Order received not as described. Seller refused to do anything. So is AliExpress after a long and tedious process. I suspect AliExpress did not really do anything other than using the delay technique and eventually you had to give up
Do not buy anything from this site, they are a scam and you will loose your money. Be warned. Fortunately I only wasted 20 euros, could have been a lot more. I wish I would have checked this site first.
It is a bottle opener for the lazy and those that don't want the effort of opening a wine bottle the old fashioned way. I ordered the grey metallic version. Proper and secured packaging. Haven't tested it yet but feels solid. Recommend Rechargeable batteries as well as the seller

I never received the smartphone, but I asked to return my money, but they refuse to return it.
They do not deliver the product, keep the money and simply ignore all messages sent, in addition to attempts to solve this problem.

Only purchased through AliExpress once. Did not receive what I paid for. I ordered an item in Brown and received one in Silver. Even though I submitted pictures, the seller insisted it was Brown. Had to initiate a dispute with AliExpress and although it was determined the item I received did not match what I purchased, I was still held responsible for the majority of the cost, not the seller. It was insulting that I was offered a $3 refund after paying over $20. In fact the seller, who was extremely rude and threatened me, received almost all of what I initially paid. Then when I tried leaving feedback on the seller's site so others would be aware, AliExpress never posted my feedback. In all my years and thousands of purchases online, I have never experienced a worse online buying experience or worse customer service. I would never risk buying through AliExpress again as their priority is clearly protecting their own sellers and not the customer!
The product never arrived. I was cheated on my $$. Tried to contact customer support to get the promised "Buyer Protection" only to be told that I don't have enough evidence to support my claim. They offered me to contact local law enforcement but how was I to do that with CHINA? Forget it, lost money is not worth my time.
They are crooks. I ordered 2 GPU`s from a supplier and the products have not been shipped. The supplier gave me a tracking number for a package sent to Spain and I am from Romania. I asked Aliexpress to return my money and first time they approved my full refund. After a month they changed from full refund to partial refund and took $ 70 out of a total of $ 340. AliExpress customer service is awful. I paid money and didn't receive purchased items. AliExpress suggested me to chase Canada post, sender and vender to figure out where my purchased items are and they refused to refund me. They know it's impossible to globally search the whereabouts of my bought items. My suggestions: do not buy anything from them. If you want to take a risk -- never buy things above 10 dollars from AliExpress, prepare your purchased items with low quality never show up and then have to let it go. They are a group of scammers.
I dont know Y I'm giving even one star for this site. Possible chance of fraudulent activities. Two days back I have ordered a phone and after completing my transaction my money is gone and they send me a mail stating that they canceled it due to security reasons. I have claimed a refund request but I dont know what will happen

Answer: I purchased 3 pair of van's brand shoes via different companies on aliexppress and all were true to size. The off brands are not, so you need larger than you wear. But, ask and ali will usually provide a size comparison chart for you to use.

Sellers asking for your your PayPal account to make a refund when they are suppose tp use Alipay. Clean up dishonest sellers like co-co fashion store.
