I ordered a bluetooth speaker for $37.97 from their website on 03/11/19. I was supposed to receive my order by 03/18/19 but I did not receive it so I called them next day and asked for the status of my order, and they said it will take for 15 days to reach me. So I told them I want to cancel my order and I want my refund. They cancelled my order and asked me to call their refund helpline number i. E. *******320 for the refund. So when I called their number they asked me to follow lot of procedure and it took them around 10 days to refund my money. It's a complete headache.!
When I wrote the seller and said I had not received any item, the seller promised to send again. Consequently, the few weeks with buyer protection from Aliexpress expired. I never received any item - the seller got my money - and both AliExpress and the seller refuse to do anything about it.
I m an experienced buyer on ali express. I m happy as long as i receive what i buy. But this is very hazardous. Dec 2022 i carefully selected a label maker at HoHou Store. It said 10 days delivery guaranteed. I took holidays to be sure i would receive it. After 10 days i receive: wrong address. I wasn't available any more to help the deliver guy. I never received item. I ve sent photo of the "wrong address" to Ali Express. They refuse refund...nice! Alix express is fun...when they deliver!
If I could give this app a 0 out of 5 I would this is the worst app ever we ordered a package about 2 months ago and it never came the first time it was sent the seller never put a door number on it so it was sent back then when they sent it again it never arrived and because the seller didn't update the website it didn't show we didn't get it and we told Ali express about this because the reference number the seller gave us was non-existent and they said there was no proof we didn't get it so the seller was gonna get all our money that's 70 pounds gone for something we never got. Whatever you do don't order from this website worst experience ever.
Well... as long as purchase something cheap and simple - it is OK. I bought HUAWEI MatePad Paper 10.3 inch Ink Screen, $570.00. Paid express DHL, needed to send 2 email to the seller to finally ship it out. So, they shipped USED item, not sealed box, protected with password, with set Chinese language. Locked device, totally worthless. Seller denied get it back. Case opened with Alixepress - DENIED, they protect scam seller, not buyer. Case opened with with paypal - AliPay finally agreed to refund if... I ship it back at my cost. Paid $130 for the UPS out of my pocket. Still waiting for refund, not sure if ever get my money back. So, this is the way how AliExpress works - ZERO protection for buyers. So, keep in mind that once buying electronics, some sellers are just scammers and you may just lost your money.
I don't really understand all the bad reviews here. The things you order are very very cheap so you can't expect to be top quality. Even if it is, the price of the item is often so low that I'm not that much sorry for the money if anything isn't as it looked on the photo.
It's true that returns are a nightmare (tried it once and it was enough for me) - you just have to accept the fact that if they send you something bad, there's no way back. The shipping cost to send it back to them could be higher than the value of the product itself anyway so I guess it doesn't pay off to return stuff.
I don't buy things that I know there's no way the quality could be good (like laptops) so I mostly buy only clothes - fashion and I've tried to order few USBs too - they work, but they're really, really slow - 8GB capacity.

I thought I had found a decent eBay alternative, but as time went by, I experienced one seller after another that did not send me the product as they had described it. I managed to get a few refunds on some minor products that weren't delivered, but when it comes to trying to get a refund on a product that wasn't as described, good luck. Many of the sellers on AliExpress or taking advantage of the lack of good buyer protection. One example, I ordered two pillows that are supposed to be 100% down filled, but I get 100% feather-filled instead. I could have plucked my own chickens for those pillows. I have had some relatively good success on some more pricey items and to be fair it's not all bad. Unfortunately, as time goes by AliExpress will lose its reputation for a reliable and trustworthy website to purchase from.
I ordered 7 items I ordered them 3 sizes larger than I normally would because of the reviews. I used a prepaid card to be safe. I item was not delivered and was not refunded as I requested of them. 5 items where 1 to 3 sizes to small for me, 1 was to big but remember I ordered 3 sizes larger anyway, The shipping time was not bad and the products are really cute. Just not worth wasting money on this company, to bad they have cute fashions and the people I gave them to really liked them. Now they keep emailing me to change my review and give them more stars. I think I will have to block them because it has been over a month and they just won't stop emailing me they say they will refund part of my money if I will first give them more stars.
Your money is safe buying from aliexpress safest online always changing for the better, as i bought frequently from this site i learned that even if the seller isn t honest it dosent matter as aliexpress will always be.
I am very happy with purchasing from aliexpress. All of my order have been recieven except for 1 for which the seller contacted me several times to ensure me that everything will be fine. I've ordered very cheap things and all of them came. I've ordered tablet for 100 usd and wasn't happy with product so the seller offer a refund and paid my shipping for the return. I feel secure for I can always contact and report aliexpress. I advise u that u read comments and seller rating. Sellers are different and you can always end up with someone that is a fraud. There are good sellers though. I will continue to purchase from them but carry fully of course
Just updating everyone that despite my review outlining my frustration with the company, they have still not reached out to resolve my issue. - Like I said, they couldn't care less about their customers, they just care about selling shoes, after that, you're on your own.
Ordered a dress since February and have yet to receive it. I contacted the seller who promise to refund my money but haven't seen any refund till date and no dress. I think the lure you into their site by sending your frist order, anything after ths is a scam, all they are looking for then is for you to come back order and they steal your money. GOD forbid if you ever have to file for a refund or have a complaint about a seller or need to dispute your order. You can not talk to a real person. You can only email and they do not respond. The still have not paid me back for 3 of my items.
Days and days, hours and hours of trying to get my issue resolved. The package arrived and did not match the product description. No customer service, except a "chat" feature, where you "chat" with someone who doesn't really understand the problem and has no ability to solve it. Very scam-like. To get a refund, I have to pay to ship it back to China, and then wait for the already suspiciously dishonest seller to maybe process the refund. Do not do business with this website; choose a source that can handle issues in a responsible, honest, direct, clear manner (you cannot get this from this website retailer).

The item that I order was not the color that I had ordered and my item arrived broken. I contacted the seller and all she offered was a $10 coupon to buy another item from them. Why would I want a $10 coupon, I would never buy from anyone on this website again. I asked for a full refund and was told that I would have to pay the shipping fees back to China. I don't want to lose any more money. I am now stuck with a broken useless item and out of the $20.52 that I paid. I am so upset that they took advantage of me and stole my money.
This is a great website and online store for elevator shoes for men. I went on this site with my boyfriend to help him find a pair. We decided he should get a pair since I am always taller than him when I wear high heels. Now I can wear heels and we are the same height!
Overall we found the site easy to use and navigate, and the shoes arrived quickly and in good condition. We were satisfied with the fast service, and the with the quality of the shoes as well. My boyfriend loves wearing his new elevator shoes when we go out together.
