Ordered from three different stores and after 30 days nothing had been delivered. Opened a dispute and no one has answered. Worst web store, worst service, won't be ordering ever again!

I've ordered quite a few things on AliExpress and the quality is so poor. Most of time they either don't arrive, are not what you ordered, is damaged or worse can cause serious side effects. The dispute is basically there but it does NOTHING. I'm not going to buy anything from AliExpress from now on. They have really trashy customer service. Nothing gets done. Don't even know why they hire people for this. I've had a dispute on a clothing item I purchased. It was damaged, open a dispute. Nothing. I appealed for it 4 times. 4 freaking different times (Once in december, twice in January, once in february)! Still nothing. The agents are extremely RUDE. They claim to have "rules" to follow but there's basically no regulation. My experience here has caused so much frustration, pain, and any negative words that can fit here. I'm extremely disappointed with everything AliExpress has. I just hope that AliExpress goes bankrupt one day. Well I hope this message gets to everyone and hope you all take precaution when you're shopping only, especially on AliExpress. Speaking from personal experiences, you don't want to get involved with this site in the first place.
Ordered a saxophone through ALIEXPRESS from the BEST GUITAR FACTORY. They were glad to accept my $418 payment by card, but never delivered the product. When I questioned and complained, I was ignored. THIEVES! I don't know why I am surprised, guess I am gullible. LAST TIME FOR ME. THEY DON'T DESERVE STARS but this blog makes me check at least one. Just pretend there is a negative sign in front of it.
I've never had a bad thing happen to me with AliExpress. It does however take a while "sometimes" for your order to arrive but tracking is always updated. I really love this site & the deals I get.

I bought a mobile phone from one of AliExpress sellers. When I received the item, I found out that it was a counterfeit phone with an IMEI on a different model of phone. I complained, but support from this company is almost NIL.
Stay away from this site as it is a scam. They send defective products or products that are near expiration date. Getting refunds is nearly impossible. Some merchants are honest but I cannot say the same for the AliExpress platform which manages all transactions. When there is an issue, the automated bot in customer service is completely worthless. Before the Chinese CCP virus infected the world, you may be able to reach a customer service rep via chat and they promise to response back to you via Email. But one month later, still no response and it doesn't look like they ever will. So you will be completely screwed if you want to get your money back.
Bottom line - STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE AS IT IS COMPLETELY FRAUDULENT.
I have been buying on Aliexpress for nearly four years now and have numerous transactions. All greatly satisfying barring a few when the Product never got delivered or a faulty product was delivered. One got resolved, the other one I didn't bother due to small value involved.
Generally I find suppliers on Aliexpress offering good quality products and responsive to resolve an issue. However there is little recourse from Aliexpress if a supplier chooses otherwise.
For example I ordered various parts recently. Most of the parts were shipped the same day or next. A particular supplier did not ship the parts despite having shown them in stock. After waiting for a week, I used the option to cancel the Order. My request was promptly rejected with frivolous excuse which didn't make any sense. When I brought it to the attention, my mail was ignored for more than a week and delivery period extended for another five days. The material was shipped on the last day. This I thought was unacceptable.
The biggest problem I find is that there is no way to contact Aliexpress. Hence you are pretty much at the mercy of the supplier. This always makes me uncomfortable whenever I place an Order. In my opinion Aliexpress needs to change this and become accessible to their Customers to reach the great potential they have to challenge Amazon.

Bought an air fryer broke after 2 weeks could not file claim, it had been more than 5 days. And Osmond has jerked me around for over a month, offered $30 for me to get fixed. That is not enough money for my time or the repair. I said no I want a full refund they quit corresponding with me. All Ali will do is send me an email saying Vendor is corresponding with you so let them take care of it. Constant back and forth. ( I really believe the hope I will just give up) But if they read what vendor was saying 90% percent of his emails say be patient they are working on it (for 5 weeks). Due to the Canada Post strike, Aliexpress uses Fedex and DHL to deliver parcels. The fees are ten times higher than the purchase price of the products, So we have not been buying on Aliexpress since. The Canada Post strike is over but AliExpress has not changed its very exorbitant shipping costs, so it is losing a lot of customers in Canada. There is a problem with vendors that sell on Aliexpress. When you pay through PayPal, vendors often claim that they are not paid, which causes orders to be shipped slowly.

I ordered an auto part from Yubai Vehicle Parts Store that they shipped as a perishable item and USPS disposed of it. When I sent proof from the USPS the seller and Ali Express refused to rectify the problem so I've effectively been ripped off. Use Wish for much better customer service.
