Ali Express is a Chinese company that treats overseas customers with suspicion when there are delivery problems due to lengthy transit times. It will stiff you rather than recognize problems. AVOID!
Ordered an item, money charged but product NOT RECEIVED/DELIVERED. They claimed they had delivered with tracking result. Open disputes and appeals but all rejected - reason: I can't show them the proof of NO Delivery. WTF!

There dispute resolution is a joke they did not look into the facts at all just sided with the retailer. I will never again order from any of the Ali sites and am warning many others not to also.
Bought 2 internal cam each 55 usd and 1 external 194 usd as a trial before buying complete set for home surveillance. External cam came with a defective rotating cam bulb support
Problem pending since march 2015 although received 194 usd credit but i experienced twice as much in return and tax costs. Letter to the customer service director never got an answer and supplier never admitted wrong assembly-2 internal cams style received different from order and no audio and very poor installation material.To date still waiting answers to 5 questions since april 2015. This site has many sellers that DO NOT SHIP ANYTHING or Ship some garbage, sometimes quite different from what they advertise. The problem is that YOU HAVE LITTLE RECOURSE as AliExpress does not follow any US consumer protection law or any reasonable way to adjudicate disputes. They side with the seller most of the time without any justification an refuse refund, even if item never shipped or item not as described and after demanding countless photos, which are simply ignored. Stay away.
Aliexpress is excellent site for online shopping. Specially gadgets. Usually it takes 30-40 days to get free delivery but I got in 15 days 1 time. Really great site with unbelievable prices...
