I raised a dispute and was call a cheater in his very bad English. I had bought stuff from you but have never be treated in such a manner. Henceforth I will not venture to get anything from you as you DO NOT wet your suppliers and I do not want a refund let your seller become rich and you can share the spoils, But you have lost a customer. Plus spoiling the reputation of China.

Need improvement as far as customer support refers. Sometimes it feels that I don't get the support as fast as I want to. Or I used to. I expend quite a bit of money on aliexpress and when I have. A problem with a purchase or vendor it seems you always take the side of the vendors and I have to fight my way to get your trust. I purchased a product and paid more because it was to ship from the US guaranteed to arrive within 10 days. 16 days later and within the buyer protection timeframe I filed a claim because I had not received the product. 18 days after my claim was filed, a refund is still being denied and AliExpress customer services has informed me that the Seller is the one that has to authorized the refund. Basically, the Buyer Protection means nothing.

I have been buying from aliexpress for many years and have been well satisfied with their clothes but you must be careful about the size difference between American Asian sizes. Asian sizes are one and sometimes two sizes smaller than American sizes.

I have used Aliexpress several times. Sometimes it has been OK but three times it has been totally useless. Each time it failed I swore I would never use them again. This is definitely the last time.
The first time the supplier sent the item via Europe even though I was near China living in Thailand at the time. The result was it took 6 weeks to arrive. The phone did not work properly and I tried many times to communicate with the supplier but they failed to get back to me
The next time the item was faulty also and I claimed a refund, but the Aliexpress system just said the dispute had been settled when I had done nothing of the sort so I never got my refund
This time I paid extra to get priority shipment but the item never arrived and the tracking shows that it has been despatched but never left China. I have opened a dispute but I have no confidence that I will get a refund.
If you use Aliexpress it is very risky I advise against it

Never received my order - they wanted ME to prove I never got the order - seller said the parcel was signed for so why don't they show me the signature. I can't prove I didn't get it so I don't get my refund.

AliExpress sent an item to an identical street address in a different city. Understandable mistake. But when I asked for a refund, they asked me to prove the item got there. They refused the refund unless I could get a letter from USPS proving I didn't live there, that the item had been delivered to that city and not mine (They claimed tracking numbers weren't enough) and frequently wrote back "Prove it" when I contacted customer service about the item not being delivered. They demanded "photos" of the missing items in order to submit a claim. Their respondes were automated and copy/pasted. Even after they acknowledged it was the wrong address, they asked if I could have "family memebers" try to get it for me, or have USPS "pick it up" from a city 6 hours away instead of refunded an $11 item. I would not trust them in future based upon that poor service.
I ordered Christian Louboutin boots and recieved counterfeit goods. They were not genuine leather/suede and the did not match the picture on the wrbsite. Also there was no stamp stating genuine leather/suede. Seller will not refund my money and AliExpress wont return my emails. I have opened up dispute with credit card company to get my money back. Do not buy from this site.

Bought a phone on Aliexpress.The camera or video did not work. They sent me instructions on how to solve this but this did not work either. They wont even reply to emails.So if you want a Smartphone with no camera or video go to Aliexpress.
