Money back Price protection

I ordered a product and customs wouldn't release it because the sellers paperwork was not correct. I asked for a refund and they denied it because the same thing happened before and they refunded my money. So I re ordered from a different vender and the same thing happened. This time no refund even after a dispute. I have ordered many things from them and had no problems until now. They even closed my account so they wouldn't have to deal with me. I will be telling everyone that the products take way to long to get if you actually get them. The lower price is good until they rip you off!

You can find anything that you want, but sometimes you can wait very long for shipping, sometimes you can received poor quality product, sometimes you can received product as not in the description, sometimes you can`t take your refund. And many many many "sometimes". Chinese lottery

Cheap products

I recently buy an iPhone lens through Aliexpress but got a cheap broken lens but when i complained, i was told to to submit clear pictures, i did but was told to resubmit clear pictures, i explained that the blurry pictures were from the broken lens i received, they denied my case because i did not submit clear pictures. Aliexpress failed me and supported a scammer selling cheap broken lens that do not work with iPhones. Do not buy from Aliexpress, they won't support buyers

DO NOT waste your money buying their products... I bought an item from them, it was defective, i contacted the seller no reply, i contacted Ali Express and they told me after waiting for a resolution for over 4 weeks that they need me to send it back in order to be refunded and I will have to pay shipping fees to send it back. They always protect their sellers A CUSTOMER doesn't mean anything to them... You better think twice before buying!

Aliexpress is the very very worst e commerce. They do not refund. You suppose to wait until 60 days. The sellers have more priority than buyer.
They do not listen to you.
They have the bads sellers
Do not buy on aliexpress

Well ive ordered a lot of things on this site they may take a while to ship items to you cause its coming from china I have had one complaint I ordered two pairs of infant shoes and didn't receive them the seller did not respond to any of my messages so I just chalked it up as a lose. I order from these people all the time and I love it and the merchandise is accurate I just don't order infant products lol but I give aliexpress five stars and u do get refunds you have to check you messages I am a loyale customer.

Didn't revive anything

I ordered a product from this site and I waited 3 weeks befor trying to send a dispute. They so far haven't gotten back to me. They sent me a confirmation email when I initially ordered from them. They provided a tracking number but when I clicked on it it would just tell me invalid format and rerouted me to make a login for their website. This company is a big scam and it's not worth it. There's a reason everything on their website is cheaper than others (amazon for example). They attract you with their cheap prices and then steal your money. Just go to amazon.

Dishonest! Do not use!

Cheap items that seem too good to be true? They are! Purchased 3 items on Aliexpress.com. 1 arrived however was faulty and only after many exchanges was I refunded. The other two items did not arrive at all despite my credit card being charged! I have sent numerous complaints, was told the goods were in transit and to be patient. I was then informed the transaction was cancelled due to lack of payment. My credit card statement clearly shows the money has been paid yet I still have not received the goods I paid for and Aliexpress say the matter is closed. Money for nothing is not good business practice! Buyer beware! This company is NOT GOOD! CHECK ALL CREDIT CARD STATEMENTS! My recommendation is DO NOT USE ALIEXPRESS! If I could give no stars I would.

EXTREMELY DISSAPPOINTED

I made EVERY attempt to get hold of aliexpress to cancel my order as they couldn't seem to figure out how to deliver my order to my house. They said there was a customs order. I spoke with a chat rep with whom they said they would help me with the return process. They said they submitted all the information necessary to return the items. Then a few weeks later I receive an email stating they are not going to return my order. I'm out $50 because they cannot provide basic customer service. They said I need to get in touch with the carrier to figure out how to get the items I had asked for a refund on weeks prior. I will NEVER recommend aliexpress to anyone. I NEVER received my order and I will make certain to spread the word.

I made a request in Aliexpress in the description appeared that if the product was not delivered in 90 days the customer would be refunded, 90 days passed and the product was lost, I opened a dispute but the same closed in favor of the vendendor and all the money was passed on to the seller. I am without the product and without the money.
I want my money back! Otherwise, I will file with Aliexpress account

Do never trust aliexpress! I ordered 3 dresses before my sons wedding, and none of them even looked like the one on the pictures. Not even the right size! I'm size 8 and I ordered size 10, and the dresses where to small. I couldn't believe it. I returned them, got my refund from 2 companies, the third one I'm waiting since last June! And it was the most expensive $ 200. I keep emailing them and ones a while I get a response, but still no refund. Very very upsetting and frostuating.

Five years I buy goods on Aliexpress. The sellers are different. The goods too. I buy Aliexpress with no fear. I know if the goods are bad, or the seller is dishonest, I am always safe. Alikspress is my best friend.

Yes, you can find decent stuff and good deals, but if you by any chance get scammed or need a refund for any reason, be prepared to wait a long time for it, too, not just for products.

In my case, I was promised a refund by AliExpress CS before New Year for a scammy seller's damaged product, and it was never processed (which I found out upon contacting them a month later). Now they're telling me that I can't get that refund, and another one (that I was told will be processed and I'd receive it within 3 days) has yet again never appeared back on my card.

When item received was not close to the correct size, I attempted to contact Seller with NO RESPONSE. Opening a dispute is a joke. Can't be done unless there is an attachment proving complaint. How do you prove a size error? NEVER AGAIN!

No phone, no money

The first day of using the phone, showed that those to whom I call, either do not hear me, or there is an inaudible speech.
There is almost no mobile connection. 4G and LTE nowhere else, and 2G and 3G only in some places.
I decided to check the originality of the phone. Each phone has its own unique number IMEI
(Dial * # 06 # to see your device IMEI)You can check on the site www dot imei dot info. This number belongs to another phone.
I contacted the seller and he offered to return the phone and pledged to pay the postal expenses and give me full refund for the phone.
I sent the parcel back to the address indicated on it, provided proof to the seller, and he said that this was not his address.
I opened a dispute, and AliExpress allowed me to prove that people on the other end have a hard time hearing me and that the phone is counterfeit.
And this is after my phone was gone.
Money was not returned to me

Easier than Alibaba for most people, since much of worlds production is in China anyway then why buying resold items at western stores and websites?
Most sellers have very poor english communication skills
Untracked shippings often lost however you have to pay attention and do not forget to open dispute and you get all your money back
Buyers protection really works in case of shipping problem or not working electronics but have no protection for fabrics that may have lower quality but there are may itens that are true gems and worldwide bestsellers
Closed to western sellers to do business, not fair but however it feeds the western dropshipping business.
