Taking seller side in dispute. Take very long time to settle and refund. Sellers are not honest beware of the vendor cheating on shipping method they will not give you tracking number eventhough they list shipping method with tracking available and higher price than other listing with none tracking shipping method and you can not open dispute in this case very frusitating
I placed 2 orders at the same time on Aliexpress website thinking they have great deals there. 1 order never arrived after waiting past 60 days and constant promises from the Seller. The 2nd order was the wrong item and their response to my complaint was that if I received the package, then I'm owed $0 refund. I disputed that and clearly stated that I ordered brushes but did NOT receive brushes. If you end up with scammer Seller, you will be out of luck because Aliexpress will side with the Seller. There's no real "Buyer Guarantee". Please look up Aliepress on the BBB website, you will find that all of their reviews tell similar outcome as mine if you end up with a bad Seller.
We have our own trade website here in New Zealand, but half of the vendors are selling stuff they bought from Aliexpress, albeit with a 400% mark up for profit. I go straight to Aliexpress and have bought anything from light bulbs, to motors, batteries, 3D printers, cameras, HUNDREDS of things. I'm hooked, love it!
The seller sent me counterfreight good. When I disputed, he wanted to ship the items back at my own cost. There is very little protection for buyers like me. Thanks god, my amount was not big. I will not and don't recommend to buy anything from AliExpress in future. FIRST AND THAT'S IT. NEVER AGAIN!
I'm using this site for years. Even if here you can't use PayPal (i use my credit card) i feel better than in other sites. The money will not be transfered if you don't approve, before expiration they alert you by email. You can comunicate with the seller not only with a site representative and dispute are resolved in the right way. They were some incorrect sellers and they were banned from site. In one case the site catched one, banned him and i received a refund. In others i reported, they after checking use the ban and refund. Most of sellers are fair and i continue to use this site after leaving others.
I ordered my light in October waited for it for almost 30 days open it and it is missing parts tell the seller he says I have shipped them wait another 30 days no parts file a claim sent them all the things they asked for. I have been buying AliExpress for several years and I am very satisfied, both because of the wide range of products available, and because of the low prices that allow you to buy desired items for little money.
Customer Service of AliExpress seems to be very polite and custom er oriented. But be aware of, that writing something to the customer not necessarry will be identical with their real reaction. At the end, AliExpress stays in for their sellers and not for their customers. Thus be carefull. Furthermore lots of copied (not original and of far less quality) items on sale.
Everything was as described. The packaging wasn't good and the shampoo leaked. The Seller sent me another shampoo and was very apologetic. The transaction was quick. Delivery was quick. Aliexpress beats the others.
I have only ordered Virgin hair from AliExpress, but have always received my shipment amazingly quickly and had great contact from sellers. Maybe bc this is a big selling item for them, they are better with extensions than other products, but I have no complaints at all. There was a recent time I changed my mind re: a hair purchase and cancelled it; I received my refund to my card promptly. Will stick to AliExpress as opposed to WISH who NEVER deliver items when they are projected to arrive.
Purchased heavy duty bird netting from Ali Express / GSL recieved very lightweight netting. See attached photo. Tried to resolve with Ali express and GSL and they refused to assist. Return or refund hopeless.
I never received the hoverboard nor the money after opening a dispute. Someone emailed me saying I was goint to receive the hoverboard by "Tuesday", but they were lying. UPS told me they created a label, but never shipped the product. The people from Aliexpress told me I was going to get reimbursed, but that I had to open a pay pal account. So far, I am still waiting for my $200.
After measuring my kitchen sink, I ordered 2 of the Roll-up Dish Drainers. When they arrived (from China) they were slightly shorter and narrower than advertised - but just short enough that it wouldn't work on my sink. I tried Contact Us and was instructed I had to create an account. When I tried to create an account I was instructed my account (email address) already existed(?). When I clicked Forgot Password, Send Email - it never sent an email!
I finally sent them a Facebook message. 4 days later they replied asking for my order#. From their response, I knew I was obviously dealing with ESL. I replied same day - and waited another few days for a response. This went on for a couple of weeks. My last couple of responses (yes, once was not enough & I don't know yet about the latest) was LEAVE ME ALONE! I'd rather forget about my $18, it hasn't been worth the hassle.

I ordered a hidden dash cam specifically for my BMW x5 from DVR& Camera&Car Alarm Store. The car I have matches the description but what I received doesn't match in any way. When I complained Alibaba just took the sellers argument that I must have ordered the wrong part even though I send pictures and the results of my car's VIN number to prove I ordered the part this seller claims to have. The AliExpress 'review' center is a joke. These outfit is corrupt as can be. Buyer beware!

STAY AWAY! After browsing through their website I was so excited to et such cheap stuff! However, after reading the reviews (after attempting to order) I realized what a sham this is. The prices are low which is great but I had to put in my information several times to attempt to make a payment. My payment when then denied and my cart emptied! Then I had to refill my cart and use a different card which worked. I even got an email saying my payment had been verified. Then the next day my order was "closed." I was assured I would not be charged but maybe a hold would be on my card for the amount for 7 days. Upon checking, I HAVE BEEN CHARGED and it is NOT a hold. So basically I just paid for something I didn't and will never receive. I tried to contact them and there is absolutely no customer service unless you count IMing with a computer program trying to resolve your problem. AWFUL. STAY AWAY!

SCAM STAY AWAY Worst online site i have ever been on. I had a order that is now 4 months over due. Went to paypal got my money back. Then AliExpress froze the order and would not let me delete my account. Wanted me to send them bank statments to prove the case was closed at paypay. Even though i sent them the screen shot of the paypal case showing it closed. Then when i would not send them bank papers they wanted to see the email from paypal saying it was closed. So i went to get it they hung up on me before i got back. Man they are soimething else.
