I've order from other sites and was very disappointed. For one I paid at least 2x more for the item and there would be defects. So far i have bought over 60 different items ranging from toys, clothing, accessories, electronics, houseware, and more. Some disappointments but in general very happy with all my products. If there was a problem I would put in a dispute and always get my money back. At one point one of the suppliers was in question for not actually supplying the product and only receiving payments for items. But aliexpress themselves sent me a refund. You have to remember, you get what you pay for. I always get free shipping item and i check the review on the items before i buy. Some take pretty long to arrive but well worth the wait.

I have placed three orders with Ali-express with three different sellers. I limited the orders to the smallest amount I could get free shipping on.
All three lots of items that I have received have been great for the price that I have paid for them. Although I will be even more cautious now that I have seen some of the terrible reviews I will defiantly buy again from the sellers that I have dealt with so far. They have been delivered well within the expected time, packed really well and really cheap for what I got

Took my money for a battery charger did not send confirmation email ignored me in chat ignored me on the phone... now I have to dispute the charge... AliExpress is in the refund business and the return business... they are not retailers they are not into sales

I have purchased a couple of custom made dresses, a few years ago and they were great. Recently, every order that I have made was not good. I ordered 2 dresses from 2 different sellers. One dress was 'red' and arrived orange. The dress part was sewn into the waistband. The other dress was dress was not sewn correctly. Neither dress was usable. My last 2 orders this month were thread. The first order was supposed to be 5 cones of multi-colored thread. The package contained 4 multi-colored cones and one yellow cone. The label on the cone is not even the same. How does that happen? The second order of thread was supposed to be 40/2 thread, which is a thicker serger thread than the 'Joann' thread. It is not the better quality thread, it is not even as thick or durable as the cheaper serger thread. Buyer Beware!

I made the mistake of buying a spare battery for my ebike on Aliexpress. They sent me the wrong battery which would not fit my bike ($345). They would not send me the right one even though they had them in stock. Aliexpress buyer protection was a joke. They gave me 500 characters to state my case. I couldn' t talk to a human being. They ruled against me, the seller kept my $300 and I threw the battery away because it was useless. Aliexpress only cares about the sellers. Buyers beware!

First off, that website needs to be updated, and with the money you're scamming off of me, I'm sure you can pay someone. They took the money from me in early June telling me that it is gonna come in the following week. It's been three weeks and I asked the lady why it isn't coming and she said the payment didn't go through. I later check the website and it says that because I USED the coupon THEY gave me that I violated something. This website is just a big NO. I rather buy from Amazon at the more expensive price.

Ali Express is a rip-off... just posting about Ali Express hoping that no one else has to go through what I have had to... going viral with the horrible and fraudulent encounter that I have had with Ali Express.

I ordered tactical pants from the MAGE KNIGHT Official Store. The order was received very quickly. I was very pleased to receive a message from Jane (this is the seller) that my order is in my post office. I called and it was confirmed. The parcel is Packed very carefully and securely. Pants were exactly as I imagined them in my imagination, read the description on the website of the store. But the best part is my size is 100%, even in small things.
