks advertised as:
"2021 Newest Hot HSK Standard Course."
What I got is the old textbooks printed in 2016, a set of which I have on my bookshelve. I paid $350.37 for these so-called "Newest" textbooks. I paid for them by PayPal. They were less than no help. So I cancelled my PayPal account.
This is very deceptive advertising that AliExpress.com should not permit on its platform.
There is nothing Newest and Hot about these textbooks. And why did the advertisement state the year as being 2021? That is the year the New HSK Textbooks were announced by the Ministry of Education.
AliExpress.com can keep my money. I now know they permit deceptive buyers to advertise on their platform
Horrible shipping service. Never received the product 3 months after placing the order. Not even money back on my order even after chatting 10hrs with their $#*!ty customer service. They never care about their customers. Never seen such bad customer service in my entire life! No product, no money back and they don't care about that.
Very often sellers send bad/defect items, and very often item is not as declared, but return back real garbage back and for at one's own expense shipping fee it is crazy! Who will to it?! So in this case you is a "lucky" owner of garbage!
Very short protection time - 15 days to check item, but if it is too many and if you have no free time this is unreal to check it all, especially if it is high-end technology device.
In any way site takes fee 3-7% from each paid item, so ALI is financial interested in do not moneyback
AliExpress has at least two US-based credit card charge processing centers. However, AliExpress processed some of my credit card charges in three foreign countries, China, Great Britain, and Luxembourg. My credit card company charged me extra foreign transaction fees, since AliExpress informed my credit card company that I used my credit card in those three foreign countries. The only communication channel is online chat with their customer service. When it happened the first time, they said it would be fixed. Happened multiple times again. Contacted with them. They said it would be fixed. However, it happened again. The third time, their online customer service basically disconnected online chat with me.
We placed 5 orders and none of them waz delivered. Buy tracking my orders it shows delivered. Opened a dispute and surprisengly they are asking me to provide a proof of not receiving the orders. I sent them show me anything that i have signed to prove i received the items but they closed my ticked saying dispute rejected!
My sincere advise is never pay this company or any unknown sites unless they deliver first.
I ordered a dress and a lot zumba pants from different sellers around the same time. The dress was a standard size 12. I received a dress that was not proportionate at all to the standard measurement. I filed a complaint and never received a resolution or an correspondence from Aliexpress. I requested a refund over a year ago and I'm still waiting for it.
I added a lot of 10 zumba pants, they sent me 6. Filed a complaint and still no resolve.
I ordered 3 items from them, I got the first one, but never received the other 2 items. I could not get them to understand what a "cluster" mailbox is so I got no refund on the items I didn't received. I opened a dispute, and they expected me to get all kinds of documentation from the mail service and to check with all of my neighbors to see if they received it. HA. I finally filed a dispute with my credit card company and had my money back within 24 hours, and my dispute is still open with these scam artists.

It was my first time ordering on AliExpress and there was a new users deal so I tried to place an order then they closed my order for "security" and they stole my money. I never got my money back either
Ordered from AliExpress and spent over $100. I live in a new build community so my address DO NOT show up on Google. I manually typed my address... I've been living here 8-months, but AliExpress changed what I put and sent it to another address that doesn't exist. They gave me 2-3 days to return the item that I never received! Clearly showing that it arrived at the Post Office.
I called the US Post Office who told me they returned it. AliExpress told me to get something from the USPS saying that... that's not how they operate. If it takes a month for me to receive the item, how does AliExpress expect to receive it back in 2-3 days. Straight Chinese RIP OFF! You take huge risks ordering from AliExpress, because they're in China and nobody wants to be ripped off. For me, I'm done! NEVER AGAIN!

It take ages for items to arrive (many times over two months), many purchases did not arrive, most of the sellers do not respond, you have no person or customer service to communicate with. The dispute process is long. In one case the dispute was approved, and i did not get the money back yet (40 days), in another case they did not accept my claim, although the item did not arrive. The process is not friendly, they sent me to check with my post office, did not notify me by email and allowed me 3 days to respond (not business days), and of course there is no address to respond to.
The few pennies that you may save do not wroth the waste of time and frustration
