I provided lengthy description and pictures of the defective merchandise I received. Aliexpress never asked for a video or provided a way to do so (I provided many pictures and lengthy description) and essentially made up a reason to throw out my claim without the possibility of appeal for the purpose of stealing my money. Beware and stick to eBay or Amazon that are reputable I am almost finished with aliexpress due to the high volume of purchases I make inevitably run into problems with dishonest sellers and need a secure reliable recourse.

I've had many good purchases from Aliexpress, but whenever anything went wrong they handled it so badly that I no longer feel safe to buy from them any more. I've received broken items they wouldn't refund me for, and once I never received an item that they refused to refund me for.

Sellers are very unprofessional and sneaky. The quality and size you get is different from the pictures they post. Customer service from the sellers and from the website is horrible. I ordered 7 items, only one of them was a decent condition. I contacted the sellers and the website customer service and they took so long and didn't refund any money at the end. Save your money and buy from Marshal or Ross instead.

If you buy a scamlike product they will not refund you, you will have to pay for shipping all the way back to china. Its better to spend a bit extra on sites that look out for their customers more like amazon.

STAY AWAY! Don't let the low prices suck you in. The order goes through like lightning then you grow old waiting for the item to arrive. If there's a problem with the item, it costs more than the item costs to return it. If the merchant agrees to a refund, good luck because you probably won't ever see it.

No problems for me

I ordered about 25 small items from this site. I received every single one of them within 2-6 weeks, which I think is great since it came from China to Canada, not to mention shipping was free. Pricing was low and I was satisfied with all but one of the products. The only problem I had was with a counterfeit north face coat. I filed a complaint on the site and they responded promptly, saying they would contact the seller and ask for their certificate of authenticity, and the seller had a time frame to provide it. They contacted me after that time frame saying the seller couldn't prove authenticity and refunded me entirely, I didn't even have to return the coat. All in all I had a great experience, but ordering from a discount site like aliexpress is always a risk. You win some and you lose some, but I had absolutely no problems with customer service and was satisfied, would definitly place another order.

They are scam

They are scam. Most of the products in their webpage is not viewed with the actual price but lower, just to fool you to order the product an there is no way to cancel the order once you learn the real price and all the exact info.
My opinion do not order anything from them, unless you want to give some donation to them poor Chinese people

Amazing catalog of things, all way under the US market price, but if you like fast shipping or impeccable customer service like Amazon stay away from it but if you like cheap prices and a lot of choices, this is your place.

I purchased a product after 2 months of waiting I made a complaint. Ali express asked that i wait 10 days. I waited the 10 days and still nothing, opened a dispute, and was asked to wait another 10 days. This went on for over a month and still nothing. I sent emails and complaints, and guess what they did to fix the situation with the seller, they closed my account, and no refund, no product, they are nothing but thieves.

Bait and switch

I bought a drone and this company did a bait and switch. I never got my money back although they said they would refund me. They used DJI drones for advertising but sent a cheap small plastic drone. It was horrible. This was a complete bait and switch

Big Time SCAM!

Ordered inflatable Kayak because it was alot less than on Amazon. Big mistake. The fedex tracker says it was delivered yet fedex says order does not match up with me. They did not even have my address on order. They just take your money and did not even attempt to actually send me the product. I hope my bank will reimburse me because I am sure they are not. I wish I had read these reviews before I threw my money away. I guess it is legal to scam people in China. They would be shut down in the U.S.

Not reliable at all

Recently, I shopped on Aliexpress. Most of their products are made of cheap materials and poor quality. I liked their "Choice Plus" option that comes with free shipping and free return no questions asked. That is what they said but it was not true. When I needed to return the items due to the poor qualities, they asked for reasons, photos and never provided free return. In stead, they asked me to pay for the return shippings. Scammer! I will not shop and trust Aliexpress again! Don't waste money and time!

They just like scammers use online shopping to take peoples money away. Ordered some stuff on the same day and they came in one day but different times like I need to stay at home just waiting for my next delivery! Also each package need to be pay cash 30$HKD when your stuff arrives, and I ordered 5 things that will comes not the same day. It doesnt work for me and I dont like the way they do business.

Lies and BEWARE!

I purchased two coats from Vogue Sky store. My size was - and is - a medium. I followed instructions for measurements and ordered UP 4 sizes. The coats were too small and had NO size tag to verify my complaint. I was told I could return the coats - but suddenly Vogue Sky "disappeared" for over a week. The dispute process was a joke! NEVER EVER again!
