I have been a puer tea drinker for the past 5 years for health reason.
My first order of this puer tea "Royal puer tea, very old loose puer tea, 1997 year old puer tea" as described from a Scarlet Yang of Wooyearsten Tea Co. Ltd and it arrived within the timeframe and the product was as described i. E. Puer Tea.
I placed another order for 2 kg. of the above puer tea from her and she sent me 2 kg of "Chinese Ming Tea" instead. I disputed the product as it was not Puer Tea. She claimed that "Chinese Ming Tea" is puer tea. I opened the packets and found that it was not Puer Tea but a form of loose Chinese Tea.
I escalated the dispute to Ali/Express's Management Team and it concluded the dispute to the seller's favour. I lost US$70.00.
The Management Team is not qualified to meadiate in the dispute as it does not know the difference between Puer and "Chinese Ming Tea".
However, there are still honest puer tea suppliers in Ali/express. I hope they will still maintain their honesty.
This is my first time purchasing items this AliExpress. I ordered bust cream on the jar for $14.00 cream made from Pueraria Mirica but not received, I ordered a butt lift, but received a hips lift. The bust Bella Cream bust enchancement they sent me was not effective use it for a week. This is a false advertisement and warned all women who order from this company to be careful. This company takes 17 days to received your order and they dont sent your order but a wrong product they sent me. The product is from China - What a rip off. I am not I did not sign up a a member because my visa warned me about this site. I should have declined ordering from this AliExpress.
They said my order was shipped a month ago and I have not received it. They have the balls to tell me that if I do not confirm receipt of merchandise, they will. Orders are IMPOSSIBLE to track in China. AliExpress tells me to take up problem with THEIR vendor! AliExpress is TOTALLY IRRESPONSIBLE!
I ordered bicycle handlebars Nov. 19 2018. Still waiting March 24 2019. I have a tracking number that did not work and is now expired. The dispute process is a joke. Shopping Amazon from now on.

I ordered Indian straight hair from Queen Beauty hair. At first the hair was beautiful. Ive only had the hair in for a week and it tangles, sheds, and I tried to blow dry it after washing it and IT BURNT! This is completely unacceptable and I feel like I deserve a refund I will mail the hair back burnt and all! I haven't recieved any real assistance so I just want my money back because this is not what I expected and it's not virgin hair!
Just received my Gibson j200 with Gibson hard case The Guitar is absolutely BEAUTIFUL... well almost! It has a flaw on the face of the guitar dead center just under the bridge. It is a flaw in the wood about the size of a flake of pepper. It also has several dimples in the finish. It is a 10 footer for sure! The case is flawless & high Quality with Gibson on it.
I paid $350.00 for guitar & case (no tax), so I guess it's a pretty good deal (the real one sell for $3799. 00)
If you want perfection go ahead & get you a real one, but if you can take a few flaws, this is a really nice guitar for the money. This is the 2nd Chinese guitar I've bought & the Quality is about the same on both. ( I've ordered a 3rd) The seller is musooguitars Store No. ******* If you EMail them ask for Susan, she is nice.
Beware, if you have an issue with the seller or the product, Aliexpress won't back you up. They will say the buyer protection has expired, deal with the seller yourself. Order at your own risk.
My experience with AliExpress was good for about a year - NOW over half of items i order are "sent" with FALSE tracking, or no tracking, and then I have to wait weeks for refunds of goods NEVER SHIPPED! Pretty fed up with this bull$#*!!
Most of the time, although I have to wait I do receive most of the items i order and the ones that dont come are usually refunded but there has been a few times I didnt get my order and they refused to refund but overall they are good about refunding the item, they are also good about refunding if the item is defective.
NEVER BUY FROM ALIEXPRESS. They only care about your money. They will get rid of their inferior products by sending you the wrong item, and at this point aliexpress will leave no stone unturned to ASSIST THE SELLER!

The razor blades which I received was terrible and they can simply not shave. I contacted the customer service to get an addres in order to return the razor blades, they referred me to the seller. When contacted the seller they referred me back to the FAQ page of the customer service. It repeated without any results. When asked few times for the address, no reply and still no reply. Now I get email that I have a respons from the seller, when I open it they seems to be advertisements/reclames.

BE CAREFUL! Motorcycle face visor for a Shoei J-cruse II helmet does not have pins for Pinlock Mounting. Canceled first order after waiting a month, for no apparent reason. Second rate products and shady business practices.

Answer: I purchased 3 pair of van's brand shoes via different companies on aliexppress and all were true to size. The off brands are not, so you need larger than you wear. But, ask and ali will usually provide a size comparison chart for you to use.

Sellers asking for your your PayPal account to make a refund when they are suppose tp use Alipay. Clean up dishonest sellers like co-co fashion store. Answer: Do not buy from aliexpress the quality is terrible and lots of sellers never send the items. Also they sell counterfeit designs too which is illegal to purchase.
