Absolute worst customer service. They lie & steal your money. You can provide all the proof in the world that you should get your money back (which I cant believe you even have to do in the 1st place!) and you STILL wont get your money back. Dont waste your time, I know things are cheap but there is a reason for that.
Why when mentioned free shipping on the purchased item, I have to pay for delivery? Where is your credibility?

I have bought for around 300 $ items from this store, and the owner sent half of the items and stole the rest of my money and refused to refund me the money.
I added very bad reviews but he deleted all the pages with bad reviews and he re added same items with no people review so he will be able to steel people s money all over again.
Too bad #aliexpress customer support they refused to refund me, even though i have sent them the bad conversation with the supplier, the bill that i received through the post that shows that i have received 9 items, while i ordered 15.
I talked to them more than 10 times, and every time they say no refund.
So, i believe nowadays aliexpress is not dealing properly with fraud suppliers. Which make their customer service very bad and bunch of liars.
Somehow this company charged my card 4 times today! Called company only got voice mail. Left message with number and SHOCK no return call. Called Bank reported the fraud as I have never ordered from this company and would never order from China!
Hi, I have very bad experience w. R. t. Customer service of aliexpress and also seller. Sellers ship the product even after cancellation request and customer support of aliexpress keeps saying they are on customer side and don't do anything. Deceiving and bad platform for customers.
Everything I have ordered had been late then they don not give me my money back and send the item again so that is 4 months total. You click open dispute when you have a few days to get your money back and a lot of the time i click it and it does nothing more then one occasion loosing my money. I have had to many problems loosing money aliexpress never does anything.
Though we had a problem with the product, and the seller didn't want to give us a refund, aliexpress stepped in when we filed a dispute and returned out money. The process was a bit confusing and overly burdensome, but overall we were happy with a very effective dispute process. There are so many sellers on aliexpress I can't speak to them, but the company itself served us well.
I bought a couple items in all express but omg forget about it,,, this is what sellers do. They post an item,, after they make sale,, they collect the money erase their sellers account and that's it. You lost all you r money
I ordered 4 key holders each for 3 $ dollar, although I ordered it one week before the end of November.

Sellers asking for your your PayPal account to make a refund when they are suppose tp use Alipay. Clean up dishonest sellers like co-co fashion store.
