I'm using AliExpress for more than 3 years now. Always happy as long as I'm not in hurry. Over these years I had only two issue one with broken item (replaced) and one never arrived (refunded). Overall very happy customer, and i will keep using them.
Everyone is complaining about the website but it's the SELLERS that are the problem. I ordered a few things, I received everything (granted it did take three weeks, but shipping is FREE!) and everything was perfect quality and exactly as pictured. The website actually has a page with advice to help people avoid scams because they know it will happen but it's not the site's fault.
And to everyone complaining about clothes (so many), again, you are not buying from the site you are buying from an individual who probably bought those clothes themselves, in a different country. Do you really expect that sizing won't run differently, or that they might not use the same material that you're used to? Think about your purchases before you buy things.
All of this could happen on Ebay, too. It's not a scam at all.
I wouldn't buy clothes or electronics but almost anything else I would definitely buy from this site.
Absolute disgrace. Ordered a cellphone from them, it arrived broken, they ignored all refund requests and simply continued dodging the question.

I bought items they charged me twice the amount and one item i canceled few days later they reimbursed $5 less i don't get them. It happened to me many times.the companies i ordered from had a high rating of 96%. When i open dispute it takes for ever to resolve it but i still don't
Get the full amount back even you cancel the next day. They are so cheap they want to hold on every dollar they get. I put a bad review on one seller it doesn't show up or bring the rating down. As far as i am considering they are scam.
They sold me a broken MP3 player and did not return the money and wanted me to prove to them through a video how this MP3 player does not produce music through the headphone, a lot of work for 10 dollars.

I didn't receive my order even after six months have passed. I have requested for a refund, no answer. Cheaters, do not buy any thing using Aliexpress, you will lose your money for sure. If you want to lose your money, go ahead.
I think that you are real professionals. From my point of view, the only problem you have is the translation of product descriptions. Most of the products' descriptions are very poorly translated from English to Polish and other languages. It causes big hesitations in customers whether to purchase the product. Maybe you can find somebody to correct the translations. It would help you a lot.
More than 10 years using the site. Even when there were some problems and I did not receive the goods or the goods were not of high quality, I always received money back.
Delivery over time is getting faster. I fully recommend AliExpress!
When the wrong product size arrived I immediately started a return and refund process. I paid to return the product myself and have proof of delivery yet the seller won't refund my money. Aliexpress Customer Service has been worthless in assisting with this process. Buyers Beware!
Just when you started like you have hid a jackpot, think again! Maybe you've just found a fake copy! Let alone that their customer service sucks!
After dozens of purchases (some received after a lot of trouble) I figured out that they are just a big umbrella to sell for a bunch of fraud and fake sellers and then cover up for them!

Answer: I purchased 3 pair of van's brand shoes via different companies on aliexppress and all were true to size. The off brands are not, so you need larger than you wear. But, ask and ali will usually provide a size comparison chart for you to use.

Sellers asking for your your PayPal account to make a refund when they are suppose tp use Alipay. Clean up dishonest sellers like co-co fashion store. I have ordered tother items thru Aliexpress without a problem but you should get rid of the bad ones. I am reluctant to use Aliexpress again after this bad experience.

Answer: Do not buy from aliexpress the quality is terrible and lots of sellers never send the items. Also they sell counterfeit designs too which is illegal to purchase.
