Scam

A lot of scam sellers. And the site encourages their activities. When the wrong product is sent, which is described by the seller on the page or the product is defective, the customer protection service should help return the money.

Scam

I placed an order and did not received it for over 2 months. I reached out to customer service and was told to reach out to the seller. I was told if the seller did not resolve the issue in 72 hours that AliExpress would step in and intervene. Well, the seller of course did not answer, so I reached out to customer service again. I was then told I would be emailed a refund request. I received the email hours later, and the request was rejected and I was told to AGAIN reach out to the seller. I reached out to customer service AGAIN and they didn't even listen to my issue and I was sent repeated automated messages. This website is a total scam. Do not buy anything! Luckily it was only a $3 order, but still. Do not order anything from this site no matter how cheap and promising it may seem! It's all a scam.

There is no possibility in case of bad faith of the seller to contact the site administration. If the seller asks to wait longer than the deadline for the transaction, it is impossible to get your money back!

We ordered face masks over 3 months ago, our account with them shows them as delivered, which never happened, we placed a dispute and nothing, we tried to contact someone to return our money, still nothing!, no customer service, no email answer, no nothing!

Misled

I ordered something I loved. However, when I checked the tracking, it said I owed charges for ups delivery. #1 When I ordered, I did not choose this shipping. #2 If I would have known the time I was making the order, I would not have ordered. Aliexpress should mention these charges when one is ordering, not suprise the customer after they ordered. Aliexpress should pay these surprises. Very disappointing. Will not order from them anymore. If the price is X, it should remain that price, not increase. You lose credibility that way.

Watch your dealers

I have had several orders that came through some in a timely fashion and some not so much. I have had my debit card hacked twice. The first time I thought it was a fluke but to have it happen twice. Coincidence I don't think so. Twice. I don't believe in coincidences. I would love to give it a zero but I can't!

I was scammed
September 30, 2020

I ordered an item from AliExpress that was listed for $24.20. Seller charged $3.00 for shipping charges. I did not know that the seller was based in Chengdu, China. My item arrived after 71 days. When I opened the package my item did not resemble what I ordered. I emailed the seller but he never responded. I filed a claim with "customer service" and I got the same run-around that many other customers received.

After filing multiple claims, AliExpress responded by telling me that the seller is no longer listed on the website. They asked me to file a claim with the Chengdu Police Department. What a crock of $#*!.

FXXK China and FXXK Ali-Express. Learned my lesson!

I've never ever ordered anything from AliExpress but I was able to take $1000 from my bank account you $#*!ing thieves. There's no way to call him and no way to dispute the transaction

Overall quite good

I have been buying from AliExpress for around 5yrs and out of over 200items bought I've had 3 bad experiences. I recommend that when you are looking at items on this site that you check the ratings of each store and even if the ratings are quite good I would make a very small purchase initially to check out the quality, customer service and shipping speed time. When you purchase online with any store you are always taking a risk so I would keep the amount you spend always within your budget and thoroughly check the stores ratings

Avoid this dishonest seller who never respond to messages. The id of the shop on Aliexpress is ******* (Go Better Life) and we shall soon open a dispute to get our money before deadline protection.
So far, we have received nothing about the order, yet the tracking information indicates: 2016-04-20 4:44:53 Your parcel is right now Delivering
MTY also is a fake in our opinion

Worst experience ever
April 12, 2015

This was by far the worst shopping experience I have been apart of. Firstly, the supplier never returned any of my emails. The transaction went through perfectly, however; discussing my product wasn't in his agenda. The worst part of it all, was the attempt to get my refund. I had to go through every single representative of the company and still have yet to see my money returned.

Your money is safe with us it says when you file a complaint. Indeed it is 'WITH US' is the word they said order was in transit so remove complaint. I did this thinking it would arrive. It never arrived and once 15 days has passed it is too late to file complaint, very nice indeed. Lots of promises about delivery to no avail. 97 days later and many promises £600 and no refund. ONLY one thing to say DO NOT TOUCH ALIEXPRESS.

Sent ALOT of Fake seeds

I have ordered seeds. They would show pictures on some sites of the right seeds. But they didn't send those seeds. I do not know what they sent. If you are a serious gardner do not buy from them. I will buy from EBAY. Except their stores from China will not.

Aliexpress is a scam

Aliexpress is a scam you order an item then they send you the wrong tracking information and your order get send to the wrong country and if you ask the seller they respond. Wait your order is on the way. After i have received a screen shot from the seller about shipping information i have told the seller look at the country you have send the order. Now the seller want 275usd extra for shipping.
And then you have to wait 10 days for your refund

Stay away from this site. Complete rip off. I made 2 purchases. Both were appalling. Cheap, Chinese rubbish. Tried to contact seller on both occasions. No response at all. Tried to open dispute. No response at all.
