HORRIBLE $#*!ING WEBSITE! They basically stole $200 from me and did nothing to help my situation even though me and the seller had come to a solution. I left over 8 emails and noone responded to help and the stupid robotic help center is $#*!ing useless... horrible website! Stick to Amazon.com dont wast your time. Money or patience dealing with this stupid $#*! website.
The website obviously have strict guidelines for the sellers and with the huge competition i can say that all the sellers i bought products from are trustworthy, if you are looking for high quality products you can find it their also.

I ordered an item in November (it was a Christmas present) still have not received it. When I tried to put in a dispute just kept push back that it will be shipped. Why does your website says it is already delivered when in fact I haven't received it yet? I mean seriously? You should be true to your words if It has been delivered then it should be but why is it labeled already delivered when I myself didn't received it as of now. I have ordered stainless steel jewelry from aliexpress from five different vendors. Some items take a month or more to arrive and some have arrived in less than two weeks. Two sites that have sent exceptional quality are "Evorte" and "Youze" Jewelry. I agree, you definitely want to check the seller rating. I ordered only $100 worth the first time, but have increased my orders after I see the quality of the products.
Didnt mind when it took a long time to arrive but the item was extremely small and wasn't sized properly plus there was no paperwork in the bag and the dress wasn't even wrapped just crushed in, trying to return was a nightmare with the site not accepting my submit entry so I ended up keeping.
Chat with their customer service dozen times asking to resolve problem with seller, they promise to help ask me to wait... few days. Few days later nothing solve... then chat with them again also blank promise will help ended up chat with them for more than a month nothing resolve and nothing... all nothing... so don't buy again from this website... more over most of the product picture not even the actual product... nice picture but not their actual product... most look alike only... No, they are a bunch of scammers that should not be allowed to do business! They ripped me off and their supposed customer service number does not even work, it is a fake number that is supposedly in Delaware however it is a California number!

Placed an order for a wristwatch back in January this year and because of the pandemic took time to arrive. However, it was worth the wait, the product was just as it was in the photos on the website.
I ordered a D XD 310D PUMP through AliExpress. When ordering I had no idea which outfit specifically would ship my item. I ordered and paid in full on July 1,2019. I received a tracking number on July 10,2019 (the item was guaranteed to ship in under 8 days but hey, close enough) the tracking number showed slow progress and promised delivery July 15th. Oh wait. NOT AT ALL that package was not for me, nor addressed to me nor even coming to my state! Instead I went to the post office to pick up my item and was told that the item was delivered in Arizona. Forget talking to anyone. No live chat, no response from the seller just a bar graph that says my item has left the shipper. Big deal... tells me NOTHING. Be aware after they waste 30 days you can't dispute for a refund. They started out good some years back, but now they're just lying and stealing in my opinion.
Terrible customer service even when I showed proof seller canceled the order, I still couldn't get this company to return my $698.00.
The seller and Aliexpress said at least 90 Days to receive if I received my refund at all. Unbelievable!

I've always recited my items in about 3 weeks. Ask the seller plenty of questions and for photos. Read the sellers feedback rations. And relies you're buying knockoffs and you get what you pay for but the quality of the products I've ordered have been pretty good.
